Judging! I misread some designs... updating shrimper A pretty simple uncommon land. I feel like it might not do enough to be playable, because that draw effect is highly variable, and it might be safe at common for Limited formats. wapulatusI like this ramp design a lot; Explore has been one of my favorite ramp spells and this is a very intuitive extension of the explore mechanic. @rulen I also love the concepts of the storage/depletion lands but think they lack in practice, and this land puts a cool spin on them while removing a lot of the memory issues. I do think it might be too powerful, especially for an uncommon, and think that removing the initial depletion counter would be a sufficient downgrade to make it balanced. Flo00 Very surprised that Wizards hasn't printed this build-your-own- Invisible Stalker trick yet. Simple, effective, probably worth it in Limited and maybe even makes it into Pauper Izzet Blitz decks. kinotherapy Reminds me of a better Treasure Hunt. I always liked the concept but found it lacking - this is a simple upgrade that makes a lot of sense and could see play outside fringe combo decks. @daij_Djan I'm not sure sacrificing a land is worth hexproof until very late in the game, but the concept of land as visible trick is cool. It is definitely in the range of what Wizards would print, I just think that it creates a bit of a feel-bad moment most times you'd play it - especially since you have to keep 3 mana open (2 plus this land) to hold it up. I'm gonna have to give this one to @rulen for a very unique nonbasic land design!

That's my first win on any challenge - thanks for the honor! I'll extend that honorable mention to wapulatus and kinotherapy as well -- I liked both of those designs a lot. Here's the next piece. The artwork is beautiful and I also feel it offers a lot of room for imagination: The full image looks okay in a card, but is perhaps a bit small, so you might prefer to use one of the following crops instead: {Eagle Eye by HansPeterKolb, Crop A} {Eagle Eye by HansPeterKolb, Crop B}
A brief caveat about me: I have almost zero experience outside of set limited and low-to-mid-power non-singleton cube formats, so my ability to evaluate is likewise heavily biased in that direction. There are many designs that work fine in limited which would be broken in constructed and vice-versa, so please do not take it personally if I (mis)judge a card based on that frame of reference.

Lithified Roc Manlands and planeswalkers-as-creatures have been done before but with a sort of built-in degeneracy that repeatedly dodges sorcery-speed removal. Your design doesn't have this problem, and it's also White haste done right. A 6/6 flier for 5 is terrifying with a reasonable amount of commitment based on the trigger condition. At common, this is format-warping. As a cycle of commons, it's format-defining: colors compete to meet their respective activation criteria in a sort of mini-game.
The one issue I see is that, as written, it puts too much pressure on instant-speed removal. I think it needs a tap-and-sacrifice to get the effect. This would allow the villian to delay it with land-tapping effects like Stensia Innkeeper, Rishadan Port, or Icy Manipulator while he tries to find a more permanent answer or get you back behind the trigger condition. Admittedly, that makes the templating uglier, and maybe you were intentionally going for this somewhat more-lenticular behavior. I'm curious about your thought process when you designed this aspect. In any form, this is tweakable through both mana cost and trigger condition, while the flavor is spot-on and matches the artwork perfectly. I want to see the Lithified cycle.
The Roc'kk This is an interesting design, and deceptively good. I have a feeling it plays better than it looks, sort of a secret weapon for formats where fliers need a bit of tempering. I also like how it requires a bit of commitment to colorless in that it can tap for its own ability but needs enough help by planning ahead with a second colorless source. That means it would go late yet be a welcome include with the right deck, format, and fixing.
But, at the end of the day, none of that really matters. All that does matter is this card's fabulous name.
Eagle's Point My first impression was that the card is too weak, but then I shake my head and say, "wait, no, that's obviously too strong". For that reason it's probably just right, being a repeatable threat in token flier formats like spirits and thopters. The threat is an active one with a low threshold, so it plays well when holding up instants and increases the complexity of the board state, and is at the right the rarity to keep the effect under control. I can also see this being used as layer of defense against a villian's instant-speed team pump effect (to match the buff and prevent a blowout) or even as a layer of insurance behind your own Tenacity.
Conclusion: This is a hard one, but I'm going to have to give it to Flo00 for a novel take on manlands. It's Stalking Stones done right and opens a whole format cycle's worth of untapped design space.

Thanks for the win and the feedback. So I guess it should be an and sac for 6 mana? I mostly didn't make it a tap ability to avoid strange wording. And here is the next challenge: {Art by Curlyhair Nadia Asserzon}

{Daij_Djan}A conditional Arrest, but the condition is easily met. Nice card for a historic theme, would have been interesting if this was in Dominaria. {Neottolemo}A conditional Curse of Chains with a three-color ferioucios ability. It looks like a lot of things need to come together for this to really shine. But since it costs just 1 mana, I think it's totally cool. {Yoshi}That's a fun card. It cantrips, which is allways nice. And it ensures that enchanted creature is allways tapped during your turn. Extra fun with cards like Temple Bell. Would also fit nicely into Shadowmoor. Made me wonder why there is no card with untap ability that draws a card. {BurningCreator}That's a cool way of combining Banishing Light with the Saga mechanic. I really like it. III also prevent flash cards and similar stuff. And since it's one sided it also combos with Hunted cards and things like Show and Tell or Hypergenesis. And since it's a saga, it's hard to break it since your opponent has three turns to counteract you (unless you play proliferate or Doubling Season tech). {Akai Ryu}Really really powerful. I guess for ten mana and five life you can do anything, still in a one-on-one this is going to be eytremly frustrating for your opponent. And usually when you play something like this, you'll want to cheat it on the battlefield anyway. And with artifacts, it's not that hard. 5 life is a high price to pay, I still think Book of Banishment is broken. {touhoufanatic}SInce it's can't attack or block anyway, it mostly will get tapped due to activated abilities (or your spells tapping it). That means Shackle is usually worse than Arrest. So I think 3 mana would be enough for it. And then there is also life loss. In white. Ew. There are only six monowhite cards that use life loss, one of them uses black mana and two are very old. I think if it dealt damage, that would still be weird but kind of ok. Having said that, I think it could even deal 2 damage for tapping, since it won't happen that often anyway. {winner}BurningCreator. I really love how you used the saga mechanic here.
