I should have better set myself up to finish this earlier. Unfortunately; I decided to take far too long when thinking about each card -- I clearly should have been making judgments as cards were posted instead of waiting days to start (It should not take me almost 60 hours to judge 9 cards).

Overall; I'm shocked with how great these feel to read.
{taradhel - Sliver Planes-Assimilator {3}{W}{U}B{R}{G}}For each color, if you control a sliver of that color, Sliver Planes-Assimilator costs that much less to cast.
[0] Until end of turn, Sliver Planes-Assimilator becomes a 5/5 Sliver creature with Indestructible that's still a planeswalker. Until end of turn, sliver creatures you control have "Sacrifice this creature: put a loyalty counter on target planeswalker you control."
[+2] Create 2 colourless 1/1 Human Sliver creature tokens named "Infected"
[-3] Create a token that is a copy of target creature, it is a sliver in addition to its other types.
[-12] Search your library for any number of non-sliver creature cards, and separate those cards into two piles. An opponent chooses one of those piles, and puts each creature in that pile onto the battlefield under their control. Then, put all the creatures in the other pile onto the battlefield under your control. They're Slivers in addition to their other creature types. (This effect lasts indefinitely.)
[SL: 5]
I hate how much text this is.
I like the thematic of the 0 and -3.
The +2's defensive ramping is really nice; especially since the 0 gives you a threat if your opponent lets you clog the board.
I do not understand the purpose of the ultimate; though getting a huge board of cheated cards is always nice but your opponent getting some is also awkward...

{lizstar - Claire the Clumsy Cleric {W}}[+2] You get an emblem with "During your upkeep, you lose two life."
[+1] You get an emblem with "At the end of each turn, if your life total is three less than it was at the start of the turn, you lose the game."
[-6] Target player gains control of all emblems.
[SL: 1]
This... I hate it, as a player, because if I can't hit it down immediately it creates a very fast clock even though it destabilizes its owner quite a lot-- 12 life is a lot to pay if it doesn't work.
But I really like it as a design; since it isn't going to break things horribly: Claire can be easily cleared or neutered, and when played with the +2 she can easily destroy her own controller.
I feel like I don't understand the +1's emblem. In the case of exactly three less, which I think is what it means, it can easily cause you to lose; which I suppose was the point. Though if you're in White, you'll have the best access to instant lifegain to make that not be a problem.
Really, the only thing I can think about it is that this doesn't feel White; it feels much more Black.

{viriss - Igor, the Scavenger {R}{W}{B}}[+2] Create two 1/1 black Bird creature tokens with flying.
[-1] Destroy target creature. Create a Food token and a Treasure token.
[-X] You may sacrifice X artifacts. When you do, Igor deals X damage to target player and you gain X life.
[SL: 3]
I like how this defends itself and also can power itself through its play pattern if your opponent decides they don't want to play any creatures. The trio of effects also has very strong theming that really well suit the colours.
I'm very concerned about that repeated kill, since it comes with further upside; and being only -1 means your opponent will have a very difficult time clearing Igor off when playing creatures since he can chump with +2 -- If you can get him down on an even board without trample, he can immediately start generating lots of value and probably run away with the game by going wide or killing value targets.
Of course, that's just what 3 mana walkers do, isn't it? :V

{kefke - Isfil Vaen, Rogue Cenobite {3}{P/R}{P/W}}[+3] Put a +1/+1 or -1/-1 counter on up to two target creatures.
[-5] Proliferate, then proliferate.
[-14] Destroy each creature with a counter on it. After this main phase, there is an additional untap step, followed by an additional combat phase.
[SL: 3]
I like how these numbers are big to prevent you from abusing proliferate too strongly. They're big but purposefully so.
I like how, despite the ability to spread around your bonus and penalty counters, the ultimate asks you to choose your enemies as much as possible, which feels rather appropriate for a phyrexian to me.
While I do adore the ultimate for its potential it really feels pretty flavortexty, since having a +3 makes it very hard for Isfil to be taken down and the effective -3 can nicely ruin enemy board or make your own ridiculous. Though it does take time to get going, so it's probably answerable enough.

{Tesagk - Teyo, Shield of the Watch {1}{2/W}{W}}Whenever a creature attacks Teyo, put a loyalty counter on Teyo.
[+1] Target creature gains absorb 1 and lifelink until end of turn.
[-3] Tap an opponent's creature for each creature you control.
[-8] You get an emblem with "Creatures can't attack you unless their controller pays X for each one, where X is Teyo's loyalty."
[SL: 3]
I like how this Teyo makes himself hard to remove. It's an interesting way to self-defend; and I like how it mirrors the +1.
The -3 can have some really great moments, and despite being offensive the team flavor makes it feel more appropriate.
The ult, however, really makes it clear how that static will be beautiful. It might be a rare occurence, but a very bombastic one regardless.

{fluffydeathbringer - Ivana, Living Library {4}{U}{R}}Ivana costs X less to cast, where X is the number of differently named instant and sorcery cards in your graveyard.
[+2] Draw a card, discard a card, then return a random instant or sorcery card from your graveyard to your hand.
[-11] Reveal your hand. For each different name among instant and sorcery cards in your graveyard and hand, you may cast a card of that name from your graveyard or hand without paying its mana cost.
[SL: 4]
I absolutely adore this. The random part tickles me because I am a terrible person.
Card filtering and recurring is already really cool and a little concerning -- though since the quick drop asks for variety that random part can easily make you not get what you want, which means having to play around it some.
I'm a bit concerned about this being able to + to 6 on turn 3, very hard for most decks to remove that, but if you can manage that I'm sure the construction of the deck will likely make up for that.
I love the ultimate's checking hand to not nonbo with saving the cards you want from +. Small, but important.

{fabuloussunbro - Oksana Inktreader {2}{B}{B}}Raid - Oksana costs 1 less to cast if you attacked with a creature this turn.
[+1] Surveil 1. Oksana can't be attacked except by two or more creatures until the start of your next turn.
[-4] Creatures you control can't be blocked this turn. Until end of turn, whenever a creature you control deals combat damage, create a Treasure token.
[SL: 2]
I love how defensive this is - She's not going to win everything on her own but instead makes your creatures supreme thieves.
The defense going away when you start making your bank is also a very nice play pattern, I'd say.
The low choose-y-ness doesn't feel awkward, and I really love how clean it ends up reading. It really forces your opponent to commit to denying you the payoff, which can easily prove to have been the wrong choice regardless.

{chartate101 - Flur, the Eternal Garden {land}}[+1] Add {G}.
[-5] Look at the top five cards of your library. You may reveal a land or creature card from among them and put it into your hand. Put the rest on the bottom of your library in any order.
[-7] Create a 5/5 green Beast creature token.
[SL: 2]
Okay, I have been blindsided by this. That's beautiful.
It's certainly odd to consider being a planeswalker a downside, but for a Land I guess being more killable is pretty bad.
I really like the futziness that the player has to use with Flur; since they're going to lose their land if they mess up -- and since using the other abilities has the implicit mana cost, it really helps balance the times that you get this down on turn one and it becomes tough to beat.

{Fleur de Violet - Splinter, First to Fall {1}{B}{G}}
{4}{B}{G}: Return Splinter from your graveyard to the battlefield transformed.
[-1] Return up to one target land or creature card from your graveyard to your hand.
[-3] Destroy target artifact or enchantment. Its controller loses 3 life.
[SL: 5]
Splinter, Destined to Return
If Splinter would leave the battlefield, exile them instead.
[0] Put the top two cards of your library in your graveyard, then up to one target creature gets -1/-1 until end of turn for each creature card in your graveyard.
[-4] Return target creature or land card from your graveyard to the battlefield.
[SL: 5]
Double faced walker is pretty rad; especially one with no plus abilities.
I like the way the abilities of the back face work together - Though I feel the front could better synergize with them, the fact that Splinter can always make card value is really cool.
I like, also, how difficult it can get to stop, while also having a very limiting lever in its lacking pluses to force the player to stop waiting once they put them down.
