Maybe I'm just missing it, or maybe you deemed it no worth the time cajun, but is there a template for the Jumpstart archetype cards? Like the "face" cards that give the deck archetype and feature art? For example:

I cant understand why I have only 5 slot of loyalty text despite on "Overrired Levels" I have the six loyalty abilities option turned on (and in fact it shows up six loyalty costs boxes but the last one isn't linked to any text box apparently). Anybody else having the same problem?

When I set this up on mine and click in the text box for the 5th ability, then press the down arrow on my keyboard, the cursor lands in the 6th box and I can type in there. Is there any possibility for double-faced token support at all? I encountered a scenario where I wanted to implement mutually exclusive legendary tokens created by a card in different situations, and thought it'd be fun and intuitive to have them be one double-faced token for convenience. I was a bit surprised, given how incredibly powerful mainframe seems to be in all other situations, that the token template can't be made double faced and the double faced template can't be styled as a token!

I use MSE since 3-4 month but have a real problem... I can't export my card in a great quality. The best I can Have is a 750*1046 file in PNG but with bad image and card design quality. Only text seems correct.
How It is possible to increase image quality ? Thank you

Hi cajun. I've been experiencing a problem I can't seem to fix. If you are willing to help me with the problem then I will gladly supply the relevant files. I'm trying to get a custom crown to work, but it keeps getting it's lower corners cutoff when selecting for puma or borderless/frameless styles. Here are some example images: Please ignore the fact that one of them looks different. I was experimenting with different methods for downscaling to preserve edge quality. EDIT: I originally tried adding this crown via coding it directly into the style file, but I've also tried adding it through the custom crown option with the same results.

tultone It's not using photoshop, it's using a program called waifu2x. I offered to do it because it would be faster than you having to learn how to use it, or if you don't have the cuDNN driver setup then you can't use it right away. It's a free program that's not too difficult to use on windows. But I don't know your setup, so it could take you a while to set it up. Also, some of the dialogue options can be confusing. Like the resizing stuff can be a bit confusing at first. If you have a linux system it will take a while longer to setup. Though, if you don't want it for long term use, just use the browser version. I use the program because it has more options and I use it often. Plus the cuDNN option on the executable program = better quality.

Trying to add a d20 roll to a dungeon room. I'd like to add line breaks for formatting without auto bolding the preceding lines or a method to remove the auto bold.

Agree with this request. I also think creature token rule texts would be in general much more cooler if we add this kind of option in the token mainframe template

Frame Updates • Added the MH2 Sketch and AFR Monster Manual Frames, thanks to CardConjurer! • Added the Dungeon Module, Demon Scroll, and Demon Scroll Planeswalker Frames! • Added the Deckbox template thanks to images from DrChillbrain! This template lets you make an image like a Commander deck box using any colors you like in the Style tab. See the bottom of the post for some examples. • Updated the PUMA effect to a better image that more resembles the current usage! Thanks to cardist images and code. PUMA can now be combined with the Mutate and Season frames. • Added the Inverted effect from vnocturnus to M15 Mainframe. • Mainframe Planeswalkers now supports Adventurer Planeswalkers. New Features• Updated to MID keywords. • Loyalty mana symbols now use the outline effect as seen on Headmaster Urza and Carth the Lion. Their mana codes are now +N, -N, and =N, and symbolize automatically. • Added the "Remove card codes" set option. When enabled, it removes card codes like "CW01" from every card name in the set. The exact match is currently /^[CURMSL][WUBRGMZACL][0-9]+ ?[-—]? ?/ • Also the CARDNAME atom no longer display those card codes in rules text.
• Added Iseult's foretell watermark • Added Custom Watermark A to M15 Mainframe, a custom watermark that takes a link relative to magic-watermarks.mse-include from the Style tab, good for sets that use A25 style watermarks that want more than the 10 custom watermarks. • Mainframe DFC's backface card code is now editable on its own instead of being a scripted copy of the front face's. • Added Alt Rarity to Mainframe templates. This can be used to change the rarity coloration and border to custom settings for a card. This accepts a string in the format of R1,G1,B1:R2,G1,B1:bR1,bG1,bB1:bR2,bG2,bB2:br: where RGB1 and RGB2 are the colors of the internal blend, bRGB1 and bRGB2 are the colors of the border, and br is the border radius. For example, Xanigan above uses "200,0,0:55,0,0:30,15,15:120,0,0:0.1:", making an internal blend of rgb(200, 0, 0) to rgb(55, 0, 0), a border blend of rgb(30, 15, 15) to rgb(120, 0, 0), and a border radius of 0.1. • Added a new keyword function "this_or_that". Using this_or_that("creature") and this_or_that("permanent") will return "this creature" or "that creature" (or permanent) depending on the card's type. Passing "upper: true" as an additional argument will capitalize This or That. • Added an experimental keyword system for DFCs, see Face Code below. Bug Fixes• Fixes a bug where the Copyright box would sometimes move as though the Vorthos Box was enabled when it wasn't. • Fixes a bug where d20 dividers weren't visible on clear frames. ( wrathgaar ) • Fixes a bug where Custom masks on Planeswalkers stopped working. Note that new masks need to be 375x523px because of layering change to the template with MSE 2.1.2. ( shagore ) • Fixes a bug where the modal bumping code wasn't applying to Mainframe DFC. • The PUMA mask is no longer applied to custom legend crowns to fix this bug. ( cardist ) Face Code• Keyword code is hardcoded to use the font-face values of cards, and doesn't have a way to support using the back face instead. I've made a workaround to this. • Face Codes are strings in keyword code formatted as face_<code>_end such as face_iscreature_end. • Face Codes will then be replaced by code that uses the proper card face's data. Face Code currently accepts the following codes: • if_<code>_then_<string with spaces>_else_<string with spaces> • isartifact • iscreature • isenchantment • island • isspell • istarget • field_contains_query with spaces • field_notcontains_query with spaces • Currently this only accepts one level and "if X then Y else Z" formats. For example, to have special text if a creature is an Elf, the code is face_if_type_contains_Elf_then_This card is an Elf._else_This card is not an Elf._end • This system is incredibly niche so I think this is fine for now, but if there's other functions you want mixed in here let me know and we can probably make it happen.

Mainframe Tokens Update: State and Archetype Cards
What's all this then?This adds the State frame (as seen on Day/Night) and the Draft Archetype frame (as seen in MH2 and AFR and prob others) to Mainframe Tokens. The Archetype frame requires some fonts that are included in the font folder in the download. How do I use it?Both frames have white text with no dropshadow by default. In the Additional options checklist, you can enable dropshadow with "state drop shadow" or change to black text by disabling "white state text". The state frame is not centered by default, but the centering text option works on it. For the Archetype frame, you want to type the colors and archetype name followed by two spaces, like the dungeon frame does, ie "WU Affinity ". MSE will then convert that into symbols and the bold uppercase font seen here. The background of the archetype frame can be changed to any color by clicking the edges of it around the textbox, or you can enable an uploadable image instead in the Additional Options checklist in the Style tab.

File not found: 'card-sample.png' in package 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Magic Set Editor 2\data\magic-m15-sagas.mse-style' If you are trying to open a file from another package, use "/package/filename"
It's preventing me from changing styles from within the program. This is a problem, for, well, obvious reasons. Any assistance could be appreciated.

Attachment Deleted Download this image, make sure it's named "card-sample.png", and copy and paste it into C:\Program Files (x86)\Magic Set Editor 2\data\magic-m15-sagas.mse-style, and that should fix the error. The error was just saying that either the preview image got deleted, renamed, or moved or there's a typo in the style code that references the preview image incorrectly. Hope this helps!

I've done exactly this, and am getting the same error. I have no idea what else to do, especially when it comes to changing DFCs, because I can't modify them to Creature/Planeswalker, or Ixalan DFCs, or even MDFCs.

Does anyone know if there's a template for the commander legends small text box cards? Eg: vs PUMA is an option for the expanded art, but I'm not sure there's a smaller text box version There's this template ( link) by silverback_ape, is there a non extended art one somewhere

So, I have a weird question, and it involves the artist credit. Not the artist credit on the TSR Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir. Because of where the copyright line is placed, they had to shrink the font to get the full artist credit to fit on the card. Is this a feature that can be added to the Mainframe templates?

You can adjust this yourself by editing the artist text box width within the .txt style document. I've done it a few times for various frames. It will automatically adjust the text size and not overflow to the copyright section.

Installed the latest style templates, trying to use inverted for colored artifact cards, missing a couple files (see attachment). Were these left out of the update? I checked and couldn't find them in the update.
