Judgment day has come! JartisI really like your card, although there may come a point were you can cast anything for virtually free and the commander tax won't matter since the cards you want to play in this deck will be cheaper thanks to his other abilities. I'm pretty sure he'll be a nightmare to play against but I think he does look balanced. Flo00So have you read where I claim Captain Sisay is my favorite card and are trying to get some extra points? It worked! I really like your card and I enjoy watching experience counters be explored farther. TesagkFleur Neat, simple design. Like I said, it is a valid entry since it grows on the long time (although Commander is a format in which you can never ensure your board will be there by the time you reach your next turn. My only complaint is that in the late game it still only produces two tokens so on an empty board you'd be paying a load of mana for two 1/1s and a 3/3 (granted, its abilities are relevant). I would prefer if it created a token for each time it's been cast. gateways7Beautiful, beautiful card. I really like how you get a payoff from stacking the clues, although I would've liked if the sacrifice didn't involve card draw since that's what clues do anyways. Anyway, I really liked the card at first glance! melonoCool card. It's so simple, yet elegant, that I honestly don't have much to say about it. It may be a tad too strong since the power buff relies on counters, which white excels at granting, and it could potentially snowball pretty quickly. virissThat's some interesting design space, although I personally am not sure what kind of deck I could build around it. I would like to see some white or green on it just to have a bit more buffing options since eventually you may reach a point where it's too expensive for its stats, but that's just me. Xenozfan2That first ability sounded scary at first since it could potentially destroy 4+ permanents per cast, but then I realize that at that mana cost you won't be casting your general that often, and it was sensible of you to make it a cast trigger. I can see this guy in a stompy deck with some mana acceleration to get him out asap and start tearing things up. I like the stats since it allows for a fast commander damage kill. augurWow! As a hardcore token fan I'd look forward to make a Soldier token deck around this (but where is the green!!!!!!). gluestick248This card looks pretty strong, I believe it could grow pretty quickly especially in four-player casual since there most people have creature heavy decks. Also the recursive graveyard hates feels a bit iffy to me, maybe if it exiled 5 cards from each player's graveyard and 5-10 from libraries. mrlozanoOne of my greatest complaints about Planeswalker Commanders is how there may come a point when you're paying an exhorbitant amount of mana for a pw whose loyalty will be so low that it may die to anything on the board. I like that this fixes that issue. The size of the abilities makes the textbox pretty cramped sadly, especially in that last ability which is what sets it apart from other Planeswalker Commanders. Gotta admit this was a tough one, especially since I'm extremely indecisive, but I'm giving this one to gateways7, runner up is Flo00, followed by monger.

I think, if I redid it, I'd have just used some generic keywords that fit the colors and left it at that. Something like: Keden, the Ultimate Commander Legendary Creature - Human Knight Hexproof, lifelink, first strike, deathtouch, and trample Epic Legendary (When this creature enters the battlefield, it gets X +1/+1 counters where X is the number of times it has been cast from the command zone.)
: Put Keden, the Ultimate Commander onto the Battlefield from the Command Zone. 1/1

Thanks for the win!
I wanted to go with something more top-down and flavor-based for this challenge, so your next challenge is to create a commander that takes some kind of flavorful inspiration from a real-world culture. You can do Greco-Roman, Indian, Native American, or any other type of culture, so long as it actually exists. Good luck!

Tawir, the Scorned Brother Legendary Creature - God Indestructible, haste Tawir, the Scorned Brother can only be blocked by God creatures. At the end of each player’s combat step, exile any God creatures they control that didn’t attack. 5/5 Taken from the Maori story of Tawhirimatea. Thought about turning lands into islands when he attacks but didn't want to overload the card and think it's probably fine as it is.

wip Raven, Who Stole the Sun Legendary Creature- Bird Spirit Flying When ~ enters the battlefield, exile the top five cards of your library. Whenever a creature you control deals combat damage to a player, you may cast a card you own in exile that shares one or more colors with that creature. If it would leave the stack, instead shuffle it into your library. (You still pay that card's costs.)4/4

Easiest fix would probably be to give him haste.

Unless you play him during your second main phase That actually was what I was thinking, but I can see the haste argument as well. Hm...I'll probably go with haste just so you have the option of playing it whenever you need to without risking losing it.

Eloah, God of All Legendary Creature - God Indestructible When Eloah, God of All enters the battlefield, search your library, graveyard, or exile for a card you own and put it into your hand. If you searched your library this way, shuffle it. : Search your library for a permanent card and put it onto the battlefield. Shuffle your library afterwards. 7/7 Other than angels (and I suppose the Orzhov and Church of Avacyn) Christianity has been fairly taboo in Magic. I designed this a while ago, but couldn't exactly remember its abilities, so I tried to replicate it as best as I could. The Christian god is all about balance: justice and mercy, faith and science, exploration and mystery. While one could argue for a mono white God, I think He exhibits all positive attributes (order, curiosity, ambition, passion, and harmony to name a few), hence the five colors. 7 is a significant number in Judeo-Christian mythology, so 7 CMC, to activate, and a 7/7.

Baba Yaga is a character from Slavic folklore with many different interpretations. Nowadays (meaning after the Christianization of the region) she's mostly portrayed as an evil witch living in a wandering hut on chicken legs, but my card is based on an older take on her character - where there are three being named Baba Yaga and when one of them dies, the other two ones come together and resurrect it.
The card is a bit wordier than I'd normally like, but I think it barely works still.

@daij_Djan: "When Baba Yaga enters the battlefield, if it isn't a token..." Otherwise it goes infinite and stalls the game.

Ah shit I forgot this again. Welp, I'm gonna close this now. Judging will be up in a little bit. EDIT: Alright, here we go. {Judging} gluestick248: I don’t really understand how Adam, the First Man relates to the actual Adam, but that’s probably because I, as a not-Christian, am not versed in Biblical lore. In terms of being a Magic card, it feels like a slightly worse Trostani Discordant, but with an interesting element of human tribal. Tesagk: I like the idea of The Golem. Some of the wording is a little off, you could just have it read “When ~ enters the battlefield, sacrifice an artifact.” rather than anything else. I like how it represents whatever artifact you sacrifice turning into the Golem (at least that’s what I think it means.) The only big problem I see is that it’s really, really good with cheap artifacts or Ichor / Mycosynth Wellspring or something like that. Jartis: I don’t see the reason why Tawir, the Scorned Brother is blue, but I think the idea of a God card that’s only willing to fight other god cards seems really fun. It is probably incredibly powerful, because its a 4 mana 5/5 indestructible haste almost-unblockable that must attack. melono: Witte Wieven seems pretty underpowered for costing five black, but once you get her out, it seems like you can really quickly win the game with enough of the activations. I do like the theme of Swamps, which really fits the description you gave. Fleur: Swilu, Royal Pathologist is a fuckin hilarious way to interpret the challenge, and it fits it really well. I actually really like the idea that without extra mana, you just make a bunch of useless creatures, but the abilties affect all of your creatures. It also opens two different pathways with the card as a commander, because you can do token-spam or a LTB deck, and that seems really fun! (The first ability doesn’t technically work, because I think you need to say “Until the end of turn, creatures you control enter the battlefield with a +1/+1 counter on them”, but I think that it’s pretty understood what you were trying to do.) augur: I like Raven, Who Stole the Sun! It’s interesting to have a way to be able to draw cards but only be able to cast them once you deal damage. I also think it’s nice that it has flying for that extra ability to be able to be combat-damaging. I think the card should say cards you’ve exiled with Raven, but other than that, I think it’s a solid card. xylophone: Odin, Lord of Asgard is interesting, but I’m not quite sure where the real-world mythology of him matches up with his color identity. I do like the last ability, but I think it’s in white’s color pie, not Sultai’s. kinotherapy: I think Seth the Contemptuous presents some really interesting choices for an opponent, and that makes it a really interesting design! It also acts as a repeatable Wasteland-type effect, but because of the punisher ability still remains balanced. I like it a lot! lizstar: Long of the Shining Dragons is a cool card, and I like how it rewards you for playing a strategy in Commander that’s traditionally not very good, being burn. The fact that you can also use pingers to get Fireworks is nice as well. mrlozano: Prometheus, Who Stole the Fire is an interesting card, but the ability is traditionally a blue-black one and I’m not sure it really fits in red. I think it would be really fun to play in an aggressive deck, because it generates card advantage while giving you lots of options that you can’t control. Xenozfan2: Eloah, God of All is a pretty straightforward way to go about making an all-powerful being as a card, but I think it works well. I do like the repetition of the number 7. Two things - you need to shuffle your library after you search it, and cards shouldn’t get things from exile if they didn’t put them there. Daij_Djan: Baba Yaga is a pretty cool mechanical way to go about this idea, and I like it a lot. One note - if two players play a Baba Yaga and have three, the legend rule will not work and all six will die. Also, what happens if two die at the same time? Even if there is a reasonable answer, if it’s not obvious to most players what happens, then there should be an alteration or reminder text of some kind. Lady Mapi: La Llorona is a pretty interesting card in the vein of a lot of Sirens, but it does it better. I like how it debuffs the creature, because it’s a more effective way of making sure you get a kill. The problem with the untapping part of the ability means that once your opponent gets priority, they can just use a tap ability and not have to attack. {Winners} Overall, there were a lot of good entries this time around, but I’m going to have to give the win to Fleur for both playing with the rules in a funny way and making a really interesting card. Runner-ups go to kinotherapy and Daij_Djan.
