The 615 cards are for the whole set. I have not divided them into blocks, as that will come at a later time.
All of the mechanics have been changed, altered, or adjusted over the few years I and others have been working on this.
I'm fully aware that some mechanics are more powerful than others. What I include into their effects and what is available for them are adjusted to compensate.
This is meant to be considered in a vacuum. This will not be played with existing/cannon cards.
There is no art as when I have tried, MSE eventually crashes and I lose all progress or it's very difficult to recover.
Three of the five factions have been "completed" (as in, I've created all cards designated for the factions, but they are not final drafts by any stretch).

Maetiec is a land of shattered lands, segregated populations, and constant conflict. It's been 1500 years since the fall of the Old Empire. None can recount exactly what transpired, but rumors of impossibly powerful Artifacts are said to be locked in a vault in an unknown location are murmured about across the plane.
:G::B:(:W:) Bellenar: The land of innovation, growth, prosperity, and unity. The Bellenar League has loose plans to unite the factions of Omara, but currently only trades with the Ranks of Viragraf.
- Enhance number Put {english_number_a(param1)} +1/+1 {if param1.value==1 then "counter" else "counters"} on target nonartifact creature. That creature becomes an artifact in addition to its other types.
- Vehicles (airships/Flying)
:W::B:(:U:) Escolan: The faction of faith, preservation, and the preaching of "truth." The Church of Escolan houses the fabled Vault of Maetiec, but lacks the keys with which to open it. They seek the missing pieces to prove to the plane that they are not simply fanatics clinging to fractured past.
- Catalog Put this card from your graveyard on the bottom of your library. Catalog only as a sorcery.
- Learn name cost {param2}: Attach to target {param1}. Learn only as a sorcery.
:U::R:(:B:) Raldora: The Alliance of Raldora, a collection of pirates, sail the seas and take from others whatever they wish. They are difficult to bat away, developing methods of artifice that both surprise and devastate their victims.
- Blitz Whenever this creature attacks, it can't be blocked unless all other attacking pirates you control are blocked.
- Vehicles (seaships/islandwalk)
:B::G:(:R:) Nakar: The Horde of Nakar are a collection of fierce warriors, barbarians, and the bloodthirsty that wish to conquer all of Maetiec. However, they have no ships nor the knowledge on how to sail.
- Avenge number If this creature would die from a creature, spell, or ability an opponent controls, that player sacrifices {english_number(param1)} creatures.
- Equipment ("affinity")
:R::W:(:G:) Viragraf: A relatively xenophobic society that seeks to preserve its own lands from the infestations of the Raldora, the toxic influence of the Escolan, and the horrible mechanization of the Bellenar. They pride themselves in their martial superiority to the other factions.
- Embattled This creature can be equipped any time you could cast an instant.
- Equipment (better than nakar (subjective?))
