It's not a separate template. If you're using Cajun's Mainframe templates, then all you have to do it type Legendary into the typeline and the crown will pop up. Or you can force it even without legendary on the typeline by checking the box in the styling options.

Late reply, but I have downloaded the big file. But it doesn't automatically become the legendary frame.
