I've done it! About damn time. I've unlocked the secrets to personal Planar travel. Before, only a select few could do it. Not it lies in my hands as well. It's time for one final test to ensure that my victory is --*Various popping noises* Aw shit.Unraveled Solutions Instant Counter target Instant, Sorcery, or Enchantment spell. Put the top two cards of your library into your graveyard. Aw shit. The black-cloaked man shouted in alarm as a rift in the World Barrier opened up before him, sucking him inside and flinging him across the multiverse. For a few terrifying moments, he tumbled in nothingness. Then he emerged again, hurtling through the sky at lethal speed towards an earth very unlike his own. Below him was a white structured, blue roofed mage academy, that shone in the sunlight like the river that flowed next to it. Whipping up some protective spells, Merrith aimed for the softer earth beside it and gritted his teeth. This was going to hurt. A lot.
WHAM!
The man rolled through the car-sized crater he had created, grunting in agony. He had nipped his cheek and could taste iron in his mouth, but as he came to a stop and his world stopped spinning, he realized that though he hurt worse than hell, and felt as though he had sprained his left wrist, nothing was broken and his spells had kept him alive. To celebrate, he rolled over, threw up into the dirt, then lay on his back, gasping for breath as his whole body yelled at him for being an idiot.

A snuffling, tentacled face without eye appeared over the edge of the crater, aimed directly at the strange figure. Attached to its... neck? Was a long thin collar of green runes, with a line of magic that led right to a waiting hand. A pair of cold green eyes looked over the edge at the man, calculating a perhaps displeased. "Welcome to the Multiverse," he called out. "You have no idea what you've gotten yourself into."Curious Planesnuffler Creature-Elemental , : Scry 1 if a creature entered the battlefield this turn. Then draw a card. 1/2 Unraveled Solutions: I have really mixed feelings about this. This seems like just a much weaker Negate, but in a self-mill deck I bet it could see some play. The problem is it ends up being dead against artifacts or planeswalkers, which really limits it's use. 5/10.

"I think I know exactly what I've gotten into, thanks!" Merrith pushed himself to his feet, then withdrew a knife in case the stranger attacked him. "You're obviously no human. But as long as you mean me no harm, we shall be alright, I think. What is your name, creature, and where am I?" Wary Observations Instant Target creature gets +0/+2 until end of turn. Scry 2. What are you, and what is your purpose?Curious Planesnuffler: It's not bad, if a little situational. I feel like its ability is a little under costed and/or out of color. But the idea is solid. 7/10

The eyes flickered unsmiling at the figure below."You have little right to speak to me that way, treading as you do over the Multiverse as if it were some science experiment." The man rose from his position, holding the leash of the snuffling beast high in one hand and along silvery staff in the other."However, I will be cordial enough to speak to you directly. I am the Enention. I will only say this once: Do not cross me."Bold Repremanding Instant Counter target spell with converted mana cost two or less. Each player draws a card. Wary observations: This is a great response to a burn spell. It reminds me a lot of Dive Down. Plus the scry 2 makes this a strong common, maybe playable in sealed formats. I might tick up the toughness boost by 1, but otherwise really really good! 9/10.

Bold Reprimand: Bump that up to counter 3 CMC or less and you'll be fine. 8/10 "I mean no offense. The worlds I've walked demand me to be wary of every stranger I've met. I am learning to walk the worlds without the aid of anything save magic -- That is what you call it, yes? World walking?" Merrith raised a friendly hand. This... thing reminded him of the Elder Ones, but more benevolent and less likely to kill him. Still, it filled him with a feeling of distrust and hatred. "It has gone far worse than planned, as you can see." Careful Observations Enchantment Whenever you draw your second card each turn, you may tap target creature. It doesn't untap on its controller's next untap step.

"Not gone well is an understatement." The Enention did not move at the other's friendly wave. "Do you have no idea what you have done? What sort of repercussions your actions could have for the Multiverse? What you have done was rash and dangerous. You should be relieved you lived at all, and now someone has go and clean up the mess you made. And for your information, it is called planeswalking. Or I prefer Etherwalking."Harsh Rebuttal Instant Return target attacking creature to it's controller's hand. Spells that share a name with that creature cannot be cast until end of turn. Careful Observations: This seems fine, but not particularly exciting or powerful. The ability to keep a permanent tapped down as long as you're drawing seems good. 7/10.

"What odd terminology..." Merrith mused, lost in thought. "Planeswalking, when crossing between worlds only. Odd, indeed." Then he heard a fizzling at his feet, and looked down to see a rapidly deconstructing rune, spewing red sparks. His eyes widened. "Shit shit shit!" Throwing himself away, he covered his head as it exploded scattering debris everywhere. Looking up, he saw another, much smaller crater had been made, and he looked at the man accusingly. "What the hell was THAT for?" Unstable Rune Artifact - Rune , Sacrifice a Rune: Deal 2 damage to target creature or planeswalker. Edit: Forgot to judge Careful Observations, which I like. It fills an interesting design niche. Not sure it's costed exactly right though, it feels... weak. 8/10

"I can find so many fun things in the garbage! Like new friends!"
Energetic Meeting
Sorcery

(Mage's Protection: 8/10 Pretty good! I'm not a huge fan of tapping enchantments, though there's technically nothing WRONG with that, it's just a weirdly engrained rule that feels like a funky taboo to break just to do it, y'know? I did a quick check, there are two enchantments in normal Magic that can tap. One from Mystery Booster, and one from Future Sight, which, 'nuff said. Anyway, my only issue is I feel uncomfortable letting it target any creature and tap 'em down, I feel it could be nicer if it was an aura. But either way this is still good, I'm just being nitpicky now.)

Energetic meeting is a nifty card. Good for mono-red aggro for sure, where creatures tend to cost only the 1 mana. I'd give it a 7/10. Merrith set the goblin girl on his shoulders with a chuckle. Play Chicken Instant (Uncommon) Choose two: Target creature gets +1/+0 until end of turn Target creature gets +0/+1 until end of turn Target creature gets Reach until end of turn. Liz let out a heart warrble from her throat, something sounding like "Murr", a sound of amusement. "Of course I have parents. Doesn't everyone have parents? It would be silly not to have parents. Pff." She tapped him lightly on the head but enjoyed the ride nonetheless.
Joyous Banter Sorcery Discard a card, then draw a card.
Each other player may discard a card. For each player who does, every player draws a card.
(Play Chicken: 4/10 This is suuuper overcosted to me, I dunno. It's not super exciting, and is barely anything for four mana. Also I'm not sure giving flat out toughness fits with mono red. Could have been +3/+0, first strike, reach, and it might be a little underwhelming but over all fine. Just needs a bit of tweaking!)

I really like Banter as well! A solid 8/10, good for the group hug players in the world. The only thing I would do is make discard a card part of the cost.
"Well then, perhaps we should get to finding them. I don't want you to be all by yourself." Merrith let a glow settle into his eyes as he activated his aura-sense, letting it guide him to some hopefully-similar creatures that might be able to aid him.

I think maybe Surveil 3 would be more appropriate, but I do like the concept. 7/10 Merrith paused from his conversation with the goblin girl to look at the stranger. "Hello. I'm afraid I don't know what you're talking about. I'm a bit new in town. Could you elaborate please?" But at the same time he put his hand on the dagger hidden inside his cloak, just in case. But at the same time he put his hand on the dagger hidden inside his cloak, just in case. Elsewhere [ERROR: Unassigned variable] increased to five point zero percent.
"An emigrant, you claim?" There was a tinge of doubt in the metallic voice. "My mapping systems should reflect the entirety of cexgrilosevencvoneoneone[ERROR: Corrupted data] with ninety-nine point nine eight eight four three percent accuracy, yet this landscape is nowhere to be found. I require assistance from a weubfepewpesixufenoneoneone[ERROR: Corrupted data] Scout to make corrections."
There is another flicker of uncertainty on her face, gone in a flash. Data Corruption Instant Counter target spell. Its controller may investigate. (Create a colorless Clue artifact token with “ , Sacrifice this artifact: Draw a card.”) Distracting Questions - seems fine, if underwhelming. 7/10

I like this alright, but I’m not sure it should be red both countering and Investigating are super out of color for it. 6/10
Merrith cocked his head with a touch of confusion. “Well, I’m not a scout and I don’t know of any. But it looks like I’m already looking for someone, so I could help if you like. What’s your name, friend?”

What’s your name, friend?” Elsewhere [ERROR: Unassigned variable] decreased to zero point five zero percent. Possible planeswalker target. Spark capacity at 145%, no need to engage.
"I see... My designation is Experiment..." she stalled out for several seconds.
"I see... My designation is Experiment zero," she eventually restated. "I now inquire your name, traveler."
She will repeat any name she is given, then continue. "As for what I am looking for, do you know of anyone that knows this location well? I am not even certain of the name of this place and it is making navigation most difficult."
Instant For each card type, each opponent that controls more permanents of that type than you sacrifices a permanent of that type.
Merrith's Greeting - er, doesn't do anything to Data Corruption or the Clue token it gives you, and nonboes with itself as it grabs and artifact and gives you mana for... instants and enchantments. Bit of a mess of a card, and needs a shuffle. 4/10
for Data Corruption i wanted to do a chaos warp-like effect (like changing the effect of the spell to cascade) but this was the best i could do with my keywords :c

Merrith shrugged. “‘Fraid not. This is my first time world walking. I’m sure we can find someone who does though. One moment.” Merrith paused, looked about, and then placed a small respirator on his face, the tube leading back to his cloak. Then he just vanished, like he was never there. Moments later he was back, and through his breathing tubes grunted. “Found someone. He says we’re at a place called the Tolarian Academy in Dominaria.”
This card would be fine except a) it’s undercosted (Casualties of War has less destruction in multiplayer for a MUCH higher cost. At least a CMC of 4 I’m thinking) and it targets lands, which again is a pretty large color break. 5/10.

Looked like the Arena to me. Extraction protocols initializing....
When Merrith returns, she has moved back a few steps and seems to be sizing Merrith up. "This place is the Tolarian Academy, or that place you went?" she asks.
"Also, citizen-who-is-not-a-Scout, how do you so brazenly travel Elsewhere? Do you not fear the creatures within?"
Instant Exile target nonland permanent. At the beginning of the next end step, if you owned that card, return it to the battlefield under your control. "Every part must be inspected to ensure it is in it's proper place. Even oneself. Especially oneself."

Aeterna appears in a brilliant flash of golden light before Merrith. She holds up one hand, conjuring a spell and casting it upon Merrith. Incongruence Detector Enchantment When ~ enters the battlefield, scry 2. As an additional cost to cast spells, players must reveal a card from their hand of the same type as the spell. Gonna deal with both of these at once. I like Relocate. it's a cool design. The only thing is I'd bump it up one more in cost. 8/10 I do NOT like Incongruence Detector. It's a scry 2 for 2, that also adds an extra cost to spells? This is White Dork Lockdown like I've never seen, and it's WAY too cheap. that's a 4 mana card at least, and that's a crummy way to lock down what could be in some cases half a hand, and do something that white rarely does, which is gather information about other player's cards. 4/10. Merrith shuddered as he absorbed the spell. It didn't bounce off him or misfire. The energy just was sucked off the plane like it had never existed. Turning, he looked at the new aggressor. "What the HELL!" Drawing his knife, he chucked it at top speed at him, the blade whistling through the air as it began its deadly spin.Misdirect Instant Change the target of target spell with a single target.
