sdfkjgh surprised, that this is a shitpost. I just read the Future Sight Design Handoff Document and it gave me a few ideas for some designs: Land Trap Enchantment Exile target nonbasic land until Land Trap leaves the battlefield. Striking Appearance Enchantment - Aura Enchant creature At the beginning of your upkeep, put a counter from among firstest strike, first strike, normal strike and last strike on enchanted creature. Of course, normal strike means that the creature deals normal combat damage even though it has another strike ability. Forbidden Word Sorcery Draw a card. You lose 2 life. Buyback Madness Forecast — , Reveal Forbidden Word from your hand: Scry 1. (Activate this ability only during your upkeep and only once each turn.)Yes, this has no mana cost. This would be really tight with all the reminders on it. While thinking about Forbidden Word, I came up with this: Spinning the Top Instant Look at the top three cards of your library, then put them back in any order. Draw a card, then put Spinning the Top on top of your library.

Flo00: I was kinda desperate to post something, anything, for The Sevens, so I kinda forced it with something that I'm trying to force into becoming a meme. Check the mana symbols very carefully.
You know The Game? I'm trying to make a forced meme variant of it using a particular card.

In honor of my latest card idea, here are two nonsense spells to help it out: Unchoice Instant Choose one. You may choose the same mode — • Return this spell to your hand. Simplicity Charm Instant Choose one — • Return. • Remove. • Repeat. The perplexing freedom of choice.

Foretell the Future Sorcery Foretell the top three cards of your library. Their fortell costs are their mana costs reduced by 2. You may play lands from among them for as long as they remain exiled. Guardian of Singularity Creature - Spirit Guardian Processes can’t be repeated.2/2 Wishful Thinking Enchantment As Wishful Thinking enters the battlefield, choose a card name. As you draw a card with the chosen name, you may reveal it and sacrifice Wishful Thinking. When you do, draw three cards and spells with the chosen name cost less to cast this turn.

Flo00: Wishful Drinking
Same as your Wishful Thinking, only with an additional cost to cast those spells of "chug a beer (or your alcoholic beverage of choice)".

I hate Control, and yet I keep making cards that only strengthen the archetype. What am I doing with my life?
EDIT: Noticed another of my designs already used the name Delaying Bubble, so I changed the names to Delaying Sphere and Anti-Magic Bubble. Also, thanks, Flo00:
Delaying Sphere Artifact Vanishing X (This permanent enters the battlefield with X time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from it. When the last is removed, sacrifice it.) Permanents can’t enter the battlefield. If Delaying Sphere would enter or leave the battlefield without any time counters on it, exile it instead. Pay for each time counter on Delaying Bubble, Remove a time counter from Delaying Bubble: Transform Delaying Bubble. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Anti-Magic Bubble Artifact Vanishing X (This permanent enters the battlefield with X time counters on it. At the beginning of your upkeep, remove a time counter from it. When the last is removed, sacrifice it.) Spells can’t be cast. If Anti-Magic Bubble would enter or leave the battlefield without any time counters on it, exile it instead. Pay for each time counter on Anti-Magic Sphere, Remove a time counter from Anti-Magic Sphere: Transform Anti-Magic Sphere.

The shower is a very creative place for me. This came to me yesterday: Ezdrac, Forgotten King Legendary Creature - Spirit Noble Flying Whenever a spell or permanent is returned to your hand, add . You don’t lose this mana as steps or phases end. : Return each spell you control to its owner’s hand. 2/2 This screams to get broken, right? How about a simple and innocent looking spell to do that: Sleepwalker’s Call Instant Tap or untap target nonland permanent. Storm (When you cast this spell, copy it for each spell cast before it this turn. You may choose new targets for the copies.)I wonder why WotC never printed anything like this... sdfkjgh the exile ability triggers at the same time as the sacriifce trigger from vanishing so you can allways choose to sac it before you exile it. The only time hte exile really does something is when X = 0. How about "If ~ would enter or leave the battlefield without time counters on it, exile it instead."

Either silver-bordered or Universes Beyond:
Ozor Mox Artifact Ozor Mox enters the battlefield tapped. : Add or and destroy a Meezor Mox you control.

And now for something completely different:
Blood Engine Artifact As an additional cost to cast this spell, you may sacrifice any number of creatures. This spell costs less to cast for each creature sacrificed this way. : Add four . , Pay 4 life, Sacrifice Blood Engine: Draw four cards.

Up: Nice way of taking an existing concept to eleven four. Rune of Persistance Enchantment - Aura Rune Enchant permanent When Rune of Persistance enters the battlefield, draw a card. Abilities of enchanted permanent can’t be countered. As long as enchanted permanent is attached to a permanent or card not on the battlefield, abilities of that permanent or card can’t be countered. Spell bondConspiracy Double agenda (Start the game with this conspiracy face down in the command zone and secretly choose two different card names. You may turn this conspiracy face up any time and reveal those names.)Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell with oone of the chosen names, you may exile a card with the other chosen name from your graveyard. If you do, copy it and cast the copy without paying its ana cost if able. Kind of a Spellweaver Helix in conspiracy form.

What would an Command look like? My guess is something like this:
Battlefield Command Instant Choose two— • Tap target permanent. • Destroy target tapped permanent. • Target player gains 4 life. • If you gained life this turn, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature and draw a card.
Now, how about if one of your creatures always had access to this?
Battlefield Commander Creature--Rhino Soldier Vigilance Whenever Battlefield Commander attacks or blocks, choose two— • Tap target permanent. • Destroy target tapped permanent. • Target player gains 4 life. • If you gained life this turn, put a +1/+1 counter on target creature and draw a card. 4/4

I think the command would be good enough if it taped and destroyed only creatures. It's especially weird that it can target lands.
I also think the Commander would be pretty strong already either without vigilance or only triggering on attack.

I was originally gonna cost it at without vigilance, only able to destroy nonland permanents, and only triggering on attack, but then I added vigilance in order to avoid self-targeting, increased the mana cost, and thought that it needed something else to justify mana value 6. The point was to push .

Maelstrom Guerilla Creature - Goblin Warrior Cascade (When you cast this spell, exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a nonland card that costs less. You may cast it without paying its mana cost. Put the exiled cards on the bottom in a random order.)Dash (You may cast this spell for its dash cost. If you do, it gains haste, and it’s returned from the battlefield to its owner’s hand at the beginning of the next end step.)3/1 Good point sdfkjgh. Originally I made it 3/2. I just decided to made it cheaper and 3/1, because I wanted the difference between dash and regular cost to be at least 2.

Y'all remember Gwafa Hazid, Profiteer, right? We haven't heard much from him since Conflux. Way I figure it, he's managed to get himself into a non-ambulatory position of power, because why shouldn't everything else be like our year 2020? He's still up to his old wheeling & dealing tricks, because of course he is:
EDIT: Thanks, Flo00:
Gwafa Hazid, Powerbroker Legendary Creature--Human Advisor Rogue Target opponent draws a card: Goad target ungoaded creature that player controls. Activate this ability only at a time when any player could cast a sorcery. (Until your next turn, that creature attacks each combat if able and attacks a player other than you if able.) 2/3

Activate this ability only at a time when any player could cast a sorcery. Nice way of compromising between sorcery speed and during each player's turn. Also I really like that this can kill Kiki-Jiki combo.

Just came up with this, from the idea that an Octopus Hydra would be a pretty cool thing:
Grasping-Head Hydra Creature--Octopus Hydra Flash Trample Grasping-Head Hydra can’t attack or block as long as it’s not monstrous. : Monstrosity X (If this creature isn’t monstrous, put X +1/+1 counters on it and it becomes monstrous.) When Grasping-Head Hydra becomes monstrous, tap up to X target nonland permanents. As long as Grasping-Head Hydra is monstrous, those permanents can’t be untapped, they lose all abilities, and they can’t have or gain abilities. 5/5

Skeletton Servitor Creature - Skeletton , : Return target creature card named Skeletton Servitor from your graveyard to the battlefield. 2/2 Persistent Ancestors Creature - Spirit , Exile Persistent Ancestors from your graveyard: Search your graveyard and/or library for a card named Persistent Ancestors, reveal it and put it into your hand. If you searched your library this way, shuffle. 2/1

Inspired by this post of ZephyrPhantom, I cam up with this: Throne of the Ninja King Artifact Treat all abilities of permanent spells as if that permanent was on the battlefield. TEST CARD — not for constructed play• hexproof, shroud, ward and similar things work on your spells. • If you have a counterwar over a Guttersnipe, it triggers while it's on the stack. • You can activate abilities as your spells are about ot be countered. • Anthems work already while they are on the stack.

At a Wizards boardroom in my head:
Ok, guys, we need another Commander.
I know!
Oh, not another Boros Equipment Commander! We've been getting complaints from the players about it always being the exact same thing all the damn time.
No, no, this'll be good! What if, and hear me out now, what if we reward the players for not attaching their Equipment?!
Rhonda, Armory Miser Legendary Creature--Goblin Soldier Advisor Vigilance, haste When you cast this spell, search your graveyard, hand, library, and exile for an Equipment card with mana value of X or less and put it onto the battlefield, where X is the amount of mana spent to cast this spell minus Rhonda, Armory Miser’s mana value. If you searched your library this way, shuffle. Unattached Equipment you control have “At the beginning of your upkeep, create a Treasure token.” 3/4
What in heck does that cast trigger mean? Well, in a Commander game, the first time you cast her from the Command zone, she gets an Equipment with mana value of 0, barring weird corner cases, because the mana you spent to cast her minus her mana value is 0. Next time you cast her from the Command zone, you can search up an Equipment with mana value of 2 or less, because you paid 7 to cast her, and her mana value is 5. Do you see?
The character is partially inspired by Crapgame, from Kelly's Heroes.

I did it! I think I created a fixed Brainstorm:
Bright Idea Instant Draw three cards, then put two cards from your hand face up on top of your library in any order. For as long as those cards are in your library, your library can’t be searched or shuffled.

Totally not broken at all:
Indatha Rumbler Creature--Nightmare Beast Mutate , Each opponent draws a card (If you cast this spell for its mutate cost, put it over or under target non-Human creature you own. They mutate into the creature on top plus all abilities from under it.) Flash Indatha Rumbler can’t enter the battlefield. 10/10

#ShitpostingOnTheSevens Can't target Phantasmal Dreadmaw, weakest card ever Might actually be okay if it was 4/4 and didn't have the draw a card thing - see Square Up. Alternatively 5/5 or 6/4 without flash and no draw a card - see Scale Up.

Maybe do it like these: Buyback . Y is the converted mana cost of the targeted spell. Ok, I admit, that isn't less weird than your version. It sounded a bit more solid in my head.
