Sorry for the delay. I thought I'd get judging eine before my holiday trip started. Now I'm sitting in a restaurant and use the wifi here.
Jartis wins. Detailed judging will follow next week. Sorry about that.

Thanks for the win! The next challenge...
LIMIT #92: Drive around! Your card is a Vehicle, cares or interacts with them. (Thanks, Daij_Djan!) LIMIT #3: Your card uses an evergreen keyword. LIMIT #149: Did you know Antarctica is a desert? Your card cares about land types. (ex. Forest, Desert, Locus, etc) (Thanks, Jartis!)

City-Spreader Artifact - Vehicle Trample, vigilance City-Spreader’s base power and toughness are each equal to 1 plus the number of land cards in your graveyard. Whenever City-Spreader attacks, you may sacrifice a land. If you do, search your library for a Gate card and put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library. Crew 3 (Tap any number of creatures you control with total power 3 or greater: This Vehilce becomes an artifact creature until end of turn.)1+*/1+* This turned out wordier than I imagined it.

As promised, here the delayed judging:
Fine card with nice flavor. However, as you likely run only infect creatures in an infect deck anyways, this card's effect will most of the time don't do much. And if you do not play an infect deck, then why bother putting this card in in the first place?
Cool flavor with elegant design. The only issues I have are that destroy target tapped creature effects tend to be more in white's share of the color pie.
It took me a second but then I came to really appreciate the idea of a kangaroo with hideaway. „Look what's in my pouch. It's a Darksteel Colossus!“ The charge counters feel natural for an artifact creature and also convey the flavor of the baby growing. Extra points for finding artwork of a metallic kangaroo.
Took me some time to get what you mean by „whenever a creature dies for the first X times each turn“ but then it became clear. The card's not bad and the idea of the first X creatures dying is cool, gaining life equal to those creatures' toughness could really slow down the game though, especially if you control multiple shrines. All in all, a decent card.
A black rabbit. Fitting for Australia, where these are a serious threat to the endemic fauna. I don't really get the „sac all but three creatures“ flavor, though, because rabbits are known for multiplying like... ehm... like rabbits. It's also kind of weak, given that one of your creatures always is just a measily 2/2 for four mana.
Simple and elegant. Powerful evasion that unfortunately doesn't really tell a story imo. Why can't the kangaroo be blocked by small creatures? All in all, a solid card with cool artwork and flavortext.

I made the sac clause because a pest takes the space of other creatures and their resources in order to thrive. I tried to show that with the saccing.

Thanks for the good rating- it can't be blocked by small creatures because it can jump over them, kind of similar to Elven Riders. Of course only if it wants to, it can also jump at them .

Attachment DeletedCavernous Crawler Artifact - Vehicle As long as Cavernous Crawler is untapped, it has hexproof and can't block. : Cavernous Crawler gets +2/+2 and can’t be blocked this turn. Activate this ability only once each turn and only if you control five or more Islands. Closed for judging { viriss}Dig the reference. Haven't seen the movie yet but I get it. Seems reasonable for a white vehicle, especially since our only other direct comparison is Parhelion II. I would like to see more colored vehicles. { Flo00}I really like all the moving parts here, with the high risk, high reward playstyle, especially since you have to attack to sac your own lands, and you're not that strong until you've done it a few times, unless you have a really malicious opponent or a lot of fetches. It is a bit of a full text box, though, using all 9 lines that I think are generally accepted as the limit. { gamma3}A simple vehicle that feels very in-color and manages to tick all the challenge boxes in a single line. If nothing else, you get points for a really clean design. { kefke}I'd be down for some new Urza lands. I like that it's not only useful in vehicle decks, because if nothing else it can fetch your "better" Urza lands, and that's the kinda niche support in Magic I can get behind. { melono}Points for the only non-permanent entry. That said, even though you get an extra scry off it, the fact you have to reveal the card and it can only look for Islands and Vehicles means I would probably rather run Opt in place of this. It's not a bad design, by any means, I'm just not sure it's good. { MacabreAurora}Appreciate the different approach. Also you made me look up crew timings and how it works on the stack. XD My only problem is that it relies heavily on what your opponent is doing. If they're running Vehicles, it's great. If they're not, it's basically a dead slot. { jrey15}A cheap, situational 3/3 unblockable feels great in blue, and I think the need to pay the mana, tap a creature, and have at least five Islands are nice barriers that keep it from being overpowered. I probably wouldn't have put it at rare, but that's always going to be debatable, so it's not a big deal. Great design. { ameisenmeister}I think it would have been fine with Boros color identity, but I can appreciate the decision to keep it colorless. It's well-costed and elegant, not much else to say. {@winner}Some really good entries on this one. I had a really hard time even narrowing it down to three, let alone picking one. The winner is gonna be jrey15, with ameisenmeister and Flo00 as runners-up.

ameisenmeister , that first triggered ability is either missing a shuffle effect, or did something previous, as it references putting cards on the bottom, but what cards?

Safeguard Spellbomb Artifact , , sacrifice Safeguard Spellbomb: Target creature gains protection from the color of your choice until the next end step. When Safeguard Spellbomb is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, if you control two or more artifacts, draw a card.

To add a bit more challenge to the challenge, I made this fit the current land design challenge as well. I hope destroying a land counts as caring for lands? Unstable Tower Land - Tower : Add : When Unstable Tower becomes the target of a spell, sacrifice it. If you do, destroy target land. If tower is a land type, why not use it? (Even if it has no extra meaning.)

Judged
(fwiw, I think I made prompt #150 way too vague) { thaneofglamis }I like the thought of black getting more stealing effects, and I think this is an good way to show it. I do think it's pretty over-costed though, as saccing my whole board to take a 5 drop isn't exactly profitable, especially since its a four drop that has to sac itself too. If it came with tokens or grabbed equal to power instead, I think that would make it more balanced. Instant speed mind control is a plus though. { viriss }This little guy is a solid brick wall. Having Pro Creatures at all times without having to tap like a Mother of Runes means this guy can just block forever without impunity. I do like having a protection from creatures sac effect though. I do think having pro creatures be your "caring about card type" is a bit a stretch. { ameisenmeister }This is a nice ramp payoff, although having it as an attack trigger seems much stronger than having it as a deals combat damage trigger, especially since both effects don't have any cost to pay. Do Part A until you want to initiate Part B. Pretty clean design overall. Checks all the boxes. { gamma3 }I could see this as the 3rd Spellbomb cycle when we finally go back to Mirrodin. Pretty simple design, but clean as well. Cares about how many artifacts you have too, so works well with the prompt there. { Flo00 }I'm all for justifying putting land subtypes on cards for flavor reasons, but It's a pretty big stretch to call land destruction "caring" about lands. I do like the flavor a lot though that if you poke the tower, if falls over and breaks the ground beneath it (i.e. one land for another). I'm just not sure it fits the prompt here as nice without needing some sort of number of lands clause. {WINNER}I've got to give it to ameisenmeister . It's just a clean body that slices and dices and does exactly what the prompt wanted. Couple of knobs to change on it perhaps for power reasons, but overall great design. Runner-ups are gamma3 and thaneofglamis .
