sdfkjghTick-Tock, Scourge of HookLegendary Creature - Crocodile
When Tick-Tock, Scourge of Hook enters the battlefield, put two -1/-1 counters on target creature.
Tick-Tock, Scourge of Hook can’t be blocked as long as defending player controls a creature with a -1/-1 counter on it.
Whenever Tick-Tock, Scourge of Hook deals combat damage to a player or planeswalker, you may destroy target creature with a -1/-1 counter on it.

A neat creature, but you didn't give me a way to
cast it. Also, colorless creatures aren't that good as Commanders. I can't give this a proper score, sorry.
The full package: I like it as a three-color Commander for -1/-1 counters, though it'd mostly just add
to a Hapatra build for
Scarscale Ritual.

On the one hand, that's a
really nice activated ability. On the other hand, you're going to need to have
Geode Golem in your 99 to really make good use of it.

A pretty nice critter, in all honesty. It feels pretty good, wonky wording aside (That ability should be "Target creature you control with converted mana cost
gains protection from colorless or a color of your choice until end of turn.") On the other hand, it'd be a REALLY frustrating wall. I'm glad it can't do something silly like forcing mass sacrifices while simultaneously reanimating a creature - that'd be ridiculous.

Innocent Blood +
Stir the Grave ability. Hrn. I'm not a fan of something with that much inherent card advantage being so spammable.

Vigilance, menace
When Mylis, the Collector enters the battlefield, exile target creature an opponent controls until Mylis, the Collector leaves the battlefield.

Hmm... This is an interesting build-around right here. My one issue with it is that it's
absurdly easy to exile a massive number of cards (
Arc Slogger comes to mind). But that's probably fine, considering how many infinite comboes there are in Commander.
The full package: I almost wish I had deleted
instead, because the
ability is basically a White/Black way of casting
Mind Control. Mylis is just a really interesting build-around.

I was with you until that last ability - sacrificing creatures really isn't a
thing. Maybe if Deim was
? That aside, having access to
and
might be a little difficult - but other than requiring a finicky mana base, Deim feels pretty fair.
The full package: Honestly, the
in Deim is the weak part. Make the ability destroy a creature instead of exile it, and Deim could
easily be
. I'd definitely fiddle with the costs so that your mana base isn't so strained, though.

So
that's what a mythic Ball Lightning looks like. It's a bit weird that it makes you want to avoid the Command Zone unless

This card is a bit of a mess. First off, that casting cost is nonsensical in Commander - it might as well be
. Secondly, he doesn't
need all of those activated abilities - his static ability is already
awesome, and granting single keywords distracts from that coolness. As a side note, Vehicles are all artifacts, so you don't need to specify that - also, it would be "Vehicle artifact" (subtypes go in front of types). Still, the basic idea is pretty good.
The full package: So, I'd just like to point out that Wizards goes out of their way to not mix different types of hybrid mana, because it's a bit hard to read. Like, you can cast Januti for
, which would make the whole "grants Vigilance" thing
really weird (Vigilance being a
keyword). The activated abilities are also pretty 'eh' - keywords are nice, but they're also not
exciting. As I mentioned before, you've got a really solid static ability, so adding more to it makes the card feel a bit excessive.

That ETB ability is... excessive. You're getting a 4/4 equivalent for
with no drawbacks - and White and Red are both colors of mass-buffing. Beyond that bit of wackiness, I find the activated abilities to a be a bit off - hybridbreathing is fine, but I feel like the two abilities should've been folded together into one ability costing
.
feels a bit tacked on, to be honest.
The full package: Hiztoran feels better as a card once you go back to full Naya... but that doesn't change the fact that the only reason that first ability costs
is because you needed to make a three-color card. It could easily be a Gruul card.

Alright, the results - our winner is
gateways7, with
ludvikeverviolet and
Xenozfan2 as followers-up. I find it interesting that everyone other than
Jartis and
Xenozfan2 had multiple abilities that would be kept (or not) basically at random. I hope everyone enjoyed having a rougher challenge.
