WindyDelcarlo Stalemate on Agahia: Interesting. I think it's costed correctly. Doesn't feel especially mythic. 9/10."I see. You've mentioned the Empire and the Technocracy. What planes do each of them cover?" Imperial CrueltyConspiracy , Sacrifice a creature: You gain 3 life. "Oh, at this point? Gotta be upwards o' 50 each, maybe more. Most of 'em got there diplomatically and stuff, but it's been a while. And that's not even countin' the stuff the Technocracy talks to daily but doesn't control, places like Leritha."All creatures are pseudo-food. 8/10 Expanse of Order

cajun Botched Job: Seems perhaps a bit weak, but it's a good clean design. 9/10.The man sighs. "Poor girl." He turns to Zero. "I suppose I owe you the full explanation. It was a sort of self-perpetuating story. Lysenda's mind formed the seed, and our minds were trapped along with it and hijacked to help power it—hence our ability to influence what was happening. Unfortunately the incomplete protection sigils meant it was unstable, and if we hadn't gotten back into our own heads we would've died when it collapsed completely."
He takes a deep breath.
"And yes, this has taught me to be much more careful with my books. All this time I've been waiting for something to come after me, for the Arena to resist my intrusion into its affairs. But the only one to cause harm has been myself." He sighs again. "My fear and foolishness, putting others at risk when I was barely at risk myself – that's what got poor Lysenda killed." He sets his jaw. "I won't let it be for nothing. This ends now."Benefactor's DiscretionConspiracy Hidden agenda Whenever you cast a spell with the chosen name, choose one— • Put a +1/+1 counter or a loyalty counter on each creature or planeswalker that spell targets. Each player that spell targets draws a card. • That spell deals 3 damage to each of its targets. "I had not even been able to tell. It had all seemed to be just an illusion."
"You speak as though you believed the plane itself would have fought back against whatever you were doing? Because if you mean the people, surely this was that resistance."
Turn of Phrase Instant Change each of the targets of target spell or ability to target player if able. (Any effects that can't target that player keep their old target.) Benefactor's Discretion - this is a good conspiracy. 9/10

Multiple interplanar groups have been here, but the one major city around these parts vanished before they could properly study it. I tried to find the city myself and wound up in an illusory trap designed to mimic it – not dangerous for me personally, but an effective warning. "Those are certainly strange tales. I have not seen things quite that out of the ordinary. Though, the experimenters playing in the realm of Elsewhere, the copying child, the technomancer... The Arena is no stranger to strange occurrences. The plane doing it may explain some strangeness, but where is the proof of such a claim?" Sorcery Search your library for two basic land cards, put them onto the battlefield tapped, then shuffle. Then gain control of target creature if it has mana value less than or equal to the number of basic lands you control until end of turn. Untap it. It gains haste until end of turn. Suspicious Absence - hm not as much a fan of this one since Conspiracies are limited exclusive where you're less likely to be running the sideboard-y cards where cycling 0 is beneficial. maybe if this had double agenda? - 7/10

Don’t see why it's blue but if you really need a third color that's probably the best option. 9/10."I'm afraid I have nothing that's likely to convince you, at least not yet. What convinced me will sound just as strange: I can sense threads of meaning in the world around us. That's how I could tell the story-world wasn't real, and it's how I can tell this world is, for lack of a better term, more real." A pause. The nameless scholar comes across a gleaming rift in his travels. It may have seemed familiar, at least at first. Any familiarity likely would have died along with the pleasant blues of the rift as they turned to black.
His thoughts on the matter are interrupted by howling from the abyss. Streaks of fire race across the ground from the rift. The source of the howling reveals itself by calmly stepping from the open wound in reality. He has the appearance of a demon, though on closer inspection, it is merely a horned helmet. That realization may be delayed by the more pressing realization that the entity is also ablaze. It moves as though raising a sword, but none is in sight.
It seemed the Arena had finally brought its resistance.
Note: Reinforcements will be on the way for characters that need them

cajun Know Naught But Fire: Using this to twincast something for free seems a bit scary, but that only works on Revelations that you're coalescing or that naturally cost 3+ generic mana so it's probably fine. Good thinking on the reminder text. The entity shows no signs of comprehension and swings, an arc of flames flying for the old man.
Some moments later, another entity begins forcing its way through, struggling due to its size. What appears to be a large, purple-tinged man shoves at the boundaries of the rift with fingers long and pointed more like claws, tearing it wider apart and further up into the sky. A green sludge spills from its mouth as it groans in effort. It steps through, its posture nearly on all fours due to the tremendous swelling on its back. The growth is as hard as a turtle's shell, yet seems to be completely under the creature's skin, even despite the array of spikes protruding from the armor.
The creature of Elsewhere turns its back to the scholar. If let be for too long, the spikes will begin to erupt from its back. Last Warning - name seems pretty off here. doesn't seem like a great conspiracy for the usual format either. 6/10

cajun Meaning Falls to Ruin: Interesting. Seems a bit hard to break the symmetry in Limited and I'm guessing it's unplayable in Constructed, but maybe it has a use I'm not seeing, and I like how you turn the W effect into a UR one. 9/10.The man steps swiftly back before the eruption of flames can reach him and speaks an impossible word. Conspiracy Hidden agenda When ~ is turned face up, exile target nonland permanent with the chosen name. Return it to the battlefield tapped under its owner's control at the beginning of the next turn's upkeep. The bullet pierces the flaming entity, blowing a hole through it which rapidly begins dissolving outward. It continues forward while it still can. Behind it, the second creature is pulling itself from the rift.
"Stay back, citizen!" says a recorded woman's voice. "Creatures of Elsewhere have invaded the area! I will defend you!"
The flaming entity turns to the voice. Flames race across the ground toward the charging robot, who jumps the lines of flames before it can surround her. The broad sword beats the movement of the flame sword, cutting across the body from shoulder to hip, through the wound from the scholar. Zero's leg hooks the creature's and kicks, throwing out the burning lower half of the creature towards the other as both halves quickly disintegrate. A jet of flame fires from her boots as she charges the second, the tremendous momentum not doing much damage to the creature's strange shell, but knocking it partially back within the rift. The rift snaps shut bisecting the creature's body from its spiny shell, the later of which thuds to the ground before it begins to dissolve away entirely.
She looks around the area, lingering on the towering black rift in the distance before turning her attention to the scholar. "Citizen, are you in need of aid? Are there any more of the creatures nearby?" Word of Banishment - 8/10
