spookycowboys: I think it should say "As you cast ..." (insstead of when) to not make it a trigger but just a thing you will automatically do. (Sieges also use "as").
Also the last line is lacking "until end of turn". Unless you want to mkae it Riding the Dilu Horse weird. Since you give it reach during your turn, I think that might even be your intention. Which is very weird, because it's a permanent buff without any marker or anything to remind of it. Also reach isn't a very
