Hey! I wanted to make snow hybrid mana like this: 
I pretty much followed the instructions here. Only I didn't take a new letter, but want them to appear when I type S/W. I even managed to get them in the insert symbol menu with the right picture there, but when I klick it, it still does

(the / is also in a grey circle). What do I have to do to make this work?
