Have a white aura removal besides that hybrid one. It's power is somewhere between Planar Disruption and Journey to Nowhere, but still does its own thing. Common #6 EDIT: Thanks for the help with wording y'all. Changed it.

vizionarius Heliod's Punishment confirms what you say, thank you. Thus, melono , the wording we'd suggest is "Enchanted creature can't attack or block, loses all abilities and can't have or gain abilities." By adding "can't have abilites", you'd follow the archetype wording that completely prevents obtaining certain (in this case, all) abilities.

melono May I suggest to change the wording to "Enchanted creature can't attack or block, loses all other abilities and can't have or gain other abilities."? I think that if you put "loses all abilities", it also loses "can't attack or block." Also, by adding "can't have abilites", you'd follow the archetype wording that completely prevents obtaining certain (in this case, all) abilities. The "can't attack or block" is part of the enchantment's abilities that put a constraint on the creature, and are not abilities of the creature itself, so I think it's OK to do without the word "other." But good call on the archetype wording.

Thanks for your participation. I am very surprised by the speed you submit posts. I am aware of many wrong wording are in my prompt so I thought to fix them later, but it finished before I do. Once I post individual reviews but please wait a few or maybe some days about the winner. There are full of brilliant submissions and I feel hard to decide who to win. {Common#1~#5} | Abyssmal Cacophonist/ameisenmeister
Nicely balanced. With a simple thought, one discard and is heavy for a Virus Beetle, but if with madness or a graveyard mechanic, it would be a reasonable choice. If you are playing first, playing with crazed for ninjutsu at second turn is also nice.
Discard ability and the name tell us that his art is not acceptable for everyone. And MtG often replaces creature's rewards and loss with those of player's to express the flavor, e.g. vampire's drain. This card's crazed seems to be expressing the music hurts not the summoner but the cacophonist themself. I imagine they would play a sound too noisy and harmful even for themself when they got highly excited. | | Chorus Singer/pernicious
The art well depicts Lighthouse. But the spec looks pale before Kitchen Finks, Azorius Herald or Inspiring Cleric. And Chorus is severe condition compared to Coven, which can be smoothly satisfied as you play creatures according to mana curve. Some life synagy will be needed in your deck to use it even in limited.
| | Storm Sculptor/ameisenmeister
Fun translation. The meaning of the name drastically changes from the original. It comboes with previous two cards which are of friendly colors and it also helps Crazed when you have no card to discard. I wanted to see more about "Storm Sculpt" art.
| | Lightning Chord/melono
Daring damage spell in the current scene where damage spell has been far weakened. It is almost a split spell of Shock or Sonic Burst. Even Sonic Burst might not be allowed now unless in Modern Horizon series. Furthermore, if you had two copies of it, you can generate 8 damage for . If you Crazed for another card's ability, 8 damage for . Personally, I don't like spineless damage spells which cannot be cast on a player, and I hope damage spells to have a power like your card. But it is too cheap in the recent standard.
Btw, the flavor text is fun.
| | Join the Dance/vizionarius
Though this two colors are not good at killing a creature ignoring its toughness, it is too expensive as a pseudo-removal.
I feel it would be more fun if it was a non-aura enchantment and you choose a target for each combat. It can be used in three ways, mana boost, removing a blocker, taming your creature with a great drawback. This my example is complex and not suitable for common, though.
The art is good, they look fun while they're also kind of weird.
|
{Common#6~10} | Enrapturing Performance/melono
The art is nice, it looks very enraptured. It convinces the flavor text. It looks a bit strong since so far this kind of card was basically three mana. But All Will Be One introduced Planar Disruption and Ossification and it seems to be tied with them, so nicely balanced.
| | Colossal Thespian/pernicious
At first glance, I wondered how do you depict his art style and doubt whether you can do. But this might be the most flavorful vanilla I ever see, it's a great idea.
Eight mana vanilla is severe to use in normal limited environments, but Ravnica: City of Guilds * 3 draft was very slow. Sometimes I saw articles that says Rise of the Eldrazi was also slow and fatty-focused set though I didn't played it. If this set is an environment like those sets, he could perform his art enough.
| | Morf Mindboggler/Fermat
The idea that introducing inspired to this set, especially Morf is insanely good.
The ability combined to 3/1 is also nice. It would be possibly used in constructed depending on the environment. And in limited, it would require you a judge whether you use it in your deck or not for each deck building, like Roc Hunter and Branchblight Stalker.
| | Cloudwood Tender/ameisenmeister
Polished submission which helps previous abilities. I like both abilities which it helps are for friendly colors. Maybe this request is too greedy, I would feel better if the flavor text alluded Morf, since probably Inspired is for while they're in faction.
| | Convince/moweda
The mechanics name related with language is good.
Though there are many 2 mana spells which taps two creatures with a bonus, maybe your one is too given since it is virtually "tap up to four creatures". Probably its main role is a game ender for limited so it will not break the constructed environment even if it is undercosted, but I feel it might be worth for 3, or maybe 4 mana.
On the other hand, limited balance is not yet completed. As the latest All Will Be One updated Pacifism to Planar Disruption, tap four for might be allowed. As far as I remember, untapping spells are almost always combined with some buff or giving an ability. It might fertilize limited design spaces that introducing an example that simple untapping as a combat trick acts well even though it is a mode of a spell.
One thing I feel regrettable is that dictate is not well matches with your spell. Recently, ability triggers when attacked or beginning of combat phase expand their area and tapping ability is downfalling. Untapping during upkeep possibly doesn't work well. If there are enough number of ameisenmeister's Cloudwood Tender style cards, which must be activated as an instant, the untapping part will satisfactory work.
|
{Uncommon and Rare} | Mythmaker Fanatic/vizionarius
All of the elements are representing Mythmakers well. The flavor text is very likely to be existing in canon.
A 3/1 for 2 mana with a conditional removal is enough to use, but the double restriction is kind of hard to use well. Since, roughly saying, a creature with higher mana cost is valuable than a creature with lower cost. So, there would be many situations you stop triggering it to keep left.
I would give the cost , or and change the target to one with mana value equal or less than X plus the sacrificed creature's value.
| | Flaunt Expertise/ameisenmeister
It has an exquisite balance. It is not a too given card. Even in limited, it is not always put in your deck while you have it in your card pool. On the other hand, it has a potential that one, or might two, copies are put in a standard permission deck
Not stated clearly, it seems to be The Artists for his criticism and the counter-then-return seems to be approximately expressing he denies then update an artwork another person created.
| | Cloudwoods Propagation/moweda
Like your previous post, your one seems to be on the edge of "barely able to exist in canon" and "hard to be in canon". Cloning your creature is almost 4 mana effect. But if a card with the doubled effect had doubled mana value, it is heavy. The tie-in card's mana value is discounted at around 5 mana and larger, especially at higher rarity. I feel the impact this card does on the board is similar with Titania's Command. It is too given for uncommon, though it is kind of quiet compared to the command. But the environment I assume by these submissions seems to be kinda fast, so it might be allowed.
It is interesting that it helps Chorus which is for same combination of colors. I wanted it to have a flavor text about this two factions.
| | The Sanctuary at Grand Hall/vizionarius
It is a card which enhances each creature regardless of whether you control it or not and rarely seen nowadays.
It would be difficult to use in limited and mainly for constructed, especially a token beatdown or a control deck. The former usage is almost same with Coat of Arms. It helps you when you met mana flood. On the other hand, the one mana difference between five and six is not trivial in this kind of deck. So I guess it is balanced.
About the latter, I am a bit anxious about its controlling speed. You can create two 2/2s at the next turn and the turn after it, you have four 4/4s. But probably it is OK since Shark Typhoon has more influence on the board when it works ideally. The typhoon generates tokens with certain P/T while you prevent opponent's action unless your hand is depleted. This card requires you to spend not a little mana to create tokens with certain P/T but it enables you to reverse after your resource got depleted.
I was excited about what faction will come to the rare slot, and forgot non-factional card like Sword of the Paruns. Though it functionally helps Chorus, it was a fun and good betrayal for my expectation.

At first, I thought to give ameisenmeister the winner, since their posts were skillfully made and finely balanced. But I felt I want them to have one more push on their flavor. vizionarius was the next I thought to choose. I love Mythmaker Fanatic and other two posts were also flavorful. However, Join the Dance's balance made me hesitate. I oscillated many times, and finally I decided the criteria who should win on this game is who posted the most artistic one. The winner is Fermat , for the Mindboggler is perfectly expressing Morf. The idea bringing inspired to this set is a brilliant stroke. And I guess that players would experience the inspired ability as a Morf-ic event. Combat is an interaction with an opponent. This is a Morf's concept. And when you attack with many creatures to a defending playter who has many creatures, it produces a complex result and sometimes it is difficult to foresee. This is also what Morf wants. And after that, if it survives the combat, it gets inspired. They gets an inspiration through an unpredictable event, so this is also Morf's nature. Though most combat results are almost clear, a player who use this would sometimes feel this vibes of Morf. The runner up is pernicious , the Thepian is indeed awesome. I imagined many situations around him. Other people who didn't be counted as runner up are also great. ameisenmeister 's sense of card balance is precise and also they cared about relationship with other posts. vizionarius ' Mythmaker Fanatic is one of the cards I love most. Join the Dance seemed to be week on this set, but if the environment was full of creatures with wall-like stats and dangerous non-etb ability, it is possibly a nice balanced card. moweda 's balance was challenging in a range of non-broken and I was excited to examine whether the balance is right. Both melono 's cards have nice flavor texts. Only you gave this world a named character. I guess you might have more ideas about this plane because the posts were very rapidly submitted. Maybe I revisit this plane later. Thank you for participation.

Apologies for the delay. I was busy preparing several presentations; I'm currently taking a double-masters program in business administration and in public health. I presented the last one yesterday, so... Welcome to Hada. Art by Pengzhen Zhang (ArtStation) In contrast to the lush, mana-abundant Zendikar, Hada seems to only contain a modest amount of mana. This has caused its inhabitants to try utilizing as small an amount as possible, oftentimes withstanding drawbacks when attempting to create powerful effects for a limited amount of mana. Mana is so sought-after that wars often break out between nations in an attempt to seize each others' mana sources. These wars, however, cause nations to consume mana faster. When the dust settles, it is not uncommon for the victor to realize they had spent more mana during the battle than what they acquire from the spoils. Lands drained of their mana typically end up looking like deserts.
And then, when the final morsel of mana is consumed, it all begins anew.
One of the most curious things about Hada is that the entire plane collapses into a singularity the moment the last drop of its mana is spent, and then the plane is reborn with an entirely different topography, flora, and fauna. It retains, however, its finite amount of mana, which is the same as with any other "cycle." The true reason why sentient creatures feel as if the plane's mana is dwindling is because their ancestors used it with abandon in the past within the same cycle, when they didn't know any better. This "planar rebirth" that wipes all existing records should make the plane's history essentially irretrievable.
Except . . .
. . . two sentient beings are gifted with "the remembrance" two centuries before the end of each cycle, during a time when the plane's artifice has typically peaked. One "who remembers" is gifted with unnatural brilliance and mental fortitude that allows them to withstand the knowledge of the innumerable number of previous cycles. Because the planar rebirth changes the societies that spring into existence within them with no knowledge of previous cycles, the birth of the two who remember has a widely varied response from the populace. Some simply view them as insane; others had been executed for being doomsayers; still others were revered for their knowledge and seemingly divinatory powers, just like in this current cycle.
Also during this current cycle, the two who remember claim to remember something previous ones who remembered did not—that when consumed, Hada's mana actually goes someplace else, and that there is a way to create a mana loop that would ensure that the plane's mana wouldn't run dry, ending the cycles entirely.
What this method is, however, they do not remember.Note: The planar rebirth doesn't mean it all begins as a primordial soup and it all takes billions of years before life begins. It's more akin to, say, the plane being reset just as civilization begins.Themes and Mechanics:- deserts
