Welcome to the Card of the Week Contest! To participate in this Contest you'll have to design a card along the contest guidelines and throw it into the arena with other competitors' entries! At the end of each week, a winner will be determined by forum poll. The winner's card will be rendered and featured on the Welcome page, and the winner decides the challenge for the next week's Contest! Here we go, competitors: our three-hundred and fifty-first challenge! The winner of the "Biodiversity" poll was Aarhg with...And the challenge issued by our winner was... This week we're going to design creature cards with the help of some randomly generated numbers. So, roll five six-sided dice!- The first two dice will determine the colors of your card. 1 = White, 2 = Blue, 3 = Black, 4 = Red, 5 = Green, 6 = No color
(For example, 1 and 4 will make a white and red card, 6 and 6 will make a colorless card.) - The next die is for your card's converted mana cost, 1-6.
- Your creature's power is decided by the following die, and its toughness by the last die.
Now your mission is to fill in the gaps and make a card with all the stats you rolled. Good luck! To increase your chances of winning and to also make creating the poll easier on whomever is doing so, please try to use a render. Additionally, please try to keep your entry edits all in one post - if you need to change it you can put your old entry in a spoiler marked "Old entry" and leave the newest rendition to be seen. Just use the edit button in the top/right of your original post. And now, time to begin the challenge! Best of luck, competitors!

Ok, I got: 4 - 4 - 4 - 6 - 2.
This means I have to complete this card:
This will take some pondering..
EDIT: Well, looking at all five existing 6/2's in Magic, especially the most recent Prizefighter Construct, I could obviously have simply gone with a 6/2 vanilla - but instead, how about this:

4, 1, 3, 1, 2 for me. So a 1/2 red and white creature with converted mana cost 3.

3 3 1 2 1
so a black 2/1 for 1! should be a nice simple card, I think.

White can spot remove most permanents, but it has trouble shooting lands. Red loves shooting lands though, so combining these two color allows for spot removal of any kind of permanent.
Haste ensures that his ability can be activated on the same turn he enters the battlefield, but it also makes him play a little nicer with the two most recent Boros guild mechanics, battalion and mentor.
Creature - Human Wizard Haste , , Sacrifice Fanatical Peacekeeper: Exile target nonbasic permanent. Although some members of the Legion deem his methods too extreme, they can't argue that he doesn't get results.

2-6-3-2-6 I guess I'll do something like Artifact Creature - ? ?? 2/6 For the sake of clarification, rolling one of the color dice as "no color" just means that no additional color is added to the card. So you don't have to have colorless mana in the mana cost. (You still can, of course.)

I especially challenged myself to give my card a mechanical reason to use coloröess mana while still being blue.

Nonagon Infinity: Why would you evoke for the same cost as you cast this? Maybe "When ~ enters the battkefield, you gain 5 lif and counter up to one target spell." That way you could cast is just for the life without having to wait for a spell.

6 / 1 / 6 / 2 / 1 This was a difficult one, designing a low power creature with such a high cmc was difficult to say the least.

1-3-2-5-6 So a white/black card with cmc 2 with power 5 and toughness 6? That's going to be interesting.... The Pactbreaker Legendary Artifact - Vehicle Crew 4 (Tap any number of creatures you control with total power 4 or more: This Vehicle becomes an artifact creature until end of turn.)When ~ deals damage to a player, sacrifice it and each player may draw up to three cards. For each card a player draws this way, that player loses 2 life. 5/6 It promises great power at great prices to those who board.Basically a research-ship version of the Titantic. In this case, I figured it'd be interesting to represent an entity that's "too large for the ship to deal with" as the player. Figuring out how to give this card a reasonable Crew cost without making it seem cheap compared to cards Daredevil Dragster and Weatherlight was an interesting challenge. In the end, I decided to experiment with one of the tools WoTC has been trying to give White - symmetrical card draw, featured on Happily Ever After and on some very old cards like Truce. I originally just had it as each player getting an Ancient Craving but I wanted to make the effect more flexible so that you could exploit/threaten players with it accordingly, so I retooled it using a modified version of Truce wording to make it more akin to cards like Sword-Point Diplomacy and Dash Hopes where your opponent's actions could end up really hurting them. The result is a sort of strategic punisher vehicle that uses the "all players draw" effect in a meaningful way to do something more than just be a blatantly slapped-on excuse for giving White some sort of card advantage. Aarhg - Mildly curious, are Vehicles acceptable for this challenge?

Aarhg - Mildly curious, are Vehicles acceptable for this challenge? I'm gonna say vehicles are fine, as is Orion Rings 's aura that turns into a creature. Low cmc combined with high p/t is tricky for sure, so these kinds of solutions are a-okay.

(You have the advantage if you're the player who controls the most permanents or tied for the most.) "Fighting a winning battle makes one feel invincible."3/4

Uh, friend, I don't want to be a rules shark, but I don't think this one quite works as currently written. Haunt Rulings: #7 & 9 • If a card with haunt is removed from the graveyard in response to its haunt ability triggering, the haunt ability will resolve. But since the card can't be exiled, it won't haunt the target creature. • If a card that's haunting a creature leaves the exile, due to Pull from Eternity, for example, the haunt effect ends. As it's currently written, when ~ dies, the haunt trigger and the death trigger both go on the stack, then you choose the order they resolve in. - The death trigger resolves first: the card is no longer in the graveyard; so while the haunt trigger resolves, the effect of the trigger fizzles.
- The haunt trigger resolves first: when the death trigger resolves, ~ leaves exile ending the haunt effect.
It just doesn't feel right and you may want to draft another version of the effect. Maybe one that creates a token copy or... I don't know.
