All of the cards that I made that are hidden in this thread are deprecated and should be treated as such.
To anyone reading this thread: You're allowed to make spells that have abilities that use and artifacts that have a casting cost that includes . I might make a few myself, but I'm also busy with another project atm, so don't expect anything any time soon. Just remember, the design aspect of the cards in terms of the card art was fractal and abstract styles (The more alien the art looks, the better. Just make sure it remotely resembles what you're going for. Science fiction styled cards are also accepted as long as they don't show any obvious signs of advanced modern looking inventions present. Look at the Swamp card for an example of what I'm talking about). I am still attempting to find fractal and abstract styled landscapes for Swamp and Wastes, and getting a replacement for Plains. Feel free to visit these links in search of fractal and abstract art.

OR use mandelbulb 3D with Krita and/or Gimp if you're feeling creative.
Here's a site for creating 2D fractals if you need to: onlinefractaltools.com/
If you have "Qt for Windows" avaialbe to you, or you either have a Linux subsystem, dual boot, and/or virtual machine. You may also use FractalNow.
This mechanic was sort of touched upon by Idle Muse (is either not on new website or has different username) in this older thread here.
Here's an idea I came up with for "Basic Artifact Land" types that work like snowy lands (currently missing a swamp atm. Card images may change in the future. [Looking at the Plains.])
These are the old versions (Look for my later posts on the new versions):
I was also thinking about maybe making it look different, but then I looked up "snowy land" types, and there isn't really anything special about them design-wise. Well here is what the old design looked like anyways (Using Lesurgo's spell-land hybrid option. This was also before I decided to change what to call it based on mainstream card design, the image, and the snow mana mechanic.)
Old version of the now abandoned new color type:
This might all be useless if "Wastes" makes this feature moot. I was wondering if the colorless mana replaces the artifact mana , or if the artifact mana could be used separately from wastes. Because it would kind of be weird to have an "Artificial Waste", when wastes is already considered to be the usual basic land type for artifacts, what with them being mostly colorless. I think it's a neat idea, but like snow, it would be very niche. Anyways, let me know if the first design or the second design looks better.
