Cajun, your work is awesome. Almost all of your templates are my defaults when working on custom cards.
Was curious if there was anything that us users could do to help you out with your current projects?

the things that generally hold up template development is the images, as I'm not as good at handling those as the code. so if you see something on the todo list that's missing blanks (currently looking like the THB Nyx effect and the FNM promo they started using in Dominaria), creating those is the best way to get a template moving. We'd probably still not have Adventures and M20 tokens if not for kebelqwa, silverback_ape, and Femme Fatale taking the time to get those lovely images.

Can you tell me what was the mistake i made please (because it's useless that i try blaking stuff again if i do the same mistake) ? check em against kebelqwa's, yours weren't as sharp, had the pt boxed stuck to em, and didn't have the second page separated, and i was stupid busy through october and november and didn't erally have the time to put together adventures until kebelqwa's frames anyway. |

Hello anyone who will read this. I have a bug that I haven't seen posted anywhere and am trying to fix. I was just trying to print a selection of cards from my set, and it gave me an internal error saying that it could not find the resource file "selected" or "deselected" in the resource folder. I don't want to post the exact file locations because it is personal information, but hopefully that's enough information to get some help. Thanks to anyone who sees this and tries to help!

I just checked and I have the same issue. It seems to be an overzealous auto-replace, which you should be able to fix pretty easily. Replace the file auto_replace in magic.mse-game with my attached version and it should be fine. So, I just tested this and it's still auto-correcting. Yes, I restarted the program. |

Go to your AppData/Roaming folder (Win+R, type %appdata% if you don't know how to get there) and find your Magic Set Editor folder. In there is a file called mse8.config, which you'll open in Notepad (not Word or similar). Ctrl+F for "auto replace" and see if the incorrect replace is still there. If it is, delete it, save, and restart MSE.
if it's still broken you're probably editing an auto_replace in a wrong folder or something.

The adventure template doesn't seem to be installing properly. I'm not sure if this is really the place to ask that. But I have put the template folder into the data folder, and mse isn't inside of a program folder, so I really have no clue and this is the first time this has happened.

"M15 Adventures" is just the zip folder and won't be helpful in data. |

It seems that was it, though I didn't just put in the zip file, it was just the first folder within it, with the same name as the zip. But hey, it works. So thanks

A good number of card images I use have no background to them, so it makes it a little harder to discern the text from the background, even with the slight shadow/outline the white text has. Any tips/fixes for that?

I'm referring to cards where there is no background to the image of a character, thus, making loads of white around the legs/bottom text box. Edit: Never mind, I found a solution of a sort. Simply giving the cards a foil overlay makes the text more legible. |

So for a set I'm working on, I want to have some vanilla creatures as full-art. I'm using the M20 Tokens for this, but the cards keep counting towards tokens instead of creatures (004/005 T). Is there a way to tweak it so it counts towards creatures instead of tokens?  |

New to the forums but I've been using MSE for a while now, on and off (admittedly mostly off) for about three years. Big fan of your work- Mainframe is synonymous with MSE in my eyes. Sorry if this is the wrong place for this question, I'm unsure of that.
Recently I started messing around with using custom cards on Cockatrice, and I somehow managed to push through most of the snags caused by my general computer illiteracy and Cockatrice's sometimes finicky nature but one answer's eluding me: How do you get custom tokens on Cockatrice, and how do you relate custom or official tokens to token generators? I thought I'd found the answer to half of the latter question when I found your version of the cockatrice exporter (which is better in every way than whichever one I was using beforehand- DFCs work like a charm!) and the notes about reverse-related blocks with it but then I realized it's not just relation issues, my tokens aren't showing up in Cockatrice at all.

You can also use M15 textless, but I think you're going to want at least some text for the creature type and such. |

jverse Unfortunately the Mainframe Full Art doesn't quite suit what I'm looking for. It still has a text box which doesn't look great on a textless creature. Is there a way to get rid of the text box, or is it locked into the format?

I just wanted to mention a small problem with the Orzhov watermark (the Return to Ravnica one) where the box behind the watermark in the PNG is still visible on three of the four quadrants.

I have a new request / question..
..And I might be 15 years too late.. but..
Does anyone know if I can print Magic cards in double-size? Like the ones that was used for the oversized Commander cards/Archenemy Schemes etc.?
The cards I wish to print in double size are the following: M15 cards
M15 Sagas M15 (Ixalan) Maps M15 Legendary M15 Spellbook M15 Gods (Or M15 Gods with Legendary if that one is available)
An example of a double-sized card:

Edit: I just realized that if it would be possible to find a high resolution version of each of the templates (I don't know if that makes sense to say) then I could simply print the custom cards I already have in 200 % size. Right? If I print the cards in 200 % now they will be ugly, right? The cards are for a custom 3-player Rogue-like Magic board game we are playing at home.

The latest set I'm working on relies on Vehicles with Adventure spells. However, when you add the vehicle frame to the card, it doesn't change the power/toughness to be the vehicle brown. Does anyone know a way around this? If not, how would I go about customizing the format to allow for this?  |

I've made a quick and dirty edit to Cajun's adventure template that should work for your needs, Schwa. You just need to overwrite the version you have now and it should work fine.
