Just as WotC, I'm not a big fan of referring to tokens directly (aside from cards referring to them) even if it's sometimes necessary to refer to them as development tool. So instead, I'll use a different approach while also suggesting a Bile Blight reprint:
(flavor obviously might have to be changed to fit your plane)

Forgot to mention the prize for this round. Prize is the ability to create a legendary creature (rare rarity) for one of the five factions. The only condition for this creature is that it should interact with tokens in some way (though it does not need to mention them explicitly)

Divide and Conquer Sorcery Each creature gets -X/-X until end of turn, where X is 1 plus the number of other creatures its controller controls that share a creature type with it. "A rumor here, forged evidence there, and they'll kill each other for us." --someasshole, Frenhelm strategist

Tesagk you would like to install the Beleren font. Its the one that is used in cards now.
It should be in (wherever your MSE folder is)/MSE/data/Magic Fonts/Magic - After M15/ (here you find all fonts)

{Spoiler} I feel like the coloring works for the mechanics, and at least half for the flavor, since white is agricultural and keeps a large army. Black keeps a large army too, so that combined with the mechanics made me keep it, but I did consider dropping it and making it just a white card. If it wasn't clear, the idea is you can either exhaust a land for its resources to feed a soldier, they go without food (weakening your army and thus dealing damage to you), or they abandon you for not taking care of them (sacrificing that creature). Also, I couldn't figure out how to do the modern modal card format (I got the long dash, but not the dots that need to follow it), so I went with the old school wording. I think it still reads fine, personally, but I would welcome aid if anyone could offer it. Edit: Thanks, fluffydeathbringer. I couldn't get the :: to work the first time, but it did whenever I went back. Also fixed the rarity, because honestly that was just a fat finger.

Card must be uncommon and should reflect its rarity in its effect. Card should be usable in limited and constructed. Card MUST deal with tokens in some way. Specifically, in a manner that controls the number of tokens on the board. Card must be an instant or sorcery.

I'm letting this one wrap up. I'll have a winner decided by the end of the weekend. Haven't been feeling well, lately.

This is the winning entry. Fleur gets an honorable mention for finding a distinctly blue sort of removal spell. Kudos to all of the entries though, this wasn't an easy one for me to judge. I may also be changing a couple of things here or there and including one or two from viriss as well, but I can't hand out the honorable mention candy to everyone or it becomes pointless

Points updated. If I made a math error, let me know. Keep in mind I gave 1 bonus point for first contest entries.
