Attacking creatures get +1/+1. "Face me, and me alone. No armies, no backup. Just me and you."4/4 Payday Automaton: I like this more than Goblin Guide. It doesn't reveal information to you, and it guarantees a mana instead of maybe a land on landing the attack. Thought I still don't know about a  2/2 in any deck. 9/10 for that concern.

Magic Mirror should not be a common, since it's a permanent so it generates board complexity making your opponent wonder when you're going to cash it in. At the same time, colored cards with this effect either have a double color saturation or a CMC higher than 3, so I would bump up rarity, CMC and add a cost to activate it. As it is it's both too cheap for its effect and too complex for its rarity. 4/10. "Excellent, then. She deserves to die and I'm counting on you to help me achieve that!"Passionate Mobilization   Sorcery Create an X/1 red Elemental creature token with trample and haste, where X is the highest power among creatures you control. Exile that token at end of combat. Some people have the flames of war inside them, others choose to manifest it on the outside.

Dart Trap is a fine response but I think you should up the cost by or . 8/10. I'm not sure if your last comment referred to you trying to fight Aylin or the elemental, so until I get some clarification on that I can't continue the story part.

And the girl in said hat was also the nicest person he'd met on this plane - she didn't call him "organic" in a rude tone, or attempt to punch his lights out, or confuse him with memories of his past. He nodded his head. "Fine. I'll go join this war." he said, turning to leave.

If you cast this spell during your main phase, ~ deals 5 damage to that creature instead. If you see it coming, then it's twice as bad.

His foundries dump the excess metal he had been using into a lump of slag and scrap, which shot out to block the blast.Wall of Slag Artifact Creature - Wall Defender When ~ dies, draw a card. 0/2 "What was that!?"Violent Assault - 9/10. While not the most powerful card, it is balanced as a common, and a decent picks during drafts.

Wall of Slag is a solid design. I do have a pet peeve about cards that don't prevent the challenge but rather take advantage of it but the fact it's a 0/2, hence making the 3-5 damage completely useless has swayed me a little into raising the score, and I like this as a neat one-drop for limited. 8/10. "If you want to face Kirino, you need to be prepared to deal with the unexpected. You're actually lucky I warned you, she will not! Now I need to see your lethal capabilities..." she says without a hint of emotion on her face as she stand perfectly still "Now then, shoot to kill!"Sitting Duck Sorcery Choose target creature. The sky parts, and a rent in space draws open. As a hideous whining splits the air, something falls out.
A cracked and mangled robot lands on the ground, barely functioning. But as it lies in the open air, it begins to repair, servos whirring back to life and existence coming back to it. It lifts its head, and feels existence, something which it had almost forgotten. And although it cannot smile, it feels joy none the less.
Base Zero was back in business.
And as swirling coils of energy surrounded it, it smiled at what it had found out there, in the space between worlds. He'd found indescribable energy, uncontrollable ideas, and above all, the essence of sentience itself. It had bonded with it, and the results were showing now it had returned to the material plane. As purple energy began to rise from it's manipulators, Base Zero prepared itself.
It was time to put it's newfound mana to the test.

A figure strides forwards through the mist, clanking slightly as it moves. It appears to be another mechanical being. "Greetings. I see you've received my invitation. I invite you to partake in something I am testing out. Tell me, have you ever heard of purple mana?"
Demure Ambassador P Creature - Human Advisor During your opponent's turn, they have influence over ~. 3/3 The honor of service and the pride of skill outweigh the annoyance of submission.
Appeasement - A great and flavourful card, which slots neatly into Selesnya colors. 10/10.

Impossible Dodge 1P Instant Influence target spell that targets a creature you control.
Draw a card. "Nothing shall shake me. I am the master of myself."
Hasty Dismissal - A slightly weak card for the mana cost, especially at sorcery. 8/10.
(Also, not sure if my card works as intended. After it resolves, the targeted spell will have it's target rechosen, or at least that's the intention.)

smh zero showing off like your one skill that fastImpossible Dodge - if influence has an action mode that lets you reselect then that works. don't think it lets you choose the may or not on Hasty? as for balance think this needs to cost one more or do one less thing; compared to say Turn Aside this draws a card and likely kills another thing of theirs for just {1} more, compared to Reroute you get to redirect a more common thing and have more control over it. 7/10 |
