Inspired by today's reveal of the upcoming Orzhov mechanic:
Sybil, Indentured Repository Legendary Creature--Vedalken Cleric Vigilance Afterlife 10 (When this creature dies, create ten 1/1 white and black Spirit creature tokens with flying.) {Orzhov watermark} 2/5
I'm not quite sure of Vedalken lifespans or physiological development, but picture a Vedalken female, about equivalent in age to a human in her early 20s, who was stolen from or sold by an Azorius-aligned household as a baby. Remember, the Church of Deals is NOT about morality. Throughout her life, she was indoctrinated to be a living storage device for other spirits, and this functionality has driven her quite insane. You try dealing with having no less than five other souls inhabiting your body at all times.

Taht's like 10 power in the air for just 4 mana. Way too cheap.

Even with a huge butt, that's a CMC4 in W/B. There's going to be plenty of ways to kill or sack it, and it's worth way more dead than alive.

Flo00, kefke: I was originally thinking of adding "~ can't be sacrificed.", but decided against it. Should I add it in?

Flo00 , kefke : I was originally thinking of adding "~ can't be sacrificed.", but decided against it. Should I add it in? I'd say that would help, but not be a full solution. You might also need a "Prevent all damage from sources you control." type effect in there, and at that point I worry that it'd be getting too wordy. "Protection from controller." might be an interesting option, sort of like a reverse-hexproof, but I can imagine that being confusing to people.

Tinkering with a new mechanic. Echoing Growth Instant Target creature you control gets +2/+2 until end of turn. Refract it. (Create a token that's a copy of that permanent. Exile that copy when it enters the battlefield.) Final Words Enchantment - Aura Enchant creature Enchanted creature gets +2/+0. When enchanted creature dies, refract it.

Mental Mastery Enchantment--Aura Enchant creature or planeswalker You control enchanted permanent. As long as enchanted permanent is a creature, it gets -1/-1. As long as enchanted permanent is a planeswalker, its loyalty abilities cost an additional to activate.
For some reason, MSE won't symbol the -1 properly. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Punish the Weak Instant Destroy each creature with power of 0 or less. For each creature destroyed this way, its controller loses 1 life.

Does anyone have a better way to template the 2nd ability?
Desiccated Mummy Creature--Zombie U: Desiccated Mummy gets +1/+1 until end of turn. At the beginning of the end step, if Desiccated Mummy was dealt damage this turn, put a number of +1/+1 counters on it equal to the amount of damage mitigated by its “U: Desiccated Mummy gets +1/+1 until end of turn” ability. 1/1

At end of turn, if it was dealt 1 or more damage, put a +1/+1 counter on ~.”

At the beginning of your end step, put X +1/+1 counters on Dessicated Ghoul, where X is the amount of damage dealt to it this turn minus 1. TBH I'm not even sure this needs the "minus 1", a 1/1 with " : +0/+1 until end of turn" is pretty bad at let alone

Attach each of those tokens to a different creature you control. At the beginning of the next end step, exile each token created by Master of the Factory. 2/2 Class, can you say "absurdly broken"? I can~!

Flo00 I'm honestly not sure about that angel. Not being able to activate mana abilities is pretty hard shutdown. My gut instinct is that CMC 6 for that effect on something that's a respectable beat stick for white in its own right feels cheap. Chancellor of the Annex is 7 with a much milder effect and only slightly bigger body. The closest thing I could find to your angel after doing a search was Spirit of the Hearth, but even that leaves opponents able to cast and target the board.

Xenotherion Creature--Beast Specter Trample, protection from planeswalkers If Xenotherion would deal damage to a planeswalker, it deals double that damage to that planeswalker instead. Whenever Xenotherion deals damage to a player, that player discards a card. Whenever Xenotherion deals damage to a planeswalker, that planeswalker’s controller discards two cards. 4/4

kefke: It's meant to be a mythic version of Grand Abolisher. Maybe 3/3 would be sufficient? sdfkjgh: Is that untap in red? The only untap red gets is on creatures in combination with another combat phase.

Tough to say. A smaller body definitely would help, though. Abolisher can get away with being so cheap because it eats practically any kind of removal. It's just hard to compare an ability that limits opponents to one class of cards (lands) to one that limits them to only abilities that cost 0 mana.

Planeswalker's Custodian Creature--Rhino Cleric Shaman As Planeswalker’s Custodian enters the battlefield, choose a planeswalker on the battlefield. When Planeswalker’s Custodian enters the battlefield, put two loyalty counters on the chosen planeswalker and pair Planeswalker’s Custodian with it. That planeswalker can’t activate loyalty abilities until your next turn. Trample Planeswalker’s Custodian’s power and toughness are each equal to the number of loyalty counters on the planeswalker it’s paired with. */*

sdfkjgh I don’t know if that was the plan, but this seems really good to stop opposing Planeswalkers from going ultimate. If that was the goal, it probably would fit better in

gluestick248: I did intend to allow it that additional functionality, yes, but you can also choose a planeswalker you control, one that you've already activated a loyalty ability perhaps, in order to get it that much closer to its ultimate. That way, you have a huge, beefy blocker for it. Since it's protecting things, setting a temporary rules restriction, and adding loyalty counters, seemed like the best fit.
Un-related card:
Night of the Living Junk Pile Enchantment Each noncreature, nonland, nonplaneswalker permanent can attack as though it was a creature, and assigns combat damage equal to its converted mana cost. ---------------------------------------------- “Grandmother keeps forgetting what happens when you store the Necronomicon in the same drawer as the corkscrews.” —Baron Sengir
