Wow, you really are fast. I somehow can't get any of the d20 line break options to work; they simply result in normal text for me. Should there be a checkmark for the d20 option under "Frames" that somehow doesn't show in my MSE or something of the like? Are you using the Mainframe template? I ran into this issue the other day when I was testing it and realized the file I was using actually used the M15 template for whatever reason. And can you share a render of what your card looks like?

A few people are getting an error where MSE can't find "m15-altered" and asks you to select a different style. This happens if you missed the previous update, and can be fixed by adding this mse-include folder to your MSE/data folder.

Should there be a checkmark for the d20 option under "Frames" that somehow doesn't show in my MSE or something of the like? no frame check (other than it doesn't work with levelers), there's an option named D20 Dividers under the second checklist. on d20 mode you need to set up the dice numbers, like "1-10 |", on all breaks it should highlight every other line break. if you've got that option and nothing's happening, see if you have any messages in the console tab
oops missed there was a new page. k then i see there is something in that console tab, can you screenshot that for me? if it says its missing magic-pride, do that fix at the top of the post first, then reload mse and see if that fixes.

I've been getting this error message for a while, even before the update. okay cool, this means you are not using MSE 2.1.2, which would explain the broken d20 effect, but it also means you have installed it. likely you have like an mse.exe and a magicsesteditor.exe, use that second one if you have it. If not, you can download it again here.

Mainframe TemplatesMainframe is a collection of frames with more advanced options, allowing for a lot more customization of cards and more set-wide options. All of these frames will need the Game Files from the first spoiler, or you can pick up the complete Mainframe Pack here to get them all in one go. Heads up! This link goes to deleted files.

I was searching through this thread trying to find the Modern Horizons 2 sketch frame, yet I haven't been able to find it, nor any mention of it. Is it somewhere else or has it not been implemented? I saw "showcases" in the title and thought maybe it meant this frame had been added. If it isn't yet added, it'd be nice if it could be added at some point (I know this takes a lot of work, though, don't wish to take it for granted, but still would be thankful for it)
P.S: I'm a brand new user, made an account just to inquire, I hope I'm not missing something about the search feature, I just checked for a few key terms and none were successful

Usually if a frame isn't already there, you can help things along by providing potential blanks or examples of the frame.

Thanks for the feedback. I haven't been able to find any blanks of these but if I manage to find or produce any, I'll post them here. My digital alteration skills aren't the best, so even if I managed to make some they wouldn't be the best quality, I apologize about that

The only idea I could come up with to get a frame as empty as possible was to get as many images with the same frame as possible, to remove all text, and to overlay them to let them fill each other's gaps. The more you can get, theoretically, the closer it should be to a clear, perfect frame, but due to how typelines and such are always aligned and cards have mana costs and such, you can't ever get a perfectly clear frame this way. I don't know how people go about crafting clear frames, but this is probably not it. Also, striking a balance between the least pixels removed and the most amount of generic background pixels is hard, letters also have some sort of outline which makes it look rather choppy Regardless here's my result (Didn't remove collector's and copyright info as this is just a demo of the approach) Sadly I don't think this serves at all towards the cause

How do you get the level bars into the class cards? When I click the class option on the saga template, it just switched the image art and text, but doesn't allow me to add levels.

Only one text box shows ups when I use the class option. It is split by the flavor text line and the bottom is automatically in italic. I just updated to 2.1.2 earlier and it still isn't working.

I'm having trouble downloading the master pack. My computer makes its way up to somewhere from 50 to 70 MB of the download and then just stops, making the entire download unusable due to missing like two thirds of all the files.

Didn't know my method was competent, I'm glad it may prove helpful after all. Do you wish for me to try something similar with all other colors? Could try to isolate the artifact border thingy as only white and blue have it in official cards so I couldn't rely on that to make the sketch frame artifact-ready for all colors. Also worth noting, I believe there is at least one card for each two-color combination, one colorless artifact, and a few multicolored cards, but those will likely return far worse results and would probably just be the same card with the text deleted, as those are less abundant I ain't the best at doing it but if you can't find any other resource or reasonable technique, I don't mind trying. I wish to thank you as well for listening to my request, I'm also not very good at coding custom frames and your help is appreciated, I've also been using your frames for years, they work wonderfully P.S: Tried to get the relevant bit of the quote but I messed it up, srry if it pinged you twice

Just to see how well I'd do, I've tried to make a black version. Even if I've gotten relatively close, it still looks very choppy. Small trick I've discovered is you can get more image references by using the different language printings, issue is the english render is of higher quality so the transition between both looks choppy in some areas (for the name section for example it worked wonders but still not the most optimal thing) Idk if I'm good enough at image editing to do this, I'm very sorry about it

Holy moly you're quick! Nice! Trying things out- for some odd reason, my first mana cost for leveling up a class is consistently right-aligned instead of left-aligned? How did you get the levels to pop up. Whenever I try it just does a new line. Is there any tutorials for the class card anywhere?

The stamp and p/t box are pretty inconsistent between colors, though, so I'm not going to post all the files until I'm done with all the frames and can get accurate crops for these features. Tomorrow I'll work on the red, green, gold, artifact, and maybe planeswalker or the legend nameplates. I don't think I can do the vehicle, land, and aftermath frames. Also, the pinlines look real tough to pull off for 2 color cards, since they're intentionally messy, and I'm pretty bad at making masks. I'd love to get feedback on how these three look for now.

Those look amazing, if I'm honest. I managed to make a crude approximation of a frame for black, but those three you've got so far are very nice, and the frame you've got for black is better than the one I managed to cobble together. It's impressive how you managed to get a full frame out of the small amount of assets we got for this frame, considering we got about 6 cards per color, and some were artifacts for white and blue so those don't even work for the base frame

The level field doesn't appear until you actually put something into the appropriate box; the first box is for the reminder text, the second box is for the Level 1 effect, and then levels don't actually start being added until you use the third box to input a Level 2 effect.

I spent the day in photoshop cleaning up everything for the sketch frames. If someone wants to make a style for it or if Cajun wants to implement it to the existing showcase collection, DM me and I'll give you a link to a zip file. It's all five colors, plus multicolor, artifacts, p/t boxes & stamp images for each and a multicolor card mask. Everything blends together real nicely, though. There's still a lot of other sketch frames that I'm not going to do (planeswalker, saga, aftermath, vehicle), and some that are missing from MH2 (hybrid with a foil stamp, non-saga land, colorless non-artifact).

Cajun, you're doing the gods' work as always.
I noticed however that the dark grey divided sections in the new d20 frame happen to be the same dark grey as that in the textbox for the clear and devoid frames, so there's no colour distinction between the sections for those frames. There's obviously no reference for an official clear/devoid d20 card yet, so who knows what WotC would choose to do, but till then would it be possible to update your d20 option to either darken the dark grey sections or lighten the 'regular' sections when using those frames?

Unrelated to my post from yesterday, I just found what looks to be a bug in M15 Mainframe when it comes to formatting bullet point options. In the "M15 Style" frame (which I think you also made a fair while ago if my memory's correct), when you put bullet point options on a card, some space is given between the options and surrounding text that makes it look nicely formatted. "M15 Mainframe" however, can't seem to handle bullet points and switching to it causes the space to disappear and the text to look squashed. I don't know if there's an option in the style menu I'm missing, but if not, perhaps it's simply a matter of a line of code or two missing from the Mainframe files to fix that? Not really a pressing matter anyway, 'cause I can always use the M15 Style frame for neat bullet points in the meantime, but I just wanted to let you know so you can keep bringing Mainframe closer to perfection. (Both cards have chop top and bottom set at 5, otherwise everything else is default)
