Gabrezba, the Burning Heart Legendary Creature--Orc Warrior Shaman First strike, haste Gabrezba, the Burning Heart enters the battlefield with two +1/+1 counters on it. Whenever a nontoken creature enters the battlefield under your control, if Gabrezba, the Burning Heart has two or more +1/+1 counters on it, you may pay . If you do, exile that creature, then return it to the battlefield under your control. Each other creature you control with one or more counters on it gets +1/+1 and has haste. Streamline (You may pay rather than pay this spell’s mana cost. If you do, Gabrezba, the Burning Heart enters the battlefield with no counters on it.) 5/5
I already had this design for a few years, and this image fit it so well.

Blood Moon meets Quicksilver Fountain: Crimson Harbinger Creature - Human Assassin First strike Whenever Crimson Harbinger deals combat damage to a player, put a blood counter on target land that player controls. That land is a Mountain for as long as it has a blood counter on it. 2/1

Crossover time!Æther Flue Anomaly Sorcery Any time you could mulligan, you may exile Æther Flue Anomaly and any number of multicolored cards in your hand, then draw that many cards. Choose one — • Exile a multicolored card you own from outside the game. • Choose a multicolored card you own exiled with a card named Æther Flue Anomaly. You may cast it for as long as it remains exiled. That turned out a little wordier than I'd have liked.

Boy am I late with this. I'm sorry. I've got so many contests it's hard to keep track.
ameisenmeister : I really like this. It's clean, elegant, a little complex, but very easily grokkable. Very strong showing right out the gate.
Flo00 : Interesting take on Serum Powder. On the surface, the first mode is inherently card disadvantage, but my Johnny side is screaming COPY EFFECTS!!11ONE, so there are ways of making it work, even if we have yet to see a copy effect that allows you to choose different modes (hint hint, Wizards). Still, the majority of times, mode 2 will be chosen, in conjunction with the mulligan effect. I can very easily see this being used as a second hand enabler, with players hoping that their pre-mulligan had consists of nothing but multicolor cards, including one copy of this. Combo players everywhere would cream their jeans if this ever saw print. That's not inherently a bad thing, just that extreme care must be taken to ensure that everything else in whatever formats this would be legal in don't make it oppressively OP.
@omnividrus: Sweet Wall of Frost, brah. I would've made it a Fungus Sponge Fractal, because look at it, but other than that, it's an excellent way to hold down the fort. It also has a secret knob for Development to tweak: they could test out changing the ability slightly to "Whenever a permanent deals damage to ~, put a defender counter on that permanent."
ameu : I'm not entirely sure what either Lost or Living add to this, if anything at all. Plus, the ratio of mana spent to token p/t is woefully low, especially for the rarity and the exile clause. Also, with the Tenth Edition Rules Change, we've moved away from the typeline having implicit rules text (aside from Legendary, and later, Planeswalkers).
The first three entries were pretty tightly packed together, but in the end, ameisenmeister takes it, with Flo00 & @omnividrus tied for second and trailing behind by only an RCH. ameu , you show some potential, but you need to get a bit more practice with design. Remember your Coco Chanel: "Before you leave the house, look in the mirror and take one thing off.”
Teferi: That rather hypocritical, coming from you.
Hey, man, it's easier to see it in others that it is to see it in oneself.

Boy am I late with this. I'm sorry. I've got so many contests it's hard to keep track. I feel you. Flo00: Interesting take on Serum Powder. I was also thinking that this might be busted in the right deck. The first mode is to ensure this does anything should you not get use the pre-game ability. Congrats to ameisenmeister!

hydraheadhunter & Flo00: This isn't a humblebrag, I swear; I just meant that I'm currently involved in so many contests, from judging to participating, that it's hard for me to keep track of them all.

Volatile Mutations Enchantment Volatile Mutations enters the battlefield with a flying counter, a first strike counter, a deathtouch counter, a hexproof counter, a lifelink counter, a menace counter, a trample counter, and a vigilance counter. At the beginning of each player’s end step, that player moves a counter from Volatile Mutations onto a creature of their choice. Then if Volatile Mutations has no counters on it, return it to its owneer’s hand. Please note: • If you control no creatures, you have to put a counter on someone else's creature. Same goes for your opponents of course. • The second ability doesn't target, so it works on ward, hexproof and shroud creatures.

Judging time! (finally)
virissFine design. The draw a card seems a bit tacked on but as it is kind of a thing, it's alright. Flo00Although I'm really not a fan of keyword counters, I can get behind this design. It seems a bit weak considering that your giving your opponents almost the same benefit. ameuThree abilites that, as far as I can tell, have nothing to do with one another. The trample tells you to attack, the ability tells you to use it as a utility creature. The two mana are just there for no apparent reason. And the activated ability untaps a land? For four mana? Why? I think there's some flavor justification behind this all but I don't get it.
{And the winner is...} Flo00! Interesting design takes the cake.
Thank you all for participating!

In a similar vein to Deathpact Angel:
Skyrider Commando Creature--Human Barbarian Soldier Creatures you control have flying, first strike, and haste as long as you control a Dragon creature. When Skyrider Commando enters the battlefield, create two 1/1 red Barbarian creature tokens, a 1/2 white Pilot creature token, and Skyrider Engine, a 4/5 red and white Tribal Artifact—Dragon Vehicle token with flying, first strike, haste, vigilance, trample, crew 1, and “As long as this was crewed by a Pilot, whenever it deals combat damage to a player or planeswalker, untap all tokens you control, then you may return a card named Skyrider Commando from your graveyard or the battlefield to your hand.” 1/1

Sooo, we are again not getting the winners right? xd my friend, you're account is relatively young, so let me tell you that the standard turn-around time for this type of game is a fortnight (two weeks); a fortnight which is not up until tomorrow. Then you give it a courtesy one more week for irl drama to sort itself, and then you maybe consider bumping it gentle to remind the judge it exists.
Anyway here's my entry. | Nirashkar Raider A generic and two red Pack Creature - Human Pirate
(A deck may contain any number of cards named Nirashkar Raider.)
Nirashkar Raider enters the battlefield with your choice of a first strike, flying, haste, menace, trample, or +1/+1 counter on it.
Counters on Nirashkar Raider affect all creatures you control that share a name with it.
FT: “Bodyguards that can handle them are so expensive, it’s almost worth the six month detour to avoid the pass.”
— Unknown Merchant.

hydraheadhunter My friend! I appreciate your help, even tho i am using our site much longer that i have an account. Anyways, i just thought that "This is a weekly game. Each week, a picture will be presented[...]" (as stated by Daij_Djan) means that its weekly game Unless of course that was changes somewhere in that 37 pages of the game ^^
