Good morning,
I have downloaded MSE 2.0.0, MSE 2.0.1, and gotten a few extra templates, so I am familiar with that whole process. I am interested with adding some of the Future Sight card type symbols to my cards as seen under the Extras template downloads.
However, after downloading the installer, moving the files properly into both MSE 2.0.0 and 2.0.1, I cannot get the card type symbols to show up in any of the text boxes anywhere.
I've tried normal and curly brackets, colon and semi-colon, parentheses and quotation marks. I have tried highlighting the plain word and what I thought was the coded word, right-clicking, and looking for 'insert symbol' options, but all I get is Cut, Copy, and Paste. I have tried highlighting and hitting 'Crtl-M', but nothing changes. I have tried highlighting again and clicking the star symbol, but the star symbol remains grayed out and stubbornly unable to be clicked.
I have tried changing the mana symbols under the Style tab, however the Console throws up an error notifying of a dependency of which I think I already have.
Perhaps I am unfamiliar with exactly how to code the symbol? I thought it was just [creature] or [artifact] or [instant].

planechaser check your style tab for an option called Textbox Mana Symbols. You need a specific mana font enabled for this to work (I believe it's called M15 Normal w/Extra Colors)

Done.
Console throws up: This package 'magic-m15' uses the files from the package 'magic-mana-small-extra.mse-symbol-font'. but does not list a dependency. To resolve this, add: depends on: magic-mana-small-extra-m15.mse-symbol-font 2016-03-13
I have magic-mana-small-extra-m15.mse-symbol-font, but not magic-mana-small-extra-m15.mse-symbol-font 2016-03-13.

planechaser ahisee. That font is designed for M15 Extra rather than M15 normal. MSE will complain about it but it should still be functional. That should go away if you're on M15 Extra though. The "2016-03-13" is a version number in the code, not a part of the folder name.

Ah, thank you, Cajun. I see what my error was.
