I would ideally wait for a few more entries, but probably soon.

The picture seems to evoke a lot of Boros Vibes so I decided to try and make a card that avoided those colors as an additional challenge. Fleeting Rendezvous Sorcery (Silver Border) Scry 4, then draw a card. (To scry 4, look at the top four cards of your library, then put any number of them on the bottom of your library and the rest on top in any order.)Put Fleeting Rendezvous outside the game. (It's no longer considered part of your deck for any games you play in the current event.)"If you grieved for someone you've never lost, does it matter if that she was real?"Based on the Japanese idea of "One time, one meeting", which is essentially a saying about living in the moment. "Put ~ outside the game." essentially acts as a softer version of "Rip up this card" as seen on un-cards Blacker Lotus, allowing you to get a more powerful effect at the cost of not being able to use the card again for any future games you play for the duration of the event (such as a tournament or multiple EDH games) - I've found this drawback actually creates fairly interesting situations in practice (Do I push for a win now? Should I save it for later?) that lead to interesting moments at the table. In this case you get a much stronger Preordain that permanently disappears from your library, meaning that combo decks that try to use it for superior card digging can only use it once to go off.

Improvised Ritual Sorcery Cascade, cascade (When you cast this spell, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card that costs less. You may cast it without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom of your library in a random order. Then do it again.)Add mana equal to the total mana cost of spells cast by Improvised Ritual’s cascade abilities. (Mana cost includes color.)Draw a card. Since this is very Manamorphose like, I felt it would be too strong as an instant. It combos with Yidris and Maelstrom Nexus.

The Birth of Feygrass Forest Enchantment - Saga (As this Saga enters and after your draw step, add a lore counter. Sacrifice after III.)I — Scry 5. II — Exile the top five cards of your library. For each multicolored card exiled this way, ~ deals 2 damage to each opponent and you gain 2 life. III — You may play cards exiled by ~ this turn. Whenever a creature or land is played this way, you gain 2 life.

Vretha, Silverquill Outcast (1,W,B) Legendary Creature - Human Wizard Monk (rare) , (U,T): Draw a card, then discard a card. Use this ability only if you control a blue permanent. , (R,T): ~ deals 3 damage to target creature or planeswalker. Use this ability only if you control a red permanent. , (G,T): Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature you control, then it fights target creature you don't control. Use this ability only if you control a green permanent. Vretha found a way to weave color into her artistic magic. Her Silverquill superiors weren't pleased and she left the school to explore magic on her own. 2/4 Artist: Asur Misoa

Okay so voting! Improvised Ritual by Flo00 Interesting idea, and i really like the fact that 3mana value sorcery have two cascades. Strong combo piece and a card draw. I like it Spectrumancy by Jartis I really like the fact that you used "the painter" part of the art. Also decent strong, but really situational, and wants you to build the whole deck around it, but still I like it The Birth of Feygrass Forest by ZephyrPhantom Woah this is strong multicolored card. It have high cost but impactfull effects, especially if builded correctly, nice! Vretha, Silverquill Outcast by Tesagk The art might not be the best as a "silverquill-like" creature, but... I like really like the fact that this is pretty weak black-white creature, but have so much potential in all-coloured decks or even as a commander. I like it a lot. The winner is Tesagk! Congrats!

Thanks! I was trying to go for the outcast vibe because Vretha dared use color, 🤣, I wasn't sure if it would translate well.
I'll post a picture later, after work.

In the time I was away from here I ended up watching and falling in love with Avatar. So here's an image of Azula, but it's sufficiently agnostic enough that it could be any mage from anywhere. Art is by Sinto-risky

Narset, The Betrayer Legendary Creature - Human Monk (Planar Chaos Border)Whenever a creature or planeswalker an opponent controls dies for the first time each turn, they reveals their hand. You choose an instant or sorcery card from it. That player discards that card. Whenever an opponent's spell is countered for the first time each turn, they reveals their hand. You choose a creature or planeswalker card from it. That player discards that card. 2/4 Alternate timeline in which Narset and Taigam's moralities are reversed and Narset goes over to Silumgar. Narset cards are usually more aggressive control or combo plays that seek to end the game or limit the opponent for as long as she can draw fire, so I decided to make more defensive midrange card that's more about steadily grinding out the opponent card-for-card. I also use this as an opportunity to adopt the dies wording for Planeswalkers (even if that's not what they technically do flavorwise) because it seems like a fairly intuitive wording for new players.

Crackle of Wit Sorcery Crackle of Wit deals damage to each creature and each player euqal to the number of cards in its controller’s hand. Each player with five or more cards in hand sacrifices a land.

ZephyrPhantom: I really love the idea of alternate Planeswalkers, and this Narset is crazy and dangerous (like the picture) though I have to admit, I'm not sure I see the resemblance between Narset and Azula 😛 Flo00: A nice burn spell with a bit of a quirky twist in how it does its burn. It may be a touch powerful, it's hard to say, I'm sure someone could find an example of a card with similar power that already exists. I did have to work a bit to frame the effect as sort of an unhinged power deal, but it does fit. Jartis: The concept of surge surfing sounds really fun, sort of wish we'd seen it in one of the Avatar universe series, the most likely of which would probably have been Legend of Korra. But that's neither here nor there. I love the little strange play with the additional combat phase with some hefty restriction. hydraheadhunter: Come Unhinged is a great card flavorwise, sort of depicting the surge of power that could go through someone as they go crazy for a moment before blowing themselves up. The sacrifice bit is especially flavorful and keeps it from being too powerful. The cantrip bit feels like it's making up for the sacrifice bit and I'm not sure how I feel about it, but overall the card looks fun. {And the winner is...} Jartis, I just really loved the surge surfing flavor and thought the card had a really neat take on additional combats.
