"Wha-?" he says reflexively as he watches Zero soar into the sky, and as the lightning bolts rain down, he quickly forms an energy barrier between him and Zero, and holds it until the lightning is over. And, in the corner of his eye, he notices Seiva get hit, and he shouts, "Seiva!" When its over, he rushes over to her, "Seiva, don't die on me...!" he says to himself under his breath. Pulse? he thinks before putting two fingers of his left arm to her neck, Seems to be steady. Breathing? and then put the side of his head to her head to listen to her breathing. Ragged, but seems to be holding. He then put an arm under her legs and one under her back, and lifts her, and then looks back to Hannah with a face of concern, "Karina, you know what to do, right?" he say while gesturing his head towards Hannah, before running towards the outpost. When he gets to the outpost, he shouts, "Who's the resident doctor around here? Her breathing is little ragged but her pulse seems to be steady." "Varei agrees that she's still alive. Solari's blessing is truly with us today, isn't it? Let me see her. She'll need time, but we can get her stable."
The balancing on this is probably all fine. 9/10
Solari's Blessing Enchantment Whenever you gain life, you may put a +1/+1 counter on the creature you control with the lowest toughness. : Sacrifice Solari's Blessing: You gain life equal to the greatest toughness among creatures you control. "Solari's Blessing? I assume you're a cleric? I'm not really a man of religion, but I can say she got pretty damn luck-" he says before reflexively ducking down as an explosion came from the building, and he does he puts Seiva on the ground in front of the Cleric, "Stay here! I'm not going to let anymore people get hurt!" he says before running to the building. And, then the second explosion went off, throwing Brayden off balance. As the dust clears, he sprints to the door, barging the door open with all his body, "Zero, why-?" he says when he sees Zero for a moment, before she disappears. When Zero disappears, it reveals the quite dead corpse of Kaira, and in that moment his heart sinks. He then collapses to his knees and slams his fist on the ground in frustration, and then a few tears trickle down his face. Dejectedly, he picks up what remains of the body and carries them back. He simply shakes his head to the Cleric, his tears still trickling down his cheeks.

Zero contacts the tenebrite round, and the world turns to fire. Not grounded, the blast throws Zero away from the building and she tumbles across the dirt. All of the panels in her wings are blackened and burned. Synthetic skin melts and falls off her, revealing the eerie black endoskeleton beneath in many places across her body. Her scowl remains. [Creature of Elsewhere contains explosive projectiles. Danger posed to citizens even higher than expected. Structural integrity... able to sustain another explosion.]
There is a chorus of voices inside her head. She ignores them. She picks herself up. Kid, trust me, you're making a mistake. She charges. Zero, you're the monster here, please!
Her wings are useless, but her jets bring her back over the building. Her sword lifts over her head. Rifts fill the area below her, aiming to disrupt Kaira's line of fire above her.
--- The child looks up at her with terrified eyes. ---
Zero's sword comes down as she falls into the stone house. --- There is so much blood all over her hands.
"This is the way it's supposed to be," she explains to the orphan.
--- A single thought pokes its thought into Zero's head. In her mind it sounds... smug."See you in hell, traitor. Seiva's life for yours."// As Zero soars overhead, Kaira summons an adaptor pistol to her hand. This one is loaded with enough shots of force energy. The moment Zero becomes visible to Kaira, she fires a shockwave at the aether canister, shattering it. The aether releases into the air with a thick puff of silvery-blue gas, spreading into the room.// Zero's strike connects against Kaira. She is very dead. But is that a smile on her face...?// Within moments of Kaira's death, the aether finds the five tenebrite rounds that Kaira summoned, and the room goes up in a marvelous golden fireball of aether and sound. The rest of the stone structure collapses under the force.// The walls of the main outpost building shimmer with magic as the shockwave passes harmlessly through it. The energist regretfully confirms the loss of the aether technician. No one tells Hannah. The airburst knocks Lettie off her feet, and the mantle catches on fire. She rolls out of it, onto her back, in time to see a metal abomination hurl itself through the remains of the house's roof. This is insane. It's similar to when I knocked down the cabinet against The Witch... but this technician isn't a planeswalker. How will she- Lettie scrambles to her feet. That abomination was near the window, pulling its sword from something on the ground. There was blood on the blade. She won't. Time feels as though it skips a second, and Lettie and snaps back to reality when she notices the aether spilling out behind Zero. Zero doesn't seem to notice, so it must have been Kaira's doing, Lettie realizes, just like the explosion. Though she possesses no more than an inkling of what is about to happen, she planeswalks away as quickly as she can, and an instant later, the five tenebrite rounds detonate.
The Blind Eternities taste of death, and Lettie stumbles into her home, feeling as though all warmth has drained from her. She's too exhausted to stand, so she falls to her knees. You senseless fool. How could you so readily throw your life away? Did you not fear what lay beyond the mortal coil? If I could have had just two more seconds... no... if I had torn Zero limb from limb when her guard was down... if I had turned her to scrap the very moment that we had met... I was caught between destroying the broken machine, and trying to see it repaired. I've been too naive, and too weak. She crawls to a cupboard, and retrieves a bottle of absinthe. There would be no point in diluting it. Before long, Lettie has downed the whole bottle, as bitter as the day it was brewed. Split second decisions are no longer enough. I have to commit. I am Wormwood, the Bitter Star. I won't allow this to happen again. She shatters the bottle against the wall opposite, and retrieves another.//Lettie is spending her next few days on a drunken bender. She will not bother checking EPIC again until someone seeks her out. Guided Hope — Kind of weak. You would need to have two creatures die and two more survive for this to be above par compared to something unconditional. It also suffers from its awkward scaling since the more creatures of yours die, the fewer are around to benefit. Considering what immediately transpired, the flavor also seems kind of tone deaf (no penalty though). 6/10

This one also has the problem of only being a late-game spell, which is usually not what the types of blue-green decks interested in casting a lot of things with flash are. 7/10

Haia aided Seiva's attempts to go outside. She wasn't the strongest member of the Eternity Project, but she was the one that was available. Seiva's weight weighed her shoulder down, and she had a hard enough time standing on her own feet, but Kaira's departure had left much of EPIC unable to help. Varei and Neso were dedicated to resolving the issue of repaying Kaira's family and returning her body to Entela. Ani had to take over her duties in aether reactions as best he could, trying to decipher what he could about her technology. That left the two combat casters, who had jobs of their own to handle, and Haia.
"Why do we have to do this?" Seiva's pained sentence tore through her breaths as every muscle in her body refused to stand alone.
"Kirilo says you need to walk. It wouldn't be good if you forgot how to walk after something like that."
"I suppose so... I don't like being useless like this."
Haia giggled. "That's so like you, Seiva."
"Hm?" Seiva watched Haia, trying to get any meaning out of the young woman's smile. "Do I say that too often?"
"Definitely since that happened. Don't worry, though. Kirilo's going to have you back on your feet, and then you'll be able to help again. Until then, you aren't allowed to stop working to get better, okay?"
Seiva nodded as the door to the outside opened, letting the cold breeze flow in. It certainly didn't feel this cold inside and it didn't look this cold outside. Seiva shivered. "What happened to the temperature?"
"I don't know. It's been happening for... maybe a month, but a couple days after the... thing... it got a lot colder."
Seiva looked over to Haia. Still white and blue, but this time, her outfit included a white sweater above her dress and bag. She hadn't thought much of it previously, but now it made a lot of sense. "Did you just kind of have a sweater on you?"
Haia guided Seiva outside. The doors closed behind them, retaining whatever heat the aethersteel and glass could hold. The crumbled stone structure haunted her, constantly serving as a reminder of what happened. "I had it in Entela, so I asked Master Sara to send it to me. That was a nightmare. It gets kinda cold in Litara because it's so high up and Shaidosta's cold air goes that way. It's too warm in Entela..."
Seiva caught Haia's gaze to the collapsed house. "I need to get a salvager on that..."
"It had a lot of stuff in it. Just... none of us want to go anywhere near it..."
"Understandable, yeah. I'll... ask Master Sara to send someone over. Something... must have survived."
Haia helped Seiva sit down on the ground outside, some distance away from the hole in the ground. Another haunt. That one was Haia's job, but she was busy trying to cover whatever part of Seiva's job she could. Being responsible for all the communications with Leritha and then suddenly... not being able to be responsible for those communications meant someone had to do it. She sat down beside Seiva, pulled Seiva's clipboard from her bag, and started looking over it to get help with what any of the Leithan documents meant. She could handle some of it, but far from all of it.
Seiva unlocks persist. She's still around, as is EPIC, despite everything.

"Oh, uh... hm..." Ani turns to Seiva. "Miss Seiva, do we know why the leaves are dying? That's weird, right?"
"Uh..." Seiva seems to stare into nothing through the corner of her eyes. "No idea.""This didn't happen in Litara, and not in Entela either..."Ani turns back to the cute creature. He makes an exaggerated shrug. "We're not sure. It's not something that happens on Volaria, but that's not, like, new or anything, there's been a whole lot that we don't know because it doesn't happen on Volaria. As the members of EPIC go about their buisness, they feel a slight tremor, not enough to shake them up but enough you could feel the ground slightly vibrate, then another. If anyone looks outside, they see a large blue-skinned giant, dressed in pelts, peering over the trees and curiously looking over the outpost.Talisman of the Conflux Artifact
: Add . , Exert ~: Add one mana of any color. Created in the Conflux, it now serves as a symbol of New Alara. Haia is talking with Seiva about paperwork and Lerithan building permits when the first shake goes through her. When the second comes, she gives a panicked clap in the general direction of the glass-and-quartz building and a some of shimmering air surrounds it.
She looks up with wide eyes at the large blue creature, points at it while saying something to Seiva, and Seiva's gaze follows hers.Talisman seems like a good prismatic lens variant. 9/10 Unstable Foundation Sorcery Destroy target artifact or land. Unstable Foundation deals damage to that permanent's controller equal to its mana cost.

Across the plane, warbands, mauraders, brigands and highwaymen have appeared at seemingly random. Strife, combat, pillages, all such sordid events have been occurring at an increasing pace. Someone, or something, was driving the plane to chaos. And where there was chaos, there was death. And with death, came souls for the cleric to purge. At one such site, a band of warriors had ransacked a temple, setting it to the torch, replacing the one consecrated grounds with their own effigies, either as insults, or representations of other primal forces. {Spoiler}{Attack Card - March of the Godless} Kei lightly stepps through the destroyed temple, observing both the faith that used to be here and the destruction that fell to it. She had seen this scene many times, from Solaran churches on Volaria to the teachings of Leritha's Silent Deities that were spread across many planes. Someone disagreed with the church, and the priests or others suffered for it. Often, this was the cause of planar travelers that did not fully understand the intricacies of either the new religion or of the culture that they were trying to integrate with. This is probably how this deserves to cost as an enchantment. 9/10 Guided by Starlight Instant Exile target creature with power 2 or less and up to one target enchantment. "No soul is free of tragedy. Rest now, young one." Guided by Starlight: Generally only black cares about removal for creatures under a certain power threshold, but white does check for power being less as well, sometimes. This definitely isn't rare material, so I'd err on it being better as a sorcery ala Reave Soul. 6/10

Haia is talking with Seiva about paperwork and Lerithan building permits when the first shake goes through her. When the second comes, she gives a panicked clap in the general direction of the glass-and-quartz building and a some of shimmering air surrounds it.
She looks up with wide eyes at the large blue creature, points at it while saying something to Seiva, and Seiva's gaze follows hers.Unstable Foundation Sorcery Destroy target artifact or land. Unstable Foundation deals damage to that permanent's controller equal to its mana cost. "Do you two know where I am? I sort of just... appeared here not long ago. And, what is this...?" he says gesturing around to the outpost, as if looking for a word to call it, "...place?"Unstable Foundation: I think it should be , because the baseline for that effect (destroy artifact and land) is , and feels clunky how you only deal damage when you destroy an artifact 7/10 Selfless Martyr Creature - Human Soldier First strike You may exert ~ as it attacks. ...It seemed someone had decided that moving the earth near EPIC's region of control was a fairly good idea, because someone...or something, was shifting an increasingly tall cylinder of earth from out of the ground and into the air. Nearby, what seemed to be a cross of a woman made crystal and a snake, accompanied with a somewhat young appear individual, were closely observing the pillar as it rose. "Some interesting stone and soil formations, although some of these clearly were the result of a geomancer taking a few liberties about a hundred years ago. So careless, you think they'd be more careful with their magic." The woman seemed to be speaking to herself, as her elemental companion was largely focused on raising the now several meters tall pillar, and only nodding along. {Attack? Card - Quarry Augur}

Haia jumps behind Seiva and peers up at the giant thing. "It... it talks..." Seiva shakes her head with a smile and looks up at the creature. "Can you hear me from up there? You're a planeswalker... right? Welcome you to the Arena, it's a place where a lot of other planeswalkers end up. This..." Seiva pauses to take a few breaths while motioning around to the outpost. "This is the Arena Outpost of the Eternity Project for Interplanar Cooperation... of which I'm the head advisor. My name is Seiva Zeni."Selfless Spirit gets a lot less enticing when you're limited to one specific window to get your indestructibility and especially when you have to blink first on it. 7/10 Breaths Returned Instant Choose target creature with converted mana cost 3 or less. When that creature dies this turn, return it to the battlefield under its owner's control and create a 1/1 white Cleric creature token. "Don't worry. I've got you."

Her eyes seem to be shimmering as she points towards the pillar, her pointer finger straight ahead and her middle finger lifting to match the angle to the top of the rising pillar.
"Uh, um... that thing's getting really tall... and it's really close to our outpost. If it falls..."I feel like this is slightly overtuned as a removal spell that leaves a creature, but it might be fine since you can get 4-damage removal spells at 2 anyways. 7.5/10 Deflect Instant Target permanent gains protection from the color of your choice until end of turn.

WindyDelcarlo The individual who seemed to be in charge of the increasingly large pillar looked up from her studying towards the newcomer, a small look of surprise on her face. "Oh, apologies! I didn't expect this to take that long. I promise I won't drop it!" She looked back to the pillar, taking a closer look at something else that had come up, muttering to herself. "I suppose that's about as deep as I need to go, but then again, they'd never let me look even deeper in Idwol. Maybe I could take a few more decades into account..."
{Response Card - Earthwright} Deflect - This trades one mana more in cost to target anything, in comparison to God's Willing. I suppose its fine, given it's overall utility as well as still being uncommon. 8/10

Guest System A purple-haired woman covered in metal armor approaches EPIC. Her skin is dyed a light purple. An unknown device that appears to be made of bone is strapped to her back. A hunched over young boy with white hair lurks a few steps behind her, his gold eyes staring unfocused in a random direction.
Whoever meets her, she presents a worn photo of a man with long dark hair covering his face, armor similar to her own, and a noticeably metal arm. "We're looking for this man," she says. "We have reason to believe he was in the area around a month ago... looking for work. Would you know anything about that?" Legendary Planeswalker - Meadowlark Whenever a creature or planeswalker dies, put a loyalty counter on a planeswalker you control. [+1]: Captain Meadowlark deals 1 damage to any target. It must block this turn if able.
[-2]: Each player may sacrifice a creature. For each player that doesn't, draw a card. [4]

You don't sac something and draw, they do so you don't draw, unless they need their creatures or can't sac, at which point she just draws a bunch of cards. Unsure if balanced, but the red half is probably not happening. 7/10 Information Network Instant Choose target spell, activated ability, or triggered ability, then reveal the top card of each player's library. If they share a card type, counter that spell. Scry 1.

The card itself is probably fine, if not a bit lacking in usage. Hill Giant isn't usually a good card and this is marginally better. 7/10 Binding Atmosphere Instant Target creature loses all abilities until end of turn. Draw a card.
