"See? You can do it too." I return to relaxing my body with her. I'll have to get up again, but not for a couple hours, and between now and then I don't really want to move. "I love you. And you love me." The last touches of fear and doubt burn away as she kisses me back. I had finally done something right. I could be happy. We could be happy.
"I love you," I agree with big smile. I settle into the embrace after her. She'll have to get up again, but I could stay here forever. I close my eyes and exhale, feeling lighter as I forget about everything but her. "And you love me."

"Right. I'm going to see if I can find anyone that knows anything."
Nope. I haven't been able to do that for a little while, and neither really was Arina. But that's no bother. We've got a goal now. A vitally important one. The Eternity Project will lead Volaria to survival. I just have to... get there.
"No, Master Sara, there's been no progress yet."
I've had to say that over and over again. Hannah still toils away at her tunnel, and I still work on finding Volaria new homes. We've both got projects of our own, huh? Even if hers is working perfectly fine and mine's going nowhere. This is why I've started to say Development and Cooperation. We can't develop ourselves without help unless we want war, and no one wants war. When I talk to the Seventh Circle next I need to bring up this question to them. Volarians shouldn't know, but the places we need to ask for help should know why we need help.
"Miss Sevid has mentioned Kaladesh. Might not be suitable for settlement but has a renewable source of aether. However, it's under strict government control."
Kaladesh won't do, not at all, but it's a step forward. These other planes? I'll have to do some research into them. If nothing else, there might be someone there that can help with out problem. Interplanar Cooperation, right? That's the goal? I guess we're going to see just how much other people are interested in cooperation.
Seiva has unlocked both Enchantments and the Develop keyword.

A small group of planeswalkers appears in front of the Entelan Outpost, one of several arriving on the Arena. One man steps up, nodding to Seiva. "Project Head Seiva Zeni, I presume? I'm Agent Ignac Kardos, with the Seventh Circle. I wish I could say I was here to negotiate a treaty with you, but I'm afraid we have a crisis to handle first. You're already familiar with the nightmare rifts, yes? We're preparing a large-scale strike against them, and this area's going to be very unsafe soon. Particularly, we may need to deploy antimagic devices against them, and I'm told your people have a hard time surviving in antimagical fields. We can easily give enough warning to Ms. Nisita for her to planeswalk away in time if that's going to happen, but how quickly can you evacuate your non-planeswalkers?"7CI Public Relations Legendary Planeswalker — Division Whenever an opponent casts a spell, put a loyalty counter on each Division you control . : Up to two target creatures can't attack or block until your next turn. : Search your library for a nonland card, reveal it, put it into your hand, then shuffle your library. WindyDelcarlo It was likely not often people visited this part of the countryside. Isolated, exposed, and undeveloped, it was a wonder that anyone had settled it in the first place. This only meant that when people who didn't live in the region came through, people noticed. Which would be the right response to a duo of knights arriving at the only restaurant in the area, having asked all up and down the road on the way there for a name. Arina. They'd been met with a mix of disappointments, hopes, and other mix responses, and now had found themselves taking a break from their task. Perhaps now they would strike lucky? {Feel free to respond with whomever you'd like. If you'd prefer Rudara herself showed up eventually, I'm happy to do that.}{Attacking Card - Send in Stead}

“If we remain as factions, we will only reach war again,” I mouth as I read. “Factions as a concept demand war to remain factions. Factions are separated by ideals, separated by skills, and separated by boundaries. They naturally tend towards war. We naturally tend towards war. Even those seeking peace, in Theria, Litara, and Entela, are pushed to create war. Clearly, then, the concept of ‘factions’ is flawed.” There were ideas in this book I hadn’t even thought of before, but they made perfect sense.
Arina sits on the ground next to me, looking over at my book. “What are you reading?” she asks.
“Why Factions, from Avery Etinaias. He was a really famous merchant and diplomat while I was a kid.”
“I am familiar with Etinaias’s writing. Why Factions is a fairly common study for people in my field of study, after all, as are his other pieces.” Arina looks at me strangely. “However, that does not explain why you are reading it. When did you become so interested in philosophy?”
“Well, Project Eternity is kinda… my thing, right? I did bioaetherics and material effects, technically, but really my life’s been devoted to making this project work, no matter what. It’s been… eleven years now? And we’re not even close to the end of it. We’re leading to the beginning of a Volaria that’s not bound by the confines of our world. This is such an important thing that I need to do everything in my power to make sure it works.”
“And you decided this was important to do that?”
“I mean yeah, I’m basically learning diplomacy on the fly, so I’ve picked up a bunch of stuff about intercity relations. Especially stuff like this, about the difference between factions and cities, and why we should stop being factions and start being cities. I’ve also got translated versions of The Rise of the Factions and The Rise of the Aether Alliance, both by—”
“Syrina Solir of Ancient Theria, yes.” Arina smiles and chuckles at me. “All three of those are very good books. I hope you find something useful from them. Are you at least enjoying the readings?”
“More than I thought I would at first. Mister Avery’s ideas are really well written, so even though I’m learning on the fly I can still understand what’s going on. I can’t wait to read Miss Syrina’s writings.”
“Excellent.” Arina smiles at me. “This is literally my field of interest, so if you ever find yourself not understanding something, you always have me as a resource.”
Seiva’s research on intercity relations has caused her to unlock Philosophy.

WindyDelcarlo The one who could understand Volarion looked briefly at the menu, before sliding it to their companion...who looked back at them with a look that clearly meant "What do you want me to do?" "We are looking for woman named Arina," spoke the one who could understand, taking his seat at the counter. "We have been asked to find her. She has information we need." With the language barrier, it would be difficult to try and hide deceit, meaning he likely was telling the truth. Even then, their outfits did not belong to people who would have been lying in the first place. {Response Card - Urgent Business} Questions Answered: Sort of a wonky Opt, plus the fact it's worse than Mystic Speculation detract from this one. Following their meal, the knights made their way across the field, eyeing the two pillars as they neared the residence. The sound of horses trotting across the dirt would give them away as they stopped a few meters from the front door. // Seiva reaches out to feel the aether capsule, but stops before she gets there.
What kind of aether is this? There's so much in such a small place. I... think I can channel it? Let's try. I lightly grasp at a small amount of the aether and cool the air a few TR. "Yep, that's aether alright. Weird, but it'll do." I make a contact to Sara while looking up something in deep storage.
"Hi, I need a... dissipation conduit, now."
"Do you need those for a tunnel? What kind?"
"Not normally, no. 33%."
"Spirits, how did you manage to get that much aether?"
"Seventh Circle needs us out of way so they're getting us out of the way." A conduit with notches along the length of it materializes from a tunnel. Great. With how much aether's in this container, I doubt the tiny amount I'm using for spells will be missed. I lift the conduit with a spell and start to put it into place, connecting a part of the weird cell to a one of the intake conduits. The cell is the easy part.
Hannah's excitedly watching me, narrating to Karina what I'm doing. They're really cute but this is also important. "Hannah, can you make this connection?" I ask.
"Sure!" Hannah retrieves and unfolds a sharp implement and an aetherglass connector from her back pocket. I forgot what they're called, but I think we use them for mid-conduit connections? Hannah knows more about this fix than I do. Which is embarrassing.
Hannah makes some sharp slashes on the original conduit and some incusions into the end of the dissipation one. There's a small energy leak and she definitely sees it too.
"Hey, Miss Seiva, you're a caster right? I need you to hold the energy when I cut it." I nod and reach my hand out to hold the energy in the conduit still. I remember doing this a lot. Hannah severs the conduit and attaches all three ends to the connector. "We're good."

"Absolutely. I've got everything I need. Just show me what to do."
"I'm ready too!"
"Great! I need you two to stand in the center of the tunnel and stick as close to each other as you can. We don't want to sever an arm or something, okay?" That was a sentence I just said. I don't know why I said it that way. Too much time around Varei, I guess? I pull one of Hannah's many tuners to my hand and scrape the aether canister with it to kickstart the movement of energy.
Hannah excitedly takes Karina's hand and leads her into the aetherglass cylinder. I lightly close the door behind her. I forgot how useful having access to spells is. After only couple days?
"Energy's flowing, Hannah! Once you're ready, you can ignite it!" A blue energy panel lit up in front of Hannah and Karina. Still safely within the tunnel limits, of course. Safest place we could put it, after all.
Hannah looks at Karina and grins. Once Karina looks back at her, Hannah reaches her hand out to the panel and taps it with her finger.

I nod up. A small hole opens up above us, slowly getting wider. On the other side, the room of the other tunnel. I think I can see Master Sara on the other side, but she's not standing still so it's hard to tell.
In moments, the tunnel falls around us, and we're pulled through to Entela.
Hannah Delcarlo-Nisita has left the Arena. Will something happen in Entela? Maybe time will tell.
Sure does seem ready for anything. The copy should only copy instants or sorceries (or abilities) for clarity so people realize you can't copy planeswalkers. Otherwise looks good, 9/10 The Eternity Tunnel
Legendary Artifact At the beginning of your upkeep, put a charge counter on The Eternity Tunnel. , , Remove X charge counters from The Eternity Tunnel: It deals that much damage to you. Search your library for a card with converted mana cost X or less and cast it without paying its mana cost. Then shuffle your library. (Here, fog this for me)

WindyDelcarloThe knight just stared at her for a long moment. His look had been welcoming, understanding even, but now it had turned stern. Then, he sighed, shaking his head. "I see. Apologies miss. I'm sure this was just a misunderstanding." He bows his head briefly, before leaving from the doorway. His companion, an annoyed look on his face, turned to follow his companion, before quickly turning back. Discreetly, he pulled out a slip of paper, dropping it to the ground, in plain sight of Arina. He gave her one last look, before turning back and following his companion. Apparently, one was more in the know than the other. The two mounted their horses, and left the residence, leaving Arina, and the paper for her, behind. {Response Card - Acquiesce } Repress Reason:CMC hate spells definitely fall under the realm of blue, though usually with less versatility than this at rare for some reason. Could definitely see some use, I like it. 7/10

Popcornia // Arina uses magic to pull the piece of paper to her hand and read over it.Acquiesce shouldn't target (can't target as part of a cost) and it costs far too much for something that's card negative. (i.e. you draw a card and they do too, but you took a creature off your board and also spent a card to do it). 5/10 Binding Law Sorcery Return target creature to its owner's hand. Philosophy (You may cast this card from your hand for its philosophy cost. If you do, exile it as it resolves. Whenever you draw a card, you may cast this card from exile.)(I'll bounce a thing, then draw a card, then bounce a different thing.
