I want to know what exactly the rules are here. Does the card itself have to have the dragon type, or would Grand Master of Flowers count because one of its abilities turns it into a dragon? |

Yeah, I guess you could submit Grand Master of Flowers, or some variant of Sarkhan. It has to either have the Dragon type or be able to give itself the Dragon type. |

I would like to point out that Black typically doesn't get to destroy artifacts in a targeted manner, though, and its removal of enchantments is generally also less flexible than this ( Feed the Swarm being an unusually powerful exception among cards like Baleful Beholder and Pharika's Liberation). Perhaps it could be changed so that the opponent has to sacrifice two nonland permanents when it deals combat damage? |

With the precedent set by Grist, the Hunger Tide, I present to you a commander for a Green-White go-wide deck, the dragon Hisui.
   Hisui Legendary Planeswalker - Hisui As long as it’s not an opponent’s turn, ~ is a Dragon creature with power and toughness equal to the number of creatures you control.  : You may pay any amount of . If you do, create that many 1/1 white Human creature tokens.  : You get an emblem with “Tap an untapped creature you control: Add one mana of any color.” Starting loyalty - 
I actually decided to make a planeswalker card after finding the art I used for this picture. I was originally going to make a green artifact creature based of a jade dragon statue, but then I found this art, and the vertical focus just screamed "make me a planeswalker". The human woman in his arms made creating Human tokens a must, and he eventually turned into a green card that spent white mana to create an army. I popped in a mana-producing ultimate to combo with his plus ability, and then I spent I don't know how long masking the card and emblem around his ridiculous amount of hair. By the way, hisui is japanese for "jade". Does this fit the contest criteria? |

This is a funny contest for me because as a huge fan of legendary birds, I've always hated when dragons take those coveted non-red flier spots. But alas, here we are!
The Nidhogg is one of the more interesting dragons to me, specifically because it was a final level god power in Age of Mythology, and I thought its Kaldheim equivalent deserved to have a card all its own. This guy comes with his own tree of life, and can eat it to bring the end of the world.

 Her Flame and Fury  Creature - Eldrazi Dragon (5/4) Emerge   (You may cast this spell by sacrificing a creature and paying the emerge cost reduced by that creature’s mana value.)
Flying, haste When you cast Her Flame and Fury, it deals 7 damage to target creature without flying.
