{Comments}A deck build around combo-ing off by putting infinite counters on creatures that create infinite tokens with that, and then those tokens are used in sac outlets. Or you swing, that's also fine. Just slower and more vulnerable.
The deck is too slow/vulnerable for actual modern play, but it could still be fun (and could probably be build for cheap with some (land) substitutes and a different sideboard).
