Oh my lord! I'm so sorry, everyone. Somehow this one totally skipped my mind for, uh, like six months. As one does.
The winner is..... @fabuloussunbro!
viriss : Necrozyne, the Returner Very promising. The core flavor of the card is good, costs are reasonable, but I just can't get over how it's a legendary 1/1 for 2 that is depicted in the art as a hulking necrodragon. I get that that might be a small complaint in the scheme of things, but I think it ought to be a bigger, more menacing card than a 1/1 that becomes a 4/4.
@fabuloussunbro : Stone Circle Seer Lucky for you that big Simic cards are my favorite! This card is super fascinating--reasonably well-statted, clever flavor--could even stand to be legendary, perchance. I truly, literally don't have any complaints about this card. It's a solid bomb rare that could totally swing for 10 in the air and win by itself. I'd love to see more uses of the memorialize mechanic if you have any. Braaaaaaavo.
Very promising! Definitely a strong contender for victory. There's no rarity listed--no points off for that, it happens, whatever--I suspect this ought to be rare, myself. But the more I think about it, the more it concerns me. So, let's talk about why you were (a very close!) second place. The two big things are that it's INCREDIBLY powerful, in a way that seems to me to be unhealthy. In regards to its activated ability, I would strongly recommend introducing a sorcery-speed clause or a limited-activation-per-turn clause or just bumping up its cost. Also, this may seem like a small detail, but I truly would have liked to see a render of the card. An entry without a render can win, but it would have to really knock my socks off, and a doubly-evasive five-drop that can turn BBBBB and 10 life into five cards is just too polarizing for me to sign off on. It's an odd feeling, I know, to be dismissed from victory on the grounds that your card is *too good*, but this design just doesn't sit well with me. Still, it's cleverly flavored, and you ought to be proud of it. Just needs a little more development time.
Sadly, even giving the hydra itself deathtouch wouldn't have changed anything in my mind. It's a fine card, good value, totally reasonable triggered ability, somewhat underwhelming, but that happens. However, this doesn't really fit the spirit of the challenge. It's literally multicolored, yes, but black is contributing nothing to the card that green can't already provide. Deathtouch is a hair more prevalent in black than in green, but it's still secondary in green. Therefore, Venomous Hydra could easily be a monogreen creature without anyone calling it a bend in the color pie.

Kyloris's Judgement Instant Exile target spell. "Your verdict is forever guilty; your sentence is eternal exile."Cost and rarity made using Absorb as a reference. Idea was to take White's typical Banishing Light effects and combine them with Blue staple Cancel to make a simple and effective counterspell. It is intended to mirror Dovin's Veto (which stops spells countering it) - Kyloris's Judgement instead stops spells that would normally ignore counterspells.

Unbalance Instant Choose one: - Tap up to two target creatures. They don't untap during their controller's next untap step.
- Return up to two target creatures to their owner's hand.
- Destroy up to two target tapped creatures.
Edit: Buffed the abilities, as the card seemed a bit underpowered.

Codrogoyf Creature - Lhurgoyf Codrogoyf’s base power and toughness are each equal to the number of different mana symbols on cards in all graveyards. Codrogoyf has deathtouch as long as there are two or more creature cards with deathtouch in all graveyards. The same is true for vigilance and lifelink. */*

fluffydeathbringer - Straightfoward interesting rare with an easy to assemble combo that'll excite draft and new players alike, while being fairly in line with the tribe. Good overall design, no real issues here. Could be in a core set. Flo00 - I like that this guy supports himself when you think about it - very clever way to take advantage of the multicolor limitation and turn it into something that feels like a natural part of the card. As is, I think he could cost 4 mana or maybe even 3 and still be relatively balanced (or pushed if 3) - unless there's some kind of 5c Niv support in the environment he's in, he'll likely be a 5 for 3/3 with conditional deathtouch/vigilance/lifelink, which is...okay? Arvad the Cursed seems to indicate you shouldn't need as many hoops to jump through just for the deathtouch/lifelink part, and I think requiring ::G: for vigilance is fair enough trade by itself. As is the card seems a little overcosted for what it does. (To be honest, I think a more graceful solution would be to axe the 2nd ability entirely and lower the cost to just WBG, which emphasizes the idea of him being an efficient graveyard beater.) gamma3 - Choose does make me a little concerned about memory issues even if it only happens once - I think this would be both a better card in terms of memory issues and as an Uncommon in draft if it used bounty counters like Mathias or Chevill. Otherwise, an interesting card with a simple but distinct effect that puts a different spin on Azra. SilentKobold - A spellshaper Prossh with a go-wide effect that fits both the color combination and the character. Solid design, seems like a reasonable commander that could also appear in a core set, no real issues to point out here. Set-ready. HvT - I almost missed the typing, haha, but I do see what you're going for. It's a good Food signpost uncommon that slides nicely in between Gilded Goose and Savvy Hunter while being a new toy for Cat Oven decks. Could see this card in Eldraine 2.0 when it happens. thaneofglamis - I read the name of this card and laughed, which I think is a really good thing in a sea of solid entries here! I actually really like the take on self-mill here - it's reminiscent of Mnemonic Betrayal but with a more spellsinger/self-mill fill that helps you draw your Lab Man or Thassa's Oracle of Jace Wielder of Mysteries! While this card seems like it was designed to be a Commander (and I think it suceeds at selling itself on a distinctive playstyle), I like the concept of this so much that I'd unironically try to jam it in Standard. Great design. Sanfonier of the Night - While the flavor is well conveyed, I'm not entirely sold on the fact this should either just be Enrage or Morbid instead, favoring Morbid based on the colors involved. Without the context of a set behind it I think this would've been better off not having an ability word and just having the full ability written out, because as is it makes me scratch my head and wonder what the design of the ability word is meant to imply for the larger set (is it about combat? sacrifice? self-damage? Too broad, basically.), which takes away from the fact it's a solid signpost uncommon otherwise. Good idea but I think a bit too much emphasis is put on selling the ability word instead of the card as a whole. 1st: thaneofglamis - I for one welcome our new Ogboon overlords. 2nd: SilentKobold, fluffydeathbringer, HvT - Foolproof set-ready designs. 3rd: Flo00 - Great idea but I think it's a little overcosted.

I hope that is ok as artist credit. Elvish Dockhand Creature - Elf Pirate , Sacrifice Elvish Dockhand: Search your library for a land card, reveal it and put it into your hand. Then shuffle your library. Sacrifice two lands: Return Elvish Dockhand from your graveyard to your hand. 1/2 Repeatable Sylvan Scrying on legs.

Ok, I think I've let this sit long enough. Judging now. SilentKobold - Oosthal, Biology UntetheredThis card is very flavorful and the name is also fantastic. This does kind of seem like a black effect, but I don't think it's out of place in Simic. Also, just being a 2/3 and also being entirely dependent on your opponents' creatures and whether they decide to block makes it pretty weak, but the flavor is on point. Flo00 - Elvish DockhandThis is a fine uncommon. It's comparable to Sylvan Scrying like you said, but it also reminds me of Sakura-Tribe Elder. Honestly I think it could be more pushed, maybe if the first ability cost 1 or even 0. I'd like to see what plane has elf pirates. Jartis - Wildfire ElfI really like this card! A callback to the classic Orcish Lumberjack with a crazy twist that is really cool. I think the pinging is the main draw, and I have no idea how balanced it is. I'm just really glad it doesn't hit players. A very good card with a unique effect. Winner:

Thanks for the win! The next challenge, because I was slightly disappointed with the M21 reveals, is to design a multicolor Shrine, or another type of card that cares about Shrines.
