The river is, in fact, filled with ghosts. They should probably be white, though. 9/10 Spirit Sending Enchantment When Spirit Sending enters the battlefield, exile all creatures until Spirit Sending leaves the battlefield. Spirit Sending is a 10/10, it should be printed.
You Truly Do Not Have To Worry About Me Ongoing Scheme
You and untapped creatures you control have hexproof. Tap an untapped creature you control: Destroy target tapped creature. Activate this ability only once per turn and only at any time you could cast a sorcery.
At the beginning of your end step, if you control no untapped creatures or an opponent controls no creatures, abandon this scheme.
YTDNHTWAM is a card that I feel like shouldn't have the "if you control no untapped creatures" clause, since that's basically never going to happen anyways. 7.5/10 Defragmenting Soul Instant Tap all creatures you don't control. You gain life equal to the number of creatures tapped this way.

WindyDelcarlo Binding Starlight: Sure. 8/10. "Who? Bah, whatever. C'mon pal - if it's knowledge you're interested in, then I might just have the thing for you!" he ruffles around in a coat pocket, before taking out a dagger. The blade looks like a fine steel, and the handle is a smooth wood, the pommel however is a deep sapphire gemstone.Memory Dagger Artifact - Equipment Equipped creature gets +1/+0. Whenever a creature dealt combat damage by equipped creature this turn dies, you may return target creature card from your graveyard to your hand. Equip "See this beauty?" he asks, running his finger along the blade. As he does, it cuts his finger open slightly, and a drop of blood hits the dagger. Suddenly, a blue mist wafts off the wound, and he smirks. "Breath it in. Trust me." he says, taking a whiff for himself.(If he does breath it in, he'll see a small memory of Nicholai trying to sell this dagger to Kei.)

Kei listens to the shopkeeper's instructions, taking a breath carefully as she expects it to be harmful.
After seeing the memory, she looks up at the shopkeeper. "Right, so how does this... help? I don't need help... remembering things."
Memory Dagger is probably supposed to be at uncommon given how much card advantage it applies. Especially since it means the creature it's equipped to is never dying permanently either. 7/10 Lasting Doubt Enchantment - Aura Enchant permanent Enchanted permanent's activated abilities can't be activated unless they're mana abilities.

Across the plane, warbands, mauraders, brigands and highwaymen have appeared at seemingly random. Strife, combat, pillages, all such sordid events have been occurring at an increasing pace. Someone, or something, was driving the plane to chaos. And where there was chaos, there was death. And with death, came souls for the cleric to purge. At one such site, a band of warriors had ransacked a temple, setting it to the torch, replacing the one consecrated grounds with their own effigies, either as insults, or representations of other primal forces. {Attack Card - March of the Godless}

"Let's say you don't have a particularly talkative person who you need some information from. All you need to do is talk about what you're wondering about - usually brings up the memory - and it doesn't matter if they've got no tongue, they'll be talking in no time!"Yadda yadda yadda, he eventually leaves.

She had seen this scene many times, from Solaran churches on Volaria to the teachings of Leritha's Silent Deities that were spread across many planes. Someone disagreed with the church, and the priests or others suffered for it. Often, this was the cause of planar travelers that did not fully understand the intricacies of either the new religion or of the culture that they were trying to integrate with. This is probably how this deserves to cost as an enchantment. 9/10 Guided by Starlight Instant Exile target creature with power 2 or less and up to one target enchantment. As Kaira taps the door to her laboratory, which promptly slides out of the way for her, something is very clearly wrong. The door had been closed, roughly, as though someone wasn’t sure how it works. The inside of the laboratory is no different; there are tenebrite casings scattered all across the ground, some of the devices were left open by… someone? And one of the large glass aether canisters normally in one of those machines is sitting out in the open. Kaira taps her transceiver to contact the rest of the project while she stares at the mess.
“So hey, can I ask you all to, you know, maybe not leave tenebrite all over the place? That all needs to be stored away properly and in isolation, got it? And maybe don’t leave aether canisters next to them. Which one of you was it?”
Kaira carefully steps around some of the casings to observe the machines. The deconstruction chamber, where the tenebrite shells are typically broken into smaller pieces, is still perfectly intact and perfectly isolated. The same cannot be said for her reaction vessel; someone had incompetently pried open the vessel to retrieve the aether canister from it, and that canister now sits on the floor. That shouldn’t take too long,
“I was there for a little bit,” Ani’s voice wavers through the communications, “But none of that was like you said it was when I left.”
“This is a big deal, Ani. If you did something, I need to know now.” Kaira leans over to her desk and retrieves one of her many technician’s tools. The vessel still has to be fixed before the aether canister can go back there, and that’s her job.
“I swear, I didn’t touch anything. I just wanted to see what you were doing.”
“Okay, which of the other of you did it?” As Kaira finishes her repair on the reaction vessel, she hears footsteps outside the door. “And which one of you is that?”
“I did it,” a new soft voice says. Kaira turns in place to face the voice, which belongs to an older-looking woman with dark hair. She looks familiar, right?
“Where the hell did you come from?” Was she in the next room this whole time? Kaira certainly didn't see her outside, and the hallway has an entire glass wall dedicated to preventing this exact situation from happening. What does she know? How does she know?
”I am sorry, but this is necessary. Your life, in exchange for the lives that your project will end.” Kaira has just a moment as the woman lifts her hand and a bright white light joins it. She starts to cast a spell, hoping to draw a weapon to fend off the intruder, but moments later, she recognizes her mistake. The white light pierces the aether canister, releasing the aether into the air…
Kaira only has a moment later to bring up any sort of protection before the aether and tenebrite detonate, shattering the windows in the outside hallway and the walls on all four sides of the room. Kaira can feel the heat of the explosion, the force of being sent through the wall, and the shards of shattering glass piercing various parts of her body. Then she can only feel the pain of existence, and an increasingly powerful desire to not die.
Seiva finds Kaira among the destruction less than a minute later, followed closely by Haia and Kirilo. Kirilo instantly gets to work, doing whatever he could to stabilize Kaira. Seiva looks over her, amazed by her resilience. A light poke in her mind comes from Kaira. You’re still conscious? Briefly, Seiva listens to the thoughts coming in. A black-haired woman; she must be from around here, right? A planeswalker for certain. An aether-caster, specializing in elemental Darkness and starlight. Seiva types a message to Leira, following each and every one of these thoughts.
Leira, I need you to find whatever you can in Deep Storage about a black-haired Darkness caster. If nothing, talk to the rest of the arena. We need to find out about her and it needs to be soon.
As Seiva sends her message, she looks down to Haia, who has now collapsed to the ground and is trying hard to stop herself from crying. Seiva checks to ensure the ground beneath her is not covered in shattered glass before sitting down in front of Haia. Haia looks up at her, tears still in her eyes. “We can fix it,” Seiva decides. “We can and we will. But I need you to learn something quickly, and you’re the only one with skill in it.” Haia nods at Seiva, wiping a tear away.

There's a fire set up with a pot of soup, but the smoke is dissociating before it gets anywhere. Haia looks up at Haia and back to Pidge.

Seiva watched the outside carefully through the vines that were meant to conceal the cave. Haia stood by her side, unable to stop herself from shaking but seemingly trying anyways. The deep breaths Haia was trying to take kept a steady rhythm. In Haia's backpack, the canister of aether waited for them both. This woman wasn't going to be allowed to escape. There was no situation in which Seiva was ready to let that happen.
Kei approached the cave. There was no reason to suspect anyone was here. The only person that saw her at the outpost was killed in the explosion. Regretfully so, but necessary for the future of all the worlds. These societies always caused dead, always caused war. She had seen the result of Entelan influence even on its own world, and was not interested in letting that happen to any others. Kei took a deep breath in. The soup was smelling wonderful. She couldn't wait.
As Kei pushed her own way through the vines, she stopped, and Seiva stared at her with a smile. "You wouldn't happen to be a Miss Kei Aliri, would you?"
Kei's eyes darted back and forth between the two young women and her book. Her book. She recognized these people. These were... The older one had anti-spell bracers tied to her waist. Was she intending to capture Kei?
"I'm Seiva Zeni," Seiva greeted with her most cheerful expression. "I'm the head advisor of the Eternity Project for Interplanar Cooperation. I'm also currently acting as an enforcer for Entela." Seiva locked eyes with Kei, keeping her smile the whole time. "You're under arrest for about twelve different reasons. Attempted murder of my material effects specialist, interfering with a government project, intentional destruction of Entelan laboratory equipment... Would you like me to go on?"
The woman's eyes never left Kei. How was she still smiling? How could she do that? Kei felt for a spell. She would need one to get out of this mess.
"Being an unregistered planeswalker in Entela, withholding of information causing the death of two million Entelans..." Seiva motioned to Haia, and as if rehearsed, Haia began channeling a spell in her hands. "Our Master has a lot of words for you, so I'm going to have to take you back to Entela."
"I don't have any intention of returning to Entela." Perhaps flight would be a better response. She had gotten what she needed here. She could just leave. Kei started to channel a planeswalk...
Seiva hadn't even begun to issue her command to Haia before Haia let go of her spell. A white field fell on top Kei, staying there only briefly. In that time, Kei's spell collapsed, and she fell to the floor with a sharp breath. Seiva took only a few more moments to attach the anti-spell bracers to her. "You don't have a say in the matter. I'm not super happy that you tried to kill my friend. Let's get back to Entela, alright?"
EPIC has taken the board back from Kei.

Leira takes a sharp breath at the mention of poison. She considers as she listens through Lettie's explanation. Eventually, she reaches a decision. "If you're willing to make... some of this poison, we'll accept it. You can talk to Seiva when this is all solved and she'll compensate you for it, whether it was put to use immediately or not." Lettie hunts down Ani, and finds him sitting in the outpost's central clearing, nervously bouncing a leg. She stares at him for a few moments, completely unsure of how to approach, given the outpost had just suffered an attack. In the end, she approaches with a somewhat wooden gait, and softly says "Ani" if he doesn't notice her by the time she's just out of arm's reach. "Hello, Ani. Guess I had to return before year two of bioaetherics. I wish that we could meet again under less unfortunate circumstances. I'm here responding to Seiva's call for aid, and I've decided that my own contribution will be something novel... and terrible. I'd like to have your help in creating it." Lettie hunts down Ani, and finds him sitting in the outpost's central clearing, nervously bouncing a leg. I'd like to have your help in creating it." Lettie hands him a list of ingredients, both volarian and non-volarian, as well as some rough calculations for proportions, written in Apothecary's measures. Anyway, this won't take me too long." As a matter of courtesy, Lettie waits until she's turned a corner, before she steps through the aether into Shaidosta, leaving behind her usual plume of fumes.
Just as Ani is finishing setting up a lab space, Lettie returns, with bags filled with ingredients, chief among which are shadow mint and grand wormwood. She begins producing instruments of her own, as she explains the basic idea. "So, Ani, the goal here is to use grand wormwood to weaken the brain's ability to regulate thoughts, and then to overload the brain with thoughts using shadow mint. I'm not too familiar with how to extract, distill, concentrate, or mix these energies, so I'm going to need you to guide me. Seiva carefully guided Kei from the tunnel's location in Entela to the location Master Sara said to meet her. It was one of the many aethersteel hallways deep underground, in a seemingly random location. Somewhere that any possible supporters or informants of Kei wouldn't know. Both of them remained very silent. Seiva didn't have more things to say to Kei. That was for Master Sara to do. Master Sara was very clear that Kei had to be returned to Entela alive so that they could have a long discussion. Seiva only knew the superficial reasons. Master Sara certainly had other motivations.
At long last, Seiva reached the meeting point. Kei looked at her, confusion in her eyes but still not saying anything. It was only another minute before Master Sara arrived, her footsteps echoing across the floor. Her skin lightly rippled with energy and her eyes shimmered with a golden glow. She stood at half Seiva's height. Kei only looked at her, without saying anything. The antispell bracers stayed on her, preventing her from planeswalking away.
"Hey, Master Sara. I brought you this," Seiva announced.
"'Master Sara', you say? You look like you're eleven. How are you the master as a child?"
Sara looked through the top of her eyes. "You have two children of your own, correct?"
"That is correct." Kei looked into Sara's eyes. Their glimmer seemed somewhat familiar, like someone she used to know.
"Excellent, that means his Erasure didn't destroy your memory as it did Revela's." Kei raised an eyebrow as Sara paused. "And that means that you know why I'm a child."
"What do you--"
"I am Master Sara Ylerne of Entela," Sara said clearly. "I was born in the year 350. I am the younger daughter of Lezyn Ylerne and Kei Aliri. I am the first and only successful subject of Project Entali." Kei's eyes widened.
Seiva took a deep breath. She knew up to this far. She expected this. Everything else was new.
"I am the Master devoted to rebuilding a fallen Entela, after the actions of Lezyn caused more than two million civilian casualties at the hands of Oscura." Sara narrowed her gaze up at her mother. "Actions that you've proven you remembered. Lezyn tried to Erasure you, just as he tried to Erasure Revela. The difference is that she had her own power script to fight him back, and so Erasure destroyed her memory. You didn't try. You just planeswalked away. You, who knew that he had been using Erasure against everyone in Entela."
Kei's attention narrowed onto one point. "Is Revela still... alive?"
"She is, no thanks to you. In spite of not having parents after I turned 6, she became the Master of Oscura. But of course, this isn't about her. This is about you."
Kei did nothing but observe as Sara waited. Sara was expecting her to have some response, which she seemed uninterested in giving.
"Unfortunately for both of us, you failed to kill Kaira. You failed to disrupt the Eternity Project beyond some damage to our research, and I'm not allowed to execute you for it. Which means you have to stick around for six months and then go off, possibly to try to do this exact thing again."
"You... you would execute your own mother?"
"I don't have a mother. I was raised by Entela, I grew and developed by my interactions with its people and my close friends. You did nothing but give birth to me, even before Lezyn Erasured me." There was a pause where Sara made sure her following sentence made sense. She nodded to Seiva. "And that same Entela, those same friends that caused me to become who I am, those are the people that you decided to point your sword at. You attacked an Entelan government outpost, one dedicated to saving Volaria from an inevitable death. You left Revela and I on opposite sides of a war that you could have prevented, only by telling literally anyone that she was Entelan. And yet here we are, two million people short, with Revela in Oscura, and Kaira in recovery."
"How can you harbour no emotions to me? How can you..."
Sara let Kei's reply trail off. "I see no reason to treat you like a mother. You have proven to me that you didn't care to be one for the last 25 years, I see no difference now. If you want to try to construct a relationship now, you can do so after your sentence. As you can see..." Sara motioned down to her body. "I have plenty of time."
"What 'sentence' do you mean?"
Sara straightened herself. "For the attempted murder of Kaira Veis, intentional destruction of Entelan laboratory equipment, and interference with a government project, I'm serving you the maximum legal sentence of 6 months. That will be served under antimagic bracers and under the observation of the Eternity Project for Interplanar Cooperation."
"But--"
"You're going to fix what you caused. After 6 months, Seiva will remove your antimagic bracers, and you'll be free to leave. At that point you can come talk to me further. If you point your sword at Entela or the Eternity Project again, I will treat it as an act of treason and do everything in my power to see you executed for it. Is that understood?"
"I... yes, Master Sara."
Seiva nodded at Sara. "Head Advisor Seiva, she is now under your command. Good luck."

Draw two cards. Lettie works slowly and deliberately. She seems focused, but not quite calm. There's a nervous energy in how she handles the unfamiliar ingredients, and her face twists into all sorts of peculiar expressions, such as opening her mouth in tandem with the turning of her wrist when she lowers ingredients into the concoction. In the end, the concoction is finished, and it shines, an abhorrent green paste. Lettie cracks a smile as she stoppers its container, and lifts it towards Ani. "Want some?" She laughs. "Since you could read the earlier list, I'll just leave you with some of the usage notes, and you can hand this in yourself. I wish you and the project the best, and hope to see you for year two." With that, she leaves.
1 pint of Mint-Wormwood Bane This poison is to be administered either through ingestion or introduction into bloodstream. A dose of 1 dram orally should sufficient to cause complete seizure within approximately 12 seconds, effectively incapacitating the victim. Less for bloodstream. More permanent restraints can then applied, before the victim can be drained of excess thought energy. If a particularly high dose is administered, victim can potentially suffer life threatening muscle spasms after about a minute of violent convulsions. Therefore, to be safe, the excess thought energy should always be drained as quickly as possible. The nonmagical antidote to this poison is a sedative, preferably one based in saffron or papaver. Painkillers also work in an emergency. Note also that a victim, while not permanently harmed by the seizure, may still require several minutes or hours to feel fully "present" or "themselves" again. For reproduction, see the attached list and procedure, though some of the non-volarian ingredients may prove expensive to procure.
Under the same heavens, -Lettie Wormwood
Lettie returns a few days later, to see if the sitaution has been resolved, and somewhat worried that Ani may have not submitted the foul creation.

Seiva seems to be absent, and instead her presence is replaced with a familiar Kei. On each of her wrists is a bracelet that feels like it's glowing with magic, but it doesn't seem to have any color beyond the metallic blue that all the outpost's aethersteel has. Kei is seated on the ground with Ani and the usually-exhausted elf. She seems to be listening intently while staring at a notebook in Ani's hands while Ani recounts what he knows about Entela's interplanar affairs.
Bitterment of Mind is an interesting tapper. Lettie has made it about halfway across the clearing before she realizes just who Ani is speaking to, and she freezes. That's Kei. If she was wanted, why is she speaking to a student? Lettie considers turning around and walking in the opposite direciton, but if Kei weren't imprisoned, it could mean a political decision within EPIC... which could also affect her previous agreement with them. Lettie marches up, gives Ani a wordless wave if he notices her approach, but does not pause as she goes to kick Kei in the chest, onto her back. Lettie's demand would be best described as a growl, if she weren't trying to keep her voice as flat, clear, and deathly serious as possible. When that creature enters the battlefield, it fights target creature you don't control. In the moment following that, the two aethersteel bracelets are surrounded in the same darkness, as though it were emanating from the metal. A "flash" of this darkness connects the two with a sound like that of electricity jumping across a gap, and Kei sharply inhales through her teeth. She struggles to sit up, though does so eventually, and doesn't say anything to Lettie.Ani, however, has much more to say. "Oh! They worked! That was pretty cool, huh?" Ani looks like he's about to say more, but the elf raises a hand to stop him."Miss Lettie, correct? I'm Neso Aris, the Eternity Project's recorder. I assure you, Miss Kei is very safe as long as she remains bound by those bracelets. Master Sara decided that Entelan law prohibited her execution, so instead she has been assigned to corrective imprisonment.""Yeah! We don't know if your poison worked since we didn't need to use it, but Miss Seiva said she'd pay you anyways, so when she gets back you can talk to her about it!" Ani looks at Neso. "She's still in Entela for a bit. I think she said it was something to do with a Lerithan trade agreement or something."Hostile Entrance looks like a removal spell that might actually see play occasionally. It definitely takes away the worst part of Scout's Warning, being a two-for-one. 8.5/10 Aether Fission Instant Aether Fission deals 2 damage to target creature you control and 2 damage to target creature you don't control. Whenever a creature dealt damage this way dies this turn, draw a card.
