sdfkjgh the standart basic landcycling on non-lands already has a cmc value of 2 / 1C. Adding 1 for another seems kinda strange imo -- i would go for a 1GG cost.

t2stonerain The alternating payment change seems kinda a lot for a mere UC imo -- and letting it be instand speed (cause cycling is instand speed) grants it some kinda strange interactions/combat tricks.
searching for a planeswalker has never been printet on a UC card -- and most of the references i found were fare more costly than your card.

I personaly don't like the implementation of new keywords if the challange doesn't calls for it -- But the whole card should be fine otherwise.
Vunik adding new keywords if the challange doesn't calls for it is not realy my cup of tea.
also i don't know if a keyword that wordy can be used in this way. (well we have "level up <cost>", so maybe it may be ok that way)
