"Definitely. Both you and Mister Aeryl are going to see a lot of us, I can imagine." I look at the wall. Rysela. Arina mentioned that plane, right? It was nearby Volaria. Was this a map of the planes? I look at it a bit longer. Eternities Map. Cool! ... Hey, wait....
// Seiva's been staring at this map silently for a solid minute. "Hey, Miss Sevid? You're missing Volaria. It should be right here." I point at the map at Rysela where Volaria is supposed to be. "I get that Volaria's basically hell for non-planeswalkers, but it's still there." Wait, I recognize the map of this region. I studied it intently, to the point where I should know everything about it, so I point at every other plane around there that isn't drawn in. "Volaria, Sythis, Virilin, Intera, Linela. If it'll be easier for you, I can show you our map."
// If Sevid asks to see her map, Seiva projects their version of the region's map onto the map already there, centered onto Rysela. If not, she just points at the locations again.
"Ah, sure. Just haven't had anyone point it out yet."// Sevid raises her hand, then takes a few more steps towards the wall and twists the ink on the page to add Volaria.Sevid laughs. "The more maps the better." It takes her a moment to adjust to the projection, then she moves around the ink to match. "And we'll knock a piece off your tab for it."Charted WatersLand Charted Waters enters the battlefield tapped. : Add . , , Sacrifice Charted Waters: Draw two cards. Called-Shot Anticipate is nifty, seems a bit odd for blue (since Dig-for-Land is green etc) but in color. 9/10

World Generator - so. much. ramp. maybe too much? i have no idea. 7/10 This is certainly an interesting card, but it probably should have you sacrifice nontoken lands, or lands not named Phyrexian Core. Cant compleat what's already compleated, after all. In addition, the name is a pretty significant issue for me, just because it's so close to Phyrexia's Core. Good otherwise - pair it with an Amulet of Vigor and a landfall trigger and you have an infinite combo. 7/10"I am compleat," I reply, saying, "oil is infused into my body and my blood. "Yeah, I guess I'd probably be the first Volarian to know what an Eternity map is and what it's supposed to look like." I lightly drag my finger in a circle around the cluster of planes that just got put there. "The Lerithans-- oh right, that's what they're called-- they call this area Volarian Local Space. Supposedly Linela didn't like it much at first. It's very strange what other planes decide to call things when you're not watching."
I glance at my transceiver. "Well, looks like it's about time for everyone else to arrive at the outpost. Aaaand I'm the project head, which means I need to be there when they arrive, so I'll need to head back. Feel free to stop by if you're curious what we're up to, and you can bet you'll see more of us." I lightly lift the baskets to my hand using what is probably the most useful spell in existence. "Oh, Mister Aeryl is probably going to stop by in the next couple of days. He's not under my authority, but he said he was looking for some planeswalkers for a simple job."
Land Chart a Course is great. Not sure how expensive it needs to be. 9/10

The Multiverse Collection is... I love that we have this little "different names matter" subtheme. "Gladly." Rudarah's hands left from the vampire, turning fully to face the detective, her staff, cast aside now, lay on the ground as Rudarah stared, hard at the investigator, who dared question her authority. Her decision in this matter. She didn't do anything for a moment it seemed, her multitude of hands did not sway to conjure a spell, beasts did not erupt from the earth. Rudarah just seemed to stare, her gaze only becoming more piercing by the moment, not even blinking, her bright amber simply staring ahead and... ...was the snow...melting around her? And then she blinked. The world in front of Rudarah was instantly in flame, the ground, the sky, even the air itself seeming to catch fire from Rudarah's mere sight, even she was not unscathed, but unperturbed by how everything in her sight had just been set ablaze. {Spoiler}{Response Card - Gaze of Fire} Gaze of Fire Sorcery - This spell can't be countered. The snow melted away. The grass burned. The vampire screamed in agony. The cryomancer merely stared as the flames snuffed themselves out trying to touch her. Her old armor-her old skin-had reformed. Fire was barely an annoyance anymore. Very well. Let's see what you're made of. The amulet lit up, turning her icy skin blue. cajun (And now I pull off the most anticlimatic trope out there. Sorry about that){Response Card - Mindworld} Rudara considered the actions of her counterpart from afar, her hands working on the last of the ice on the vampire's arm. Some distance away, within a contained sphere, a battle was raging between the investigator and a facsimile of the goddess. Part of it was her own perception of herself, but undoubtedly, some aspect of how the investigator perceived Rudara had seeped in as well. From the raging fire within the sphere, she had taken the extreme option. Most would shudder, be horrified, at the idea they were capable of such destruction. Rudara was far from most, but it was...intriguing, to see how far she would go to win. Or at least, not lose. "There. That should be the last of it." With one more flourish of magic, she dispelled the last of the cryomancer's ice. Tucked behind one hand was the tome, which she extended to Mei, some ice still clinging to it's pages. "Go. Take this with you, and never utter my name when you open it's pages." Rudara's voice was stern, her gaze stony, but she almost seemed...worried for the vampire....Actually it was ridiculous. Rudara certainly did not have it in her to care for random strangers she met in the middle of nowhere. "She will be furious to find the last few minutes have been a ruse. Allow me to deal with her. No one defies me." Rudara, the Reincarnated: So uh...how does casting something that already exists work? This needs some hella reminder text for this to work. I think I get the idea, but it should come with it by default. Also you nabbed my gal's name, but I'll let that slide. Seems like a fitting legendary spell. 7/10

Casting something from the battlefield works the same as casting something from your hand or your graveyard or your library or exile or the command zone :^) And ye it nabbed her name, cause the idea is the spell is Rudara, the god rewritten to be a spell rather than an entity. and i have so little idea how to continue from that so um this i guessRudara considered the actions of her counterpart from afar, her hands working on the last of the ice on the vampire's arm. I don't know what her deal is, other than she is not the kind of thing you want to get involved in if you can help it. As she tries to leave, a voice echoes from the ice left on the pages. Where do you think you're going?Inside Man Creature - Human Advisor As Inside Man enters the battlefield, choose a conspiracy card name. I'll be honest, I've never tried food from elsewhere before." // Sevid casts a small spell, adding the words Aeryl - 1 Muffin to a page back where the Xirix are working "Sure, seems simple enough," she says scanning over it. "Though there's a bit here that doesn't really translate, places and animals I don't have on Pyrulea, I'm guessing."// A dark elf zips in with a muffin while they translate the odd nouns. Finally, Sevid waves her hands around the menu, reshaping the ink to Pyrulean in the same styles"Probably won't be that easy for the next one," she laughs. "I'll send over the little intern next time she's around, Festenian's going to be one of the more useful ones...""When she does, give her my cake too, and make sure she can planeswalk with it," she grins. Ryla Pile Artifact , : Put a charge counter on Ryla Pile. , Remove a charge counter from Ryla Pile: Add . "Now what do I do with all this." Mass Translation - hm, bit extra on howling mine to make your opps buy in. and they don't get the free draw, notbad. is another of those developments that kinda makes or breaks on how the multiplayer is set up tho. 8/10

"Pyrulea, ah? Can't say I've heard of that one before, but I'll be prepared if we do. 'nd you say keep an eye out for Festenyan? You got it."
//Aeryl straightens himself as he await a muffin.
"Entela's got some fancy devices for traveling through the Eternities. All that work on aether, turns out we've got pretty good containers that keep the aether away from the food. Could shove the whole box in the eternities and leave it there and it'll still be fine in ten years. Don't gotta worry about the cake making it."
Ryla Pile is fun because these coins could be literally used as a catalyst for spells by Volarians. Very simple, probably balanced. 10/10

cajun Rudarah simply looked at the book, not even taking the time to turn back to the sphere where the investigator definitely knew something was up. She retracted from offering it to the vampire, apparently having a better idea. "Inspector Aevia Glais. I underestimated you. But you also have underestimated me. So in the interest of your safety, I offer you a chance to live." The smallest sign of a smirk graced Rudara's face. Whatever she was about to say, it would bring her great satisfaction. "You will have your tome, a weapon that could annihilate me, as you so believe. The woman you seek will leave, and you will not pursue her. You will take your tome, and scurry back to whatever world you came from, and I will not lay a finger on you." She paused for effect, before continuing. "If you disagree. You will not have your tome. Your quarry will be far from this world. And you will have to deal with me. You've seen what I'm willing to do when there are others around me. Imagine what I can do when there's only you and me." Rudara looked to the woman who had brought this situation with her. Given Rudara's tone, she had no doubt she was terrified of her right now. "Make your decision, inspector. Before I make it for you." Rudara clenched at the book, the leather creaking as the last bits of ice cracked, and shattered within the book. {Response Card - Choice of Lamentations} Choice of Lamentations Sorcery - Target opponent may sacrifice X permanents. If they don't, they lose X life and discard X cards. "Life is a series of choices between obeying me, or obeying the whip." - Rudara Inside Man: I like this more than the voting tribal cards. It even let's you guess ahead at stuff that hasn't been revealed yet. There's nothing else I can say about this, it's good. 10/10

While nowhere to be seen, the chill in the air told the pair she was close. The vampire turned to run, preparing to planeswalk. You are trying to bargain with things that already belong to me. An icicle spear formed and the vampire ran herself through, interrupting the spell. I will offer you a new deal. You will leave. I will take what is mine. The shard in her stomach glowed blue as the inspector's armor had. And you can have whatever pieces are left when I'm done with them. and if anyone asks why Mei isn't fogging do you really want to turn into water vs an insane cryomancer yea i didn't think so

cajun "I will pick up the pieces, but only of what's left of you." Rudara was stern, staring at the vampire as the ice glowed in her belly, and a measure of sadness could be seen on her face. "Your actions are intolerable. Your goals are disputed. And your methods are extreme." Rudara could not see the cryomancer, but she knew she was near, feeding off of the vampire. Ironic. This spell would affect them all, but only their attacker wold deal with the effects. She only hoped she could do something for the one she was trying to save after this. "And yet I, Rudara, forgive you, ignorant child. But forgiveness does not come without it's price."
{Response Card - Wretched Deliverance} {I presume she's supposed to discard a shit ton of cards off my last card, so hopefully this would be lethal. } "Face your deliverance, or flee forever in shame."
Mei Liva, Drinker of Secrets: Definitely reminds me of Notion Thief, but life gain in dimir feels weird. Only 7 cards in dimir let you gain life, and most are much more expensive. Otherwise, I like it. 7/10

At the goddess's spell, I see once more all I have wrought upon the Multiverse. People and armies and gods sent to stop me, all crushed by their ignorance.
I see Mei die. I see the goddess try to avenge her. I see her and this backwater plane encased in ice forevermore.
It's such a pleasant sight. Why thank you, dear, the wind mocks. It's been so long since some of those, I'd forgotten how much I enjoyed them. Now, if you don't mind, I've got a demon to add to my collection, so I'll be needing these back. The icicle spear pulls Mei forward. A single step is heard behind Rudara. A hand reaches for the book, the ice already growing around it once more. This close to Saia, the temperature is so low it burns. Wretched Deliverance - "If" a player. certainly an interesting tainted remedy variant. 9/10watch out for frostbite i just wanted this funny little B plot where Saia pretends to be a cmc 2 investigator and we ended up here somehow, BB is great

cajun(What can I say? Oops? Rudara wasn't...raised? Created? Reincarnated? a quiter.) "Ah. There you are." Rudara had come to notice one thing about many of the visitors she had encountered at this point. Most of them had been planeswalkers, and walkers, as she had begun to discover, had a very interesting soul compared to others. More powerful? By her name, no. But unique? Immensely so. Some part of it, somehow or somewhere, had been touched by a force she couldn't quite describe. But once she had seen it once, she saw it everywhere, and she was not surprised to see it in the soul of this particular nuisance. And that, to her adversary's dismay, would be her downfall, when Rudara turned around, reached out and simply... ...disconnected Saia's soul from that influence. Given how much it was a part of them, just that alone would disable their ability to cast magic, which was the intended effect after all.. {Response Card - Sparkmute} Saia, the Fallen: Thank goodness for WAR, it means we can mess around with walkers more, and this effect is one such instance. Not sure if that's an Esper passive, but I like the tap tribal. The first ability is brutal though, and I'm a little disappointed the ult is just the minus ability but a boardwipe. 8/10, needs some more variety and tuning.

// Sevid jumps at the name Skalor and Reyhsia turns to hold her back"Fese, if we're going to fix it, you can't kill him," she growls. "And you know you can't get through me."// Sevid begins ranting and milling about the room. Reyhsia sighs and looks back to Khon"I don't know Fyalaria, and Shandalar might be able to walk it off, yes. But, Skalor... it's not as susceptible as Mirrodin was, but there's a lot of bio-tech on the plane already. Half the oil's job is done already. We should check into that as soon as we can to make sure you're right that it's insufficient. Are there any details you've got, who it was, when it was?"Patient Zero Creature - Vampire Artificer Lifelink Patient Zero gets +2/+1 for each -1/-1 counter on it. Perfection Log, Day 48: The implants are reacting wonderfully with the mysterious substance. Regrettably, my flesh has not been. I may have to replace it with something stronger.2/2
put some counters on this lad and get your life back :3c Compleation Vat - the self-usage flavor is excellent, but the best use of this is just to sprinkle counters everywhere with the way better Gnarled Effigy 7/10 While I like the idea, I dislike the asymmetric buff it gets - something about the '+2/+1' just doesn't seem right to read. Overall a good card, though. 9/10I watch Sevid's reaction, taking note that something about my presence - or my use of the oil - on Skalor in particular angered the elf. However, as Rehysia speaks, I listen, nodding as she asks her questions before finally responding. "I recall each of the encounters since leaving Phyrexia where I have utilized my oil. On Fyalaria I was asked to aid in a war against a powerful necromancer there named as Deleric, and found myself holding off the strongest of his lieutenants as we breached his citadel. At the end of the battle, the necromancer's magic was disrupted to the point that it detonated - nothing within several miles of his citadel remained intact at all, save for myself. Unfortunately, as I was the only planeswalker present, I was unable to engineer an escape from the blast for the rest of the Fyalarian troops." I pause for a moment, before continuing, "On Skalor, I was hired to slay a great dragon named as Zamei. It was powerful enough that it nearly destroyed me on more than one occasion, and my oil was simply able to slow it enough to allow me to defeat it. The weapon I used in that battle was an artifact of immense power - one that I have not had need of since, though I am uncertain whether I would be able to call upon it since I found myself weakened.""Finally, on Shandalar, I was asked to try and cull the beings known as Slivers. They are peculiar creatures - it seems that the presence of each one confers abilities upon all of them, and they coordinate on a level that I simply could not match. In that case, utilizing my oil allowed me to survive, and actually caused the slivers to turn upon those whom I touched with the blades for some reason."Finishing my explanation of the times I used my oil, I say to Rehysia, "From what you have said, you believe that the nature of the plane of Mirrodin allowed the oil to convert it into New Phyrexia, and you believe that the biotech used on Skalor may allow the same to occur there. I am... uncertain whether this would actually be possible - I know that I have not seen metal react in any unusual fashion to the oil before."Compleated Sliver Artifact Creature - Sliver Sliver creatures you control have infect. 1/1

(iunno why the passive wouldn't feel esper, given its pedigree. Also, those first two might prove important soon... Saia ain't no quitter either ) "Ah. There you are." Given how much it was a part of them, just that alone would disable their ability to cast magic, which was the intended effect after all.. Rudara reaches to pluck the stranger's spark, and encounters a curious issue with her plan. There's no soul attached to it. Critical Failure Instant Counter target spell. Its controller discards a card. Draw a card. "This soul I have? It's... how to put it? Unique."A condensed blizzard blows into the goddess and the cryomancer pulls the book to her. It seems you are more interesting than I gave you credit for.
Mei... you know what to do.The cryomancer vanished, and with her, all evidence that she had been there. Okay, Mei managed to groan telepathically as she pulled a hand to her open wound, now I could use that healing magic.
I'm sure this won't have any future consequences(Rudara very heard both of those btw) Sparkmute - mm, bit narrow, (esp given like, Elderspell making destroying planeswalkers outright dirt cheap) it is interesting that this effectively phases out the planeswalker, something that wouldn't faze Saia much :^) 8/10

I'd have it say 'nontoken' instead. Aside from that, I like it. 9/10I look at the creature, contemplative for a moment, before saying, "I am unfamiliar with this creature, but I can recognize the similarities. The one that we saw on New Phyrexia... it was not what I would have considered compleat, but looking at this creature I find myself wondering. Still..." I pause, meeting Rehysia's gaze as I ask, "You are certain that the one we saw was neither manufactured in that form, nor actively compleated? That it was instead a natural transformation induced through mere exposure to the oil?" Blueprint of Evolution Artifact : Exile target creature you control. , : Create an X/X colorless Horror artifact creature token. "Yes, yes..." Lei Koen seems to have been suddenly distracted. "Say, what would you say about a hard light crystal formation about..." She extends one appendage forward and a small twinkle escapes out of it. It shimmers through the sky like a firefly. It goes to set in a precise point in the grass, and stays still. "...there? If we make it two times and a half the height of this building, and about thrice as wide, that'd mean that in the longest day of the year, at the exact time the shadows projected onto the ground are at their longest, the shadow of the crystal formation would touch the midpoint of the eastern wall of the building without covering the whole of the building, despite its size." "I. Well. I would ask why, mostly. What is the point of that?" she turns to the building wall and tried to picture it. "Think your plane's got a weird aethetic thing going on friend."Crystal Formation Artifact : Scry 1, then put a shadow counter on Crystal Formation. When Crystal Formation has four shadow counters on it, remove all shadow counters from it. If you do, draw a card, then gain 3 life.
Quicken but picks up artifacts and uncounterble? seems k. 9/10Crystal Formation: Name makes little sense with the rest without this conversation Lei and Sevid had but this is pretty much a perfect representation of how the thing Lei Koen suggested would work so... Might afford to be :uncommon: or slightly cheaper, considering Treasure Trove has a much bigger payoff for reaching three counters? 9/10
"It does, yes? Well, mostly where I do my solo work, or where I lead projects. I simply like that look. Each of the High Builders has their quirks and preferences, yes? Now, I believe I have taken enough of your time. Until we meet again." Each of Lei Koen's steps echoes for a long time as she leaves. Despite her size and the duration of the echoing, they are surprisingly soft. Imagine Mario jumping, but vaporwave. That should be pretty close.

cajun Rudara stands there for a moment, even the raging blizzard only forcing the slightest shiver from Rudara, before she turns to Mei, the slighest of scowls on her face. This loss was...disappointing. But only a fool would claim that they had lost everything.Stepping closer to the bleeding vampiress, a hand reaches out for the wound, a soft glow emanating from it as she works on the wound. She was silent, working her magic without difficulty, as if it weren't an issue to cure the wounded. It probably wasn't... "What is it Saia requires of you?" The question was sudden, blunt, and delivered with the force of a scolding mother wielding a forge hammer. The look on Rudara's face matched the intent. She did not have time for further games. {Response Card - Reclaim the Broken} Critical Failure:It's hard to justify expensive counterspells, but this one seems neat. It replaces itself and puts an opponent down an additional card. Perfectly good for it's cost. 7/10
