judging time! kefke - A well balanced ability, and overall the card is very pretty too. fluffydeathbringer - A good ability, though it is just weaker Arcades. melono - Very amusing card, strong ability balanced with the fact that most starfish are not very powerful. moweda - Fun ability, though I'd probably make the card a 5 or 6 drop because it is a powerful one. Flo00 - I'm a big fan of eminence and this definitely a balanced ability. Winner is moweda with runner ups kefke and Flo00

Thanks for the win emberfire17! Some fun cards in that challenge. For the next challenge, I would love to see some hate. Whether mechanical hate for a color, artifacts, etc or flavored by hate. Give me a commander with both mechanical and flavorful hate, even better!

Beqix, Prosperity’s Conquerer Legendary Creature - Ape Warrior You may activate abilities of creatures you control as though those creatures had haste. Whenever an opponent taps a nonland permanent for mana, gain control of that permanent until the end of your next turn. Whenever a land enters the battlefield, if its controller had another land enter the battlefield under their control this turn, untap that land and gain control of it until the end of your next turn. 2/2 Note that the last ability also works on your own lands.

For context; There is a popular fan-theory in D&D that the sun god Pelor is actually the evil god of human supremacy, Zarus, in disguise. This interpretation is referred to as "Pelor, the Burning Hate". To adapt this idea, I gave my card the first ability of The Immortal Sun, for the Sun flavor (and because it's the only sun-related hate ability I know), and damage to non-humans taking longer to heal for the "human supremacy" angle. I know the Immortal Sun isn't a true sun, but I wanted to have ties to an existing card, and the only other effects I could find that might associate with a "hateful" sun were direct damage or outright destruction, and I didn't want to make a nuke.

Flo00 Beqix, Prosperity’s Conquerer I think this guy is really cool! I love the flavor as an Ape and all the abilities are interesting and fresh. Really bang up job. Balance-wise, I'm really not sure. I think you have the colors right but I think you could push the casting cost/p&t a little more. The first ability is not necessarily super powerful on its own without the combo enabler on Thousand-Year Elixir and the other two abilities are both pretty narrow and can be negated by opponents' choices. I think you could safely cost this guy at and even then maybe bump one of P/T to 3. Really cool commander though, I would play with him. kefke Chosen of the Burning Hate This guy definitely is hateful! Wow, I really like this. The Immortal Sun ability probably should be spread around a bit more and this is a good place for it. I really like the second ability also. There is possibly a memory issue with recalling how much damage creatures have taken. That's an original design decision by Dr. Garfield. However, I think as an ability on a single (probably should be Mythic) rare creature, it's maybe doable. There is a lot more to track these days with the proliferation of tokens and counters so players may be more used to it. However, I would strongly recommend making it combat damage only to limit how many damaged creatures have to be remembered. Great job by both of you! These are both very unique and clever commanders and I think they would make for some really interesting game situations. Ultimately I will go with Flo00 as the winner because I'm not sure that Wizards would really consider printing kefke's submission for memory reasons. Thanks to you both for participating!

Well, if it's getting passed over to me, then how about a commander that's an Enchantment?
It can be an Enchantment Creature, an Enchantment with "~ can be your commander.", a double-face card, or whatever else you can come up with, but in some way it must "be" an Enchantment.

Dramea, Aural Enhancer Legendary Creature - Human Shaman Vigilance Whenever you cast your first Aura spell each turn, you may copy that spell. You may choose new targets for the copy. Disturb (You may cast this card from your graveyard transformed for its disturb cost.) 2/3 // Dramea's Enhancing Aura Legendary Enchantment - Aura Enchant creature Enchanted creature has vigilance and gets +1/+1 for each other enchantment you control. If ~ would be put into a graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead. An alternative/extra to the whole Enchantress draw thing.

Atala, Bearing the World Legendary Creature - Centaur Shaman Artifacts, creatures, and lands you control are enchantments in addition to their other types. (Including this creature.)Whenever an enchantment you control is put into a graveyard from the battlefield, you may destroy target permanent that shares a card type with it. 3/3

Sorry for the delay. I've had things going on. gamma3 - I think this is a pretty cool design. However, it has a very weird balance problem. In the right deck, it could easily spiral out of control, but at the same time WotC doesn't like to use a lot of different counters in the same set anymore, due to tracking issues. So it manages to simultaneously have an over and under powered set of abilities.
melono - I wouldn't exactly call this an "Enchantress-like" effect, but I see what you were going for. It does seem like a solid, and possibly very powerful effect for an "Enchantments/Auras matter" deck, though. My one concern would be that the disturb cost might be a little low, given that the front side is already geared around stacking up lots of enchantments. I do like that this card has a built-in use for multiple copies, though.
moweda - This one has an interesting set of effects. I'm actually not sure if I'd be able to judge it without seeing it in actual play. However, I'm a bit leery. Turning every creature on your side of the board into a bomb discourages combat, which is a major part of the game, and this goes beyond even that. That's not to say that there aren't cards like that which work, but generally they come with a drawback of some sort.

Thanks for the win. And I agree, the disturb cost can go up quite a bit. 5 or 6 maybe even.
Next challenge: Create me an uncommon commander with three colors in its identity.
This is something that has only recently happened in tricolor heavy Capenna. Probably because a card with three hard colors in its casting cost would be too hard to cast normally for it to be uncommon. So unless you imagine your card to be in a tricolor heavy set, try not to put three colors flat in the casting cost.

Grand Marshal Kennidor Creature - Dwarf Soldier Whenever a nontoken creature you control dies, if it was dealt combat damage this turn, create a 1/1 red and white Dwarf Soldier creature token and Grand Marshal Kennidor deals 1 damage to each opponent. 3/3

This might be a little pushed for Uncommon, but I think it's viable.

Keean, Ceta Upstart Legendary Creature - Volver , discard a card: Keean, Ceta Upstart gets +X/+0 and gains flying until end of turn, where X is the discarded card's mana value. : Draw a card if you control the creature with the greatest power among creatures on the battlefield. You may put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield. 2/3
