Maybe a bit less reclusive than we'd like them to be. They tended to leave us alone. The boggarts never got off so easy, though." Pidge has quickly gone downcast, remembering the worst of her home. "The cenns said to just ignore it but..." She shudders a bit and tries to regain her composure.
"They aren't the nicest, let's just say that."
"So, Henry," she starts, trying to turn the conversation, "what's brought you out here? Looking to ship or order? Just wandering?"
Banish the Thought Sorcery Put target creature on top of its owner's library. If that creature was black, green, or blue, you gain 2 life.

Pidge returned to the PB&J after her strange interaction with Michi. The message echoed through her mind.
To be blessed with great fortune, copy this letter and send it to five friends. If you do not do this, you shall have written your own doom. - J
She looked at Jhanu as she plodded over to the workbench, the turtle holding his wrinkled smile as he slooooooooowly moved around the packages and schedules for tomorrow.
"Good," the turtle said.
"Day?" the turtle asked.
It couldn't be. It wasn't.
"Oh you know. The usual," she said. Behind her, a bit of sadness crept into the smile.
She looked over the blue page at the station. A small page had been left next to the sketches and notes about the Static Total Opponent Paralyzer.
Pidge, The STOP's been cleared by Laptesian authorities! We're good to go for production. Think I'll be talking with 7CI to see about contracts on this one.
Her smile returned properly, and she pushed aside all the letters and pages to make room for the shock baton on the desk. Nonlethal, but with real stopping power. And less dangerous than the NOPE would have been. "Didja see that, Jhanu?" she asks, the threat of the letter forgotten momentarily. "STOP's been cleared! Time to start getting these things on the shelves!"Pidge has spent a skill point to open the vault, adding The STOP to her catalogue!Late that night, lost among the blueprints and invoices, a letter shimmered. Blueprint: The THING Artifact - Blueprint (Unlock a blueprint ability as a sorcery by paying its unlock cost and adding a draft counter.)[ ] — Deathtouch, hexproof [ ] — Lifelink, menace [ ] — Blueprint: The THING is a 4/4 Construct creature in addition to its other types and has trample. Blueprint Frame:The Blueprint frame is used for cards that aren't quite levelers and aren't quite Sagas, but are reminiscent of both. Each Blueprint has 1-3 "sketch abilities" that start out locked, unable to be used. Any time you could cast a sorcery, you can pay one of the blueprints "sketch costs," a cost inside brackets before the sketch ability, and put a counter on the ability as a reminder. Once this has been done, the ability is unlocked permanently, and the cost doesn't need to be paid again. When you play Blueprint: The THING, it doesn't do anything at all. Once you pay the , and/or abilities, a truly horrendous creature starts to take shape. 716. Blueprint Cards
716.1 Each Blueprint card has a striated text box containing a number of sketch costs and sketch abilities. 716.2 A sketch cost is a keyword ability that represents an activated ability. 716.2a "[Sketch Cost] — [Sketch Ability]" means "[Sketch Cost]: If a draft counter hasn't been put on this permanent since this ability was put on the stack, this permanent loses this ability and gains '[Sketch Ability].' Put a draft counter on this permanent. Activate this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery." 716.3 Blueprint cards use draft counters to track their progress.

Banish the Thought: Seems like a perfectly fine bounce to deck spell 10/10 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "You could say I was wandering. Although, I can think of some stuff you can get me; Can you get me a book of the history of the Arena? There's all sorts of things in the Arena I don't properly understand why they are like that, and I imagine learning about the Arena's History would help figure out what's going on. And could you get me a vial of pure mana extract of the traditional five colors of mana (White, Blue, Black, Red and Green) I'll be needing in a experiment I'm planning on doing. You can drop them back at my lab back at Tolaria West. Just show my colleagues this badge and they'll know you are with me."

True to her word, Lettie returns after a week. Though Pidge has only seen her twice, something seems different about Lettie today as she leans on the counter. Maybe it's the new kerchief. "Good day Pidge! You're not in the rush I hope. You wouldn't believe the week I've just had, but first, what's new in your life? Any new books I can buy off of you? Any new and exciting places you've found?" Lettie grins as though she hasn't rehearsed this.Keeping Close Sorcery As an additional cost to cast Keeping Close, exile a nonland card from your hand. You draw three cards. Target opponent may cast the exiled card for as long as it remains exiled, and may spend mana as though it were mana of any type to cast that spell.

Lettie grins as though she hasn't rehearsed this. While Lettie is looking more chipper, Pidge is looking a bit concerned over a wide blue paper, mostly blank except for a few words and arrows pointing at nothing.
"Hrm? Not at the moment, no," she says as she looks up. "Though yes to the other two." She walks over to the mail desk, pulling a few packages and a blue envelope out and setting them on the counter before uncovering a well bound book, as well as another mess of pages that are loosely bound.
"An Incomplete Guide to Calavan," she says, handing over the proper book. "Calavan's a plane that's kinda like a buncha islands, little planes that the citizens can move between, and thrives on planeswalker tourism. There's all kindsa little microcosms that might be interesting to you"

The place seems safe enough, but there's not really any civilization there yet, so maybe that scared him off. I don't really get most of what's here, but sounds like stuff there grows like five times faster than normal, which sounds useful."

let's start using that mana cost limit already. (this is a bit long cause was gonna be an attack if Lettie hadn't shown up first) Keeping Close - very interesting drawback. was a bit spooped at the cost but guess this is similar card advantage to Words of Wisdom, also at two mana. 9/10

You may cast spells with converted mana cost less than or equal to the number of charge counters on Infinity Network without paying their mana costs. Lettie takes a brief flip through each of the books. Novea seems rather primitive, and possibly dangerous... and it has dryads. Right, moving on from that. Calavan's otherworlds are wonderfully diverse, and have a far more present civilization. No shame in learning from the practices of the locals. "I think I'll start with Calavan. Could always take requests without needing a permanent shop, and all that diversity could lead to some interesting recipes already created by the locals. Think I'll be back for those notes on Medranos next week." Lettie takes a quick moment to straighten out the cost with Pidge.
Lettie and Pidge presumably find a mutually acceptable price, and Lettie stows the only proper book offered in a satchel alongside some far older than it. "Anyway, Eralou and the Arena. I briefly stopped by Eralou. Got a stern greeting from a local guardian. I don't think I'll be taking anything too precious on his watch, like all those lotuses. The woopip spores, however, are beneath his notice, and they're very versatile. As for the rest of the Arena, I've had a somewhat crazy week. Were you at the Eternity Project's in the past week? I was, and everything was fine, but a few days later, they're saying something about being swarmed by cats. And then just in the past few days, I managed to take all the cats off their hands and get some aether tunnels in return. Completely mad." Lettie briefly remembers the embarrassment she had felt when Seiva had proposed a far more efficient plan, and cringes. "No adoptions yet, and they're a real handful. There's over a hundred of 'em..."
Lettie falls silent and stares at Pidge's face. She wasn't the best at recognizing expressions, but she'd thought she'd seen something a few times during their conversation. Nothing specific, just that she hadn't seen Pidge look quite like this before. She briefly curses herself for not paying attention, then tries to think back to what could have happened. Maybe it was something to do with those plans that Pidge was looking over, but they looked empty. Lettie eventually gives up and realizes that she's still staring. She shakes her head, and finally speaks. "I'm sorry, Pidge. Is there something wrong? Have I interrupted something?"Oblivious or Uncaring Sorcery Target opponent separates their hand into two piles, and reveals one of them. You choose a pile. That player discards the chosen pile. Infinity Network — This thing can be considered a situational Omniscience, and is actually as close as it can get to what my first guess for such a card would be. It's got a bit of an overhead though, especially since it triggers on any cast. 9/10

"I... there's something weird going on around here. And I wonder if EPIC's cats are connected." She sets down Brownie, who sprints back to his bed, then walks back to her blueprint. "This was the design of our newest gadget that we were gonna start selling. But the sketches and stuff are all gone. It's like it just got up and walked off the page."Unbalanced Ledgers Artifact Whenever you discard one or more cards, investigate. (Create a colorless Clue artifact token with “, Sacrifice this artifact: Draw a card.”), Sacrifice two Clues: Return target card from your graveyard to your hand. "Not keeping track of your books is the fastest way to lose your business." "That's bizarre. Maybe you've been cursed? Where I'm from, witches used to send these calling cards that would carry curses on them. They'd burn up in your hands and scar you, leaving behind inscriptions. It was a neat little trick, they'd put all the materials in the envelope for the spell... I'm digressing. You've got the opposite problem, and I don't think the magic is the same anywhere else, 'less you're hiding something under those gloves." Lettie briefly considers if she wants to get mixed up in this, then finishes, "I'm sorry, I can't help you with the blueprint right now, but maybe I can do something in the future. I'm spending most of my days in the shop next to Atlas, so feel free to come get me if you need help with something. Maybe I'll have the cure you need." It was time to feed the cats again, but Lettie doesn't mention that as she steps out. Unbalanced Ledgers — Damn good with looting and rummaging, especially since pink seems to like the rummage aspect of red. I think, however, some part of this card, likely the recur component, is significantly undercosted, and this could lead to some relatively repetitive gameplay starting from early in the game. 8/10

A white-haired old man approaches the "delivery outpost", a hastily thrown together wooden building, and enters. He looks around for someone in charge, nodding at the slow-moving turtle in greetings, the amulets and necklaces slightly jingling as he does so. It appears the turtle is the only one in the store.
"This," the turtle begins.
"Is," he says next.
There's a vmm cutting off his next word as a red portal comes to life in the room, a kithkin tumbling out of it. The cat's attention shifts to her as she smacks one of her gloves, causing the portal to vanish. She takes a moment to catch her breath, then gives a "Hiya," before pulling a pouch of powder open.
"Welcome to the PB&J, stranger," she says as she starts applying the Lorwyn medicine. "What brings you out to our neck of the woods?" She finally gives the man a good look over. cajun Business Proposition: As pink sits between red and white, okay. 8/10. (Re my card: Duh. This is why I shouldn't design at 1 AM. Or ever, but we ignore that part.) cajun Equalizer: Hmm. I think this effect mostly sees play in , which means a transition to colorless is plausible. 4 feels too little, 5 feels too much? Plus, negating draw and adding to your own is undervalued I think. Then again, that's the commander mindset talking. Probably fine. 7.5/10 --> 8/10. "Pidge, it's a pleasure to meet you." he listens to her speak, nodding. Kithkin... interesting. "Well, it's a bit more than jewelry--" he's cut off and only slightly mumbles to himself. Eventually he fishes out a small purple crystal attached to a string, a simplistic necklace. "Well, I have this. The claws grab the slime and it waves and bubbles as it is approached towards the turtle. When it is close enough, it shakes from the claws and jumps to Jhanu's face attempting to bond with him.
