A bubbly, slight woman runs up to you. "Hi! I've never met a dwarf before. This is so cool! We don't really see any dwarves on Esterila."Overenthusiastic Greeting Sorcery ~ deals 2 damage to target creature and 1 damage to that creature's controller. Halmar neglected to mention that his high-fives tend to go farther than just your hand.

"I haven't the foggiest what you're brewing here but it sure smells potent! What's up?"Keen Nose Enchantment - Aura Enchant creature Whenever Keen Nose enters the battlefield or enchanted creature deals combat damage to an opponent, choose a card type. If the top card of your library is of the chosen type, reveal it, then put it in your hand. Otherwise, put it in your graveyard.

gamma3 - Hm... neat card. Power-level wise, this could probably be an instant-- Arc Trail is an uncommon because it can potentially kill two creatures at once. But the cute flavor goes a long way here. 9/10 Hey, hey, slow down, kid. Marty gently taps the glass he's polishing. This is a bar, not a freakshow.Acolyte of Restraint Creature - Human Monk Spells that target you or Acolyte of Restraint cost more to cast. 2/3 ~~~ Neottolemo - Curiosity that cantrips!?!? (Ok, Keen Sense.) I like this, flavorfully, although the best use for it might be "pick tribal" if you want a reeeally slow mill engine. 7/10 You got a good nose, har har har. Marty laughs. What you in the mood for? A love potion? Those don't work, unless you love bees, of course...Pheromone StenchInstant - Elixir : Until end of turn, target creature gains haste and can't block. : Until end of turn, target creature gains vigilance and blocks each combat if able.

"Hah hah hah! Thank you, but I'll pass on the bees today!"
Pheromone Stench: Seems to be fine in regards to power level when compared to similar cards. The two effects mesh very well together and fit the flavour. 10/10

She laughs nervously. "Haha, you're right, sorry, I got a bit overexcited. Let's try this again, shall we? The name's Kaya."Acolyte of Restraint: Nice. It works really well as a counter, being designed both to be able to survive the hit but also make the card harder to cast. Well done. 10/10 Recover Poise Sorcery Tap or untap target creature. You gain 4 life.

An ironclad fellow eyes you from the distance, hovering on silvered wings. Alabaster Wings Artifact - Equipment When CARDNAME enters the battlefield, you may attach it to target white creature you control. Equipped creature gets +0/+2 and has flying. Equip

Kirino pulls up a stool. "What's the strongest drink you've got? Because I want two of those."Search for Stimuli - Enchantment - Aura Curse Enchant player. Enchanted player may discard a card the first time they become the target of a spell each turn. If they do, they may draw a card. "I need something stronger."

gamma3 - Interesting. Functionally I don't know how useful it is-- the lifegain married to tap would make more sense at instant speed as an anti-aggro measure; likewise with untap. As it turns out, sorcery speed tap/untap ain't great. I also don't get why a spell named "Recover Poise" can knock a creature off its balance (tap it), honestly? I think this might make more sense as just "Untap target creature. You gain 4 life." and costing . (Possibly as an instant.) 6/10 Hello, Kaya. I'm the barkeep. They call me Marty. He smiles. What can I do for ya?Welcoming Party Creature - Human Each red or white creature you control enters the battlefield with an additional +1/+1 counter on it. Even the slightest show of affection can go a long way.2/2 (no idea how to respond to this mechanically oops) ~~ Fleur - Huh, this is an interesting way to do equipment that's not an auto-include in every deck. Odd caveat-- usually you'd want to stick equipment on an evasive creature, the most common form of which in white would be a Suntail Hawk type card, which wouldn't get the buff from this. 10/10 though. Marty does not see the sheriff eyeing him, although he's seen many a fellow like him in his day. He's never been a big fan of law enforcement, to be honest-- he's always been on the level, more or less. Resolute Sheriff Creature - Human Soldier Venerated Sheriff can't be blocked by Rogues. Outlaws know better than to cross his path-- his aim is true and his sense of justice is all-encompassing.3/1 (Positive interaction) ~~ Lady Mapi - This doesn't flavorfully work as a Curse, which are usually supposed to be strictly negative for your opponents-- this being strictly optional really misses the point. I do like "whenever you become the target of a spell"-type triggers, but then you go and add a capper on it! The concept is cool, but I think you're overcomplicating it. 4/10 Depends whether you drink to forget or drink to remember.Amnesia's BrewInstant - Elixir : Discard two cards at random, then draw that many cards. : Return a sorcery card at random from your graveyard to your hand.

"I've been having some trouble with a new project, and my usual methods aren't helping. A sort of Inventor's Block, if you will. Got anything that would help?"Welcoming Party: It's a nice card, which is a shame since it responds in no way to mine. I hate to give it such a poor rating, but because of that, I really can't give it anything higher than a 4/10 Inventor's Block Instant Until the end of the turn, activated abilities of artifacts can't be activated. "I'll think of something...eventually."

Lumen comes down from his spot in the sky, the metal wings folding seamlessly into his cloak. "I'll actually take a drink. It's been a long day," he says, thinking back to the whole can of worms with Kirino he opened earlier. "Got any recommendations?" Clockwork Waiter Artifact Creature - Citizen CARDNAME enters the battlefield with three +1/+1 counters on it. Whenever CARDNAME attacks or blocks, remove a +1/+1 counter from it. If you do, other creatures you control get +1/+1 until end of turn. An army requires two things - an indefatigable general and a bottomless supply of drink to forget the bloodshed.3/3 Edit: 9/10 - functional flavor and good balance make a happy common.

Fair enough - I often over-complicate things. "A little bit of both, my friend, a little bit of both."Amnesia's Brew is pretty sweet. to give yourself a better hand is always appreciated. The random discard is a little scary, but works pretty well if you have a hand full of garbage. I also like how the discard misses any sorcery you bring back - I'm unsure, but I think you can also retrieve a sorcery discarded by the first effect. A neat 9/10.

Something calls to Twyla, pulling her like a magnet toward the short, roundish man she spots around the perimeter of the arena.
"Are you ― do you know a Walker by the name of Chiara?" She realizes she should explain herself. "I just got here, to this new arena, and, well, I was sent by someone I met on the way out. She gave me this letter, told me its intended recipient might be gone by the time it arrives. But it's led me... it's led me to you. Maybe you should read it."Living Message Creature ― Spirit Defender Whenever damage is dealt to Living Message, you may search your graveyard for a card, reveal it, and put it on top of your library. The magic parchment has lived many lives, known many histories. It's been a child's diary, a doctor's notes and a captain's log; a treatise, a love letter, a death toll.
0/3 The letter's very short. It simply says:
"To Chiara, or whom this may concern,
I've been taken a prisoner of time. It's better you don't know the details. Don't fret ― by the time this reaches you, I've already escaped, and I'll be on a journey of my own.
I miss you. I'm sorry I never got to say goodbye. Find me when you can.
Fare thee well.
Arterion."
Twyla scratches her head after handing the letter to the man she's never met. She quietly asks herself if she followed through with the strange woman's request as she'd wanted her to. "I don't ... I don't know who Arterion is. Or Chiara, for that matter." She looks up. "But, ah, I do know who I am." She extends her hand. "Twyla Nguyen, journalist. At your service."
