Harley Fucking Quinn Legendary Creature--Human Rogue Haste Aggressor (This creature must attack each combat if able.) If a player other than Harley Quinn’s owner would gain control of her, her owner gains control of her instead. If damage would be dealt to Harley Quinn, instead put that many +1/+1 counters on her and you gain that much life. Partner ----------------------------- "Wanna rev up your Harley?" 1/2

Her path is lit with thousands of stolen dreams.Kitsune Deceiver Creature — Fox Wizard Flash When Kitsune Deceiver enters the battlefield, you may exile target creature an opponent controls until Kitsune Deceiver leaves the battlefield. If you do, Kitsune Deceiver becomes a copy of that creature. 2/2 Based on Tamamo-no-Mae, taking inspiration from both animated and mythological contexts.

I also made a full Overlord themed Set a while back, this is a remake of one of the cards and my favourite animated character ever. A creature can only be referred to by name while planeswalkers can be referred to by either name or by planeswalker subtype. Your wording would only allow for a specific creature card named "Ainz Ooal Gown" or a specific planeswalker named "Ainz Ooal Gown." This implies that a creature and a planeswalker can share the exact same name, which is not the case. If you really want to encompass both, i.e. a specific creature as well as all Ainz planeswalkers, you can template this as: As long as you control a creature named "Ainz Ooal Gown" or an Ainz planeswalker, ~ gets +X/+X, where X is your devotion to black.

Sorry I was out last week, I'm resuming my feedback posts this time! Be aware that I haven't necessarily seen all of these shows so I'll try to be fair to the ones I don't recognize.
viriss I have only seen a few episodes of Adventure Time, but to my knowledge this seems like a pretty faithful recreation of the princess, lol. I like that she transforms existing artifacts into food. The pink mana is flavorful, though obviously we don't really have a good way to get it. Overall, nice card!
Aarhg I'm not familiar with this character, but the abilities are all synergistic and play well in multiplayer games. This seems like a good effect for its cost, it can tempo your opponent by stopping their attacks or costing them a turn to crack the food, and then in the process drawing you a card. It's also a fun commander. Great design!
@soulmender I love Overlord, and Albedo is a great pick. I am questioning some of the choices for the card, though, most notably frenzy. I know that it's kind of flavorful, but mechanically it means that she couldn't kill a 3/3 Beast token, for example. I also agree with how Fermat worded the devotion ability, it seems much cleaner. EDIT: Soulmender I just had a thought, if you wanted you could use the Lieutenant keyword if you felt that might also suit the flavor.
sdfkjgh A fun card, but I definitely think there was a missed opportunity to have her cost be red/black to match her costume. Also, the ability where she replaces damage with counters seems insanely broken.
Rat First off, let me say that I am annoyed you beat me to this. Esdeath is definitely my favorite anime girl! As for your card, I don't know if I necessarily agree with the choice to make her a planeswalker, but it does let you represent a lot more of her abilities, so I can respect that. The card itself seems oddly balanced, since she costs a lot of mana to get down, but her +2 ability is kind of bad. On the flip side, however, her -3 ability seems insane if she can stick around on the board. Overall, though, I really like the card, I think you got a good amount of synergy here and represented her abilities faithfully.
ameisenmeister I don't know what franchise this is from, so I'll just give my opinion on the card itself. I think its abilities play well with each other, and it's very well-balanced for its cost. My only complaint is that it feels like a lot of complexity for an uncommon.
ZephyrPhantom I'm only familiar with the Fate/ version of Tamamo, and even then only because of what I hear from my friends. The card itself is wonderful, though, I love the art you chose and I love the flavor of the card's ability. It seems really well-balanced, and it's a cool effect to have at instant speed. Great work!
sade612 Mugi is definitely my favorite K-On girl, so props to you for this one. That said, I think the card has some problems. First, is that I don't know if I agree on her having green in the cost. She doesn't really strike me as someone who aligns with that color, I guess? Also, I don't think the wording on the Arm keyword is as good as it could be: the equipment itself can't be +1/+1, as far as I'm aware. Lastly, I dislike the use of the untap symbol on her one activated ability. I do like the equipment/aura theme, though, I think it's very appropriate for the instruments they use.
spazlaz As far as Avatar girls go, Toph is a great choice. I like how simple the card is, seems very flavorful with some of the themes of Earthbending itself. I don't know if I necessarily agree with keywording her second ability, but it's definitely a flavor win. Overall, I love the balance of the card and its simplicity, great job!
Jartis Peridot is my favorite from the show, but I can understand why you chose Lapis! I think you really nailed this card, the abilities are all super flavorful and the card feels very balanced. It's kind of funny when you think about it, Lapis really is a super powerful gem. I love that her P/T equal the number of islands, it's just so perfect. Also, great choice of art! Probably my favorite design in the thread so far.

inverness: See, the thing is, Harley's color identity isn't actually . Sure, she's committed crimes, but that was only to please her Mistah J. She's extremely passionate & romantic (), and protective of those she loves (). Plus, her damage replacement ability makes you into the sadist, hurting her to your benefit.
I realized how dark that sounds as I was writing it, but it's so very fitting for her and her most well-known relationship.

I realized how dark that sounds as I was writing it, but it's so very fitting for her and her most well-known relationship. It's true that she loves people, but black can also have love for others in its pie. Black just tends to express that love selfishly, or at the exclusion of others, which I believe fits her themes better. If she's committing crimes to protect her loved ones, then I'd say it fits black more. But then again, I'm not a DC fan, so my knowledge is limited to what I saw in the cartoons as a kid.
I think the ability would be better if it didn't replace the damage, but rather triggered when she took damage. Or if it didn't give her +1/+1 counters, but instead gave her +1/+1 until end of turn. I say this because, as it is, she's invincible against damage-based removal and in fact it only makes her stronger.

She's a sweet little elephant who loves to bake pies for her friends. When she gets into trouble, Finn and Jake usually help her out. She gets into trouble quite a lot.

Well, I'm more of a manga than anime guy - and sadly my favorite manga was never adapted
So I'm not really sure who my favotite character would be in the first place - which is why I decided to go elsewhere completely. Together with my son I recently watched the 2017 Ducktales show on Netflix, so I present you:
Also in case you're wondering, I decided to take the Godzilla cards approach to honor the recent Secret Lair: The Walking Dead controversy.

I'm having a hard time here deciding between Ruby and Hilda. Let's see what I can come up with... Hilda, Friend of Many Legadary Creature - Human Shaman Protection from non-Human creatures At the beginning of your upkeep, gain 1 life for each creature you control that doesn’t share a creature type with another creature you control. 2/2 Anti-tribal

I'm a big fan of the new Ducktales, and while I really like the new iteration of Webby, Della's awesome too and she's easier to base a card off of. Della Duck, Lunar Survivor Legendary Artifact Creature- Bird Flying Noncreature artifacts you control are Vehicles in addition to their other types. They gain crew 2 and “Whenever this Vehicle is crewed, you may have it become an X/X artifact creature instead, where X is equal to its converted mana cost.” Whenever a Vehicle you control attacks an opponent, you may pay 1 or discard a card. If you do, draw a card. 3/3 Oh, and Daij_Djan , why use the '87 version of Magica rather than the 2017 version?
EDIT: Forgot that regular vehicles would get overridden under the original wording, so I cleaned it up a bit. Yeah, it does give a "discount" for vehicles with Crew 3 or greater, but that's not too unusual. EDIT 2: Made the last ability an attack trigger rather than a combat damage one.

Teresa of the Faint Smile Legendary Creature — Human Demon Soldier First strike : Until end of turn, ~ gains all activated abilities of target creature and you may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to pay the activation costs of those abilities. (If any of the abilities use that creature's name, use this creature's name instead.)
: ~ gets +2/+2 until end of turn. If this is the fourth time this ability has resolved this turn, transform ~. 4/4 // Awakened Teresa Legendary Creature — Demon Flying, first strike ~ has all activated abilities of each other creature on the battlefield. (If any of the abilities use that creature's name, use this creature's name instead.)You may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to pay the activation costs of ~'s abilities. 13/13 {Spoiler} This is based off a character from a manga and anime entitled Claymore. The premise is that demons called yoma run rampant across the land, eating their victims' innards. An organization combats these yoma by procuring orphaned girls and inserting yoma cells into them, essentially turning them into broadsword-wielding half-human, half-demon hybrids called the titular claymore. They are labelled as "warriors," but given the military training they receive, I believe Soldier would be a better subtype. They hold onto their humanity as much as they can, but the more they access their demon powers to accomplish their missions, they slowly turn into full demons themselves (a process called "awakening"). When they are at their limit, they task another claymore to kill them, so they would "die as a human." Some "awaken," though, and become full demons, though more powerful than the original yoma—an "Awakened Being." There are 47 claymores, ranked according to power, and some get epithets (Hysteria the Elegant, Roxanne of Love and Hate, Cassandra the Dust Eater, etc). Teresa of the Faint Smile was the No. 1 claymore of her generation. She had the ability to read every minute flow of yoma energy (or yoki), and as such, could read every move made by yoma and fellow claymores alike (which is why I gave her first strike, as she was always one step ahead). Her ability to read energy flows also allowed her to copy other claymores' skills (symbolized by the ability). She was so powerful that she didn't even have to access her demon powers. As such, she never grew ugly/demonized. She killed yoma effortlessly and always with a faint smile. She eventually does access her demon powers, though (symbolized by the ability), and "awakens" (hence the transform ability) to battle the big bad.

I don't know about my favourite but here, have this one : Having to explain what a dora would be in magic took quite a bit of space but well.^^ This is from a mahjong manga/anime Saki, specifically the spin off Achiga-hen episode of Side-A. This character is a magnet for doras and is thus called "Dragon Lord" (because the word "dora" comes from the english word "dragon")
